I like the idea of cleansing toner for days that I’m wearing light make up because no rinsing is needed. But I have to use make up remover if I’m wearing eyeshadow , waterproof eyeliner and/or mascara because it just doesn’t have enough removing power to do. But I do think it’s a great toner to get rid of whatever my makeup remover and facial wash didn’t get to completely remove. The serum is really really nice. It very moisturizing and my skin absorbs it really well. It gives my skin a nice glow without the greasy feeling. I skip my face cream if I’m using Acwell Toner and Serum combo.

🤎 Licorice pH Balancing Toner One of the best seller products from Acwell which function is to moisturize and soothe the skin. This toner can also remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture. The texture is runny and slightly brown in color, the fragrance is quite calming but very soft. It gets absorbed quickly by my skin and makes my skin so hydrated.

This is the best serum and toner set if you have sensitive skin. It's hypoallergenic and does not have alcohol to dry out your skin. I have noticed my skin looking plumper and more radiant than ever

0.8liter sent me the Acwell Licorice Balancing Cleansing toner and serum set. This is one of my favorite skincare discoveries. Both the toner and serum have a high concentration of licorice water and peony extract for brightening. Normally skincare takes a few weeks for results but after using these for a couple of days my skin already looks brighter. They aren't very expensive and have no added fragrance so I will definitely repurchase.

This cleansing toner and and licorice balancing serum, worked very well for my sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I have only had two days to use these products, due to my package being shipped with a delay. I will say that the cleansing toner works very well and makes my face feel fresh. The licorice balancing serum works very well but it is a little thicker and dries a little slow so I use that at night. I think that these are great products for anyone with dry, sensitive skin. Once I have used them for more than two days, I will update my review.

OK…who put their Twizzlers in my toner? I know.. I know licorice is more than just candy. When I hear licorice, I think @twizzlers & I would never want Twizzlers in my skincare products. LOL Thanks to I got to experience licorice in my skincare I will be honest. I can not stand the smell or taste of black licorice. It has been a rivalry of sorts forever, but I am not a fan. However, there is a difference between eating it and using it on your skin. The Nitty Gritty Acwell created a line of products using licorice root extract as the main active ingredient. It acts as an antioxidant which can help reduce damage & brighten the skin, In combination with other key active ingredients, the licorice root can also balance pH levels, repair the moisture barrier, diminish the appearance of dark spots & soothe irritated skin. I was able to try out both the serum & toner recently. I was seriously surprised. First of all, neither product smelled like a licorice LOL. My skin did feel & look more hydrated & a tad brighter just after one use of each. The toner was refreshing & soothed my skin from the moment it touched. It doubles as a makeup remover that does not need to be washed off. Next, I tried the serum. It was a little thicker than some of the ones I used, but it absorbed lightning fast. Overall, I am contemplating switching my current toner & at least one serum out for these. There was an unexpected yet pleasant respite. Do you prefer red or black licorice? Licorice is Lovely! I just started using this amazing duo by Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner + Licorice pH Balancing Advance Serum Set and I’ve already started seeing and feeling the results! Both are perfect for my sometimes sensitive skin, and have restored balance while brightening my skin. The toner is my new step to remove any residual residue after washing my face. The serum has restored moister and my face is looking healthier and more youthful than ever. My face is smooth, bright, and rejuvenated! I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed both the toner and serum. I was worried that they might smell heavily of licorice (which I don't enjoy), but other than a slightly sweet smell, there wasn't any major scent. Both absorbed well into my skin and left it feeling soft without leaving any residue.
