Haeodam Korean Black Ginseng Extract Now, I am a fan of Panax Ginseng which I drink for an energy boost (and because I like the flavor) so I was intrigued to try out this Black Ginseng Extract. This product arrived to me directly from Korea and somewhat to my surprise, did not have any information in English on the packaging. I was a bit confused on how much of the Extract I should drink and if it was to be diluted with water or drank straight from the packet. After a little searching I found some product info on Amazon which stated to take this product mixed with water as a tea, hot or cold. I tried it as a hot tea and found the flavor was quite light but pleasant and enjoyable. I can't say if I noticed much of a difference/ effect after drinking this specific Ginseng Extract, as I only received two pouches to try. Overall this product has a nice light flavor and is good to drink when you want something a little different than a traditional tea or coffee.

It doesn’t have much of a bitter taste, a hint of sweetness to it! Only downside is I wish it came in a bigger pouch… 🤭! We’ve all heard and seen products with ginseng, from skincare to tablets , this is my first time trying a extract. I was pleasantly surprised of the taste of this black ginseng extract, it gave a sweet flavor, and the potency was mild . Since the packaging wasn’t in English, I did have some difficulty of how to consume this product. My first way was to use it as a tea , so I gradually added the extract to hot water , until I liked the flavor. It gave me a nice sweet tea flavor, that I enjoyed. I also tried it straight from the pouch , It has a nice flavor . This black ginseng has properties to prevent aging and improve memory, and skin whitening. I feel this product will help to improve my body with in , so I’m excited to continue use .
