YvonneJ 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향This snack tastes alright to me. It is a good way to keep mouth busy and it doesn’t have a strong taste. I would prefer flavored ones personally but this one seems to have been good quality after all.
fellica 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향The K-Agricultural corporation korean dried pollack pack is great for making soup with. It can be used for making side dishes, soup, and snack. I like that this easy to make and can modify ingredients to make pollack soup. This is a high protein and low fat meal that is great for breakfast, hangover or just wanting a warm meal. I like the crispy and chewy texture. The taste is great which comes in a sealed bag which comes in handy in keeping unused dried pollack fresh.
shauna urban (solara 협찬SNS 리뷰#Sponsored #08L #KAgriculturalCorporation #KoreanDriedPollack @08L_usa I recently tried a Korean traditional food, dried Pollack, that is used as a snack food & is made into a soup. The fish come from a famous Chiak Mountains, national park, which is famous for its climate, where the water freezes & thaws, giving the fish it's chewy texture. Pollack is filled w nutrition & plentiful in amino acids & is free from chemicals. My thoughts: I did not have a chance to make the traditional Korean soup, bt did try it as a snack. If I'm completely honest, it's not for me, a bit too salty & fishy, bt my mom has been enjoying it quite a bit. I love trying new foods & am very happy I had the chance to try this traditional Korean food! #driedpollack #tradionalkoreanfoods #chiakmountains #aminoacids #freefromchemicals
Biancardi 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향🎣𝗛𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗸 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸: Pollack, or pollock, is a fish that is high in protein, low in fat, rich in vitamins B12 & A, amino acids, phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium & zinc. It has a detoxifying effect that also soothes the digestive system. Hoengseongmak's pollack is dried in Korea's national park at Chiak Mountain. It is famous for its extreme temperature & humidity, so that the fish will freeze and melt, repeatedly over several months. Once it is fully dry, it is soft to chew, with a flaky & spongy texture. This is free of any chemicals I made a traditional Korean soup, Bukeoguk (북어국), with it, following @maangchi recipe. It is very easy to make & I will repost the recipe & link to her website below. This is a clear broth soup, and the taste is very mild and not fishy at all ~ I like a more spicy soup, but this is also a hangover remedy soup, so the delicate broth with all of the vitamins and amino acids, plus the protein of tofu & egg, with the green onions & daikon for veggies, it makes for a nice soup that won't upset the tummy. It has a clean taste to it & I can see why it is a popular ingredient as a snack or make into a soup. Have you tried dried pollock before? 🍲𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗲𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗸 (북어국) from www.maangchi.com/recipe/bugeoguk 🎣2 ounces dried pollock (shredded into strips) ⚪️8 ounces peeled Korean radish or daikon. You can also use a potato if you don't have either radishes. Cut the veggie down lengthwise, then slice so they look like half moons 🔆2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 🧄4 garlic cloves, minced 🐟1 tablespoon fish sauce or salt to your taste ⬜️5 ounces of medium firm tofu (about 1 cup), cut into ½ inch cubes 🟢2 green onions, cut diagonally into bite size pieces 🥚2 eggs, beaten Heat up your pot and add the pollock & sesame oil. Stir for a few minutes until the pollock is light brown. Add 6 cups of water, radish/daikon/potato & garlic. Cover & cook over medium high heat for 15-17 minutes. Add fish sauce (adjust to your taste), tofu & green onion, bring soup up to a boil. Pour beaten eggs into soup, do not stir. Reduce heat back down to medium high & cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with rice, kimchi & other side dishes (I added bean sprouts to mine)
