From past few years I have been dealing with some pain in Shoulder and wrist and even in joints. I don’t the reason but I think I have two kids and by lifting them regularly i am getting this. After using these tapes I have to say these tapes are game changer and it literally so light and doesn’t feel like you put something on your skin. The material is so stretchy and get adjusted on skin. It Get easily remove and doesn’t pull my skin hair as some tapes do. It really helps to deal with pain while work or while lifting heavy weights. Haruto Kinesiology Tape I was sent two rolls of the kinesiology tape. Each roll does the same thing. One is not cut at all and rolls out as much as you need and the other is made into 20 pre-cut portions. I wanted to review this because my ankles have a tendency to swell and can get sore especially when I'm on them for a long time. So I wanted to see how it held up against that during physical activity. The tape itself is very easy to work with. Its not overly sticky and if you mess up, you can easily peel it and replace it. It holds up well during exercise and afterwards. It almost has a cooling type of feeling to it. Its a bit hard to explain. It does get the job done as far as some extra support. I'm not totally sure about muscle relief though. It held up very well under water. No leaking at all and I was able to adjust it and put it back even after getting it wet and it still held nicely. Overall, I think this is great for support in the way that I used it on my ankles. Its a little bit easier to work with than a cloth wrap and it's not so bulky and hot either. Would I buy it again? I'm honestly not sure. I do like using it. Maybe when I run out I'll decide if I really need it in my life or not! 😂 PS: I'm sure there are other uses for this tape that I haven't touched on so this is purely my experience and what I used it for.

This Haruto Life UP Kinesiology tape comes in cute pastel colors. I love how they are precut in nice long but well sized pieces. Lots of other tape brands are hard to cut. The tape feels good on the skin, sticks well and keeps the skin tight for recovering.

I absolutely loved this sports tape! My kids and I also used this for outings when camping and hiking with family and friends. My daughter plays soccer so she kept saying she had less knee pain after me showing her how to apply the sports tape. Which the application was so easy itself with it being pre cut it helps the kiddos use it at their own personal convenience which makes me feel better as a mom! I would definitely really recommend this be in many households medical cabinet!

This is an okay KT tape if you are looking for light support. It is very flimsy so be careful when taking the backing off cause it will stick to itself. It only lasted a few hours before the end’s started to roll. The best thing is that it did make my skin react to the adhesive .

I hesitated to use this tape because I wasn't sure how to do it correctly but after doing some research i figure out how to apply it. so I tried to use it on my legs to prevent night cramps. so far it worked!

Haruto Life Up Kinesiology Tape is a good tape for sports and normal life. It gives adequate support right where you need it as long as you apply it correctly. They have a few tutorials on YouTube that can show you how to tape your knee. wrist and ankle. I found after several different applications that the tape begins to lift up at the corners if it is overlapped. As the picture of my knee shows. Even with the corners lifting up slightly, I was able to walk and even run with my knee taped as directed. The tape did well for my shoulder too. It gave good support and compression, and I was able to rotate my shoulder without any grinding and very little discomfort. That being said, I found it slightly painful to remove. It pulled my skin and was painful. I now take it off in the shower using hot water to loosen the adhesive. I did like the color. I chose beige. it matched my skin tone well and it wasn't highly noticeable. I would be careful with this if you're pregnant or using it on children or the elderly. with how bad it hurt my skin, I can only imagine how it would feel to them.

i always have some pains after doing exercises.
