I liked this product and will probably start using it everyday. It has nice simple packaging and I love the eyedropper. It has a nice citrus smell that doesn't last forever. I feel like i can't put in to words ,how much i liked Brooklyn botany Vitamin C serum. I like the brightening effect it has on my skin. It's my first time using Vitamin C serum. I use it after i cleanse my skin. I like that i don't have to add anything else to my skin after the serum. I can just massage it in and go. It has a citrus scent. It is a orange color in a dark container with a dropper. It's very easy to use. The dark container is so the properties of the serum remain unaffected. I will continue to use this every morning after cleansing my skin. I received this product complimentary from 08liter and Brooklyn botany in exchange of my honest opinion.

The bottle comes with a dropper which I like. The serum left residue behind - possibly dead skin. There is a sandalwood scent to it however, I'm not into woodsy smells. I used this Brooklyn Botany Ultra Pure Vitamin C Lascorbic Acid for a week and do like it. I can't say it's my favorite as I do not get the same brightening affect that my other Vitamin C serum gives me. But the ingredients in this product are good and the bottle is dark, which does not allow light to absorb. It contains 10% Lascorbic Acid, 3% Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate & 0.9% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate Phosphate. I only used it in the morning after my toner and it absorbed quickly and did not leave my skin tacky. It is an orange shade and has a slight citris scent that does not last long once on the skin. Unfortunately this Vitamin C serum did not agree with my skin type. Two days of use, and my skin felt very tight and dry. For this specific brand and type of vitamin c, if you have dry or sensitive skin, I do not recommend this serum.

Review: I been using this serum twice a day for the past 15 days. The smells were acceptable, a reallly light citrus smell is what this serum smells like. I noticed some change on my skin immediately after using this product! My skin were softer and not as dull as usual. Totally recommended for people who has been concerning about the dulllness of their skin. The vitamin C is slowly improving the texture of my skin into a next level. If you are looking for something to help fade away acne scars or to improve ur overall skintone the "Ultra Pure Vitamin C" from @brooklynbotany 🍊 is perfect for you. It has a tingling sensation at first due to the witch hazel 🌿 but it goes away very quickly. I noticed that my acne scars faded away much faster and my skin looked more dewy. It has a very pleasant smell into it! I've been sick with a cold lately, so naturally I've been eating as much vitamin C as I can get my hands on! However, my skin has also been super dry, especially after my trip to Japan. I've been getting into skin serums lately, so I was really excited when 08Liter sent me this vitamin C one from Brooklyn Botany in exchange for an honest review (which I shall deliver to you all now!) The consistency feels like something between an oil and a gel, and it smells very nice and citrusy, which I love. Honestly, I've definitely noticed that my skin feels more soft and certainly more moisturized than it was last week. This product is supposed to also be good for anti-aging, but since I have young skin, I can't really speak to the success there. However, based on its moisturizing and softening properties, I imagine that it would be a great product for people of any age. I've been putting this on before bed and in the morning before I prime my face, and I'm excited to continue incorporating it into my beauty routine!

Unfortunately my very finicky skin reacted to this. I have had issues with congestion and breakouts when using Vitamin C products before. The company was wonderfully responsive and helpful. While my skin did not respond well to this product, I am excited to try other products from the brand!

I have never used Vitamin C 🍊 in my skincare routine until now, so I contacted them to ask where I should put it in my routine.🤔 There’s a lot of opinions and no “right” way but they recommended I use it before my rx retinoid, and I agreed. This serum has a beautiful light golden color, which of course I didn’t get a photo of yet.😣 I’ll do that for a further review later. Anyway, this serum has a great consistency, almost gel-like but just right for being able to pat it on without it dripping. 👍 It absorbs fabulously, and I can continue my routine in two minutes if I want, but I usually give it 5.⏳It does leave a slightly tacky finish, but that doesn’t really matter because it goes on before moisturizers anyway. I’ve been using this on my face, neck, and chest where the sun damage is at its worst. 😬Obviously it’s only been a week so there’s no fading yet, but I have noticed my skin has been brighter and feels softer and smoother. 😮😍I’m so excited to keep using it and see even more results! I really liked the vitamin c serum. I used it on my face as well as my nails. My nails and skin looked healthier. One thing I did not like about this is that it is sticky at first. After it works though the sticky feeling did go way. #brooklynbotany #skincare #08liter

Hi All! I have had yet another opportunity by @0.8l_usa to try the Brooklyn Botany serum for my face and do I love it or what!?! It definitely made my face feel so much smoother, it gave me such a beautiful glow and I've been sans makeup for over a week and you would never be ever to tell! The downfall to the product is if you don't apply facial moisturizer after applying the Brooklyn Botany Serum your face will be a bit sticky. Also if you shake the bottle (I don't know why I did it) the product comes pouring out all over the sides of the bottle. Overall after a week of applying the serum it really rejuvenated my sink and cleared up a lot of small wrinkles that I have acquired over the years. This Vitamin C serum states it brightens, assists in the formation of collagen and diminishes fine lines and wrinkles The first photo was taken after my initial use of the Vitamin C serum and the second photo was taken almost a week later my skin looks about the same, somewhat brighter, firmer, my skin feels good and it still has its youthful glow. Upon application there is a slight tingle but it quickly goes away. I will continue using to diminish wrinkles.

The product promises to help the formation of collagen and reduce the lines of expression. In the time that I have tried it is impossible to determine its fulfillment those two promises, I will tell you what I have noticed on my skin using this product. I have mixed skin, in the dry areas it leaves a velvety sensation that accompanies me for hours and in the fat areas reduces the excessive production of brightness in the day, attenuates the color of the eye and gives me a less tired appearance. Perfect to use before the foundation, you get a healthy and juicy appearance on the skin, it helps to heal acne and best of all it absorbs very fast and does not leave a greasy appearance. First of all. I'm very happy I was chosen to try the Brooklyn Botany anti-aging Vitamin C Serum. I'm amazed by the effectiveness also the long lasting effect it has provided to my face. When I first tried my face felt dry, I had redness and sensitivity. I was afraid to try it because I thought it was going to sting and it was going to make my skin look/feel worst. NOT AT ALL. It actually helped me. It was all I needed to renew my skin. I had a refreshing and moisturizing sensation. Also I'm very surprised on how it helps the production of collagen on my skin. The serum did not feel oily but it actually felt sticky even after moisturizing. So I will go slow with the amount of product you apply. Just a few drops worked well for me. This serum is lightweight and has a woody smell. Which I like it doesn't bother me. I love that is organic and has not been tested on animals. I have been using this serum for about 5 days and I have never been happier with my skin! I wear it under my makeup and I have noticed my foundation goes on more evenly and I'm using less cover up. Be careful around your eyes it stings if you get to close.
