I love being an ambassador for @0.8L_usa. I love Asian beauty products, but recently they have branched out into some Western cosmetics as well as accessories and home items. This is a beautiful crystal with white feathers Dreamcatcher. The web is French embroidery thread and is highlighted with a smoky quartz focal point. It comes with a matching cord for hanging and came beautifully and carefully packaged, perfect for gifting. I was impressed with how elegant it is. admittedly, this is a review i feel very uncomfortable doing, but as @0.8l_usa sent me this weekly j dreamcatcher to review, i will do my best to do so. first, i don't believe in using native cultural items as novelty decorations. the dreamcatcher is primarily of the ojibwe and sometimes lakota cultures. they are used as a protective charm hung from a cradle and are believed to trap any bad dreams or general harm in the air within their webs to protect children. they are later disposed of, removing whatever has been captured from the child's bedspace. that in itself shows that keeping one as a long term decoration doesn't make a lot of sense as they are meant to be temporary. weekly j is a korean company. as i understand, the owner makes her dreamcatchers by hand including details such as genuine stones (i believe mine came with lapis and possibly quartz?) and french embroidery thread. they did definitely do a nice job, the item does not feel cheep and it's objectively cute- i like the colors and the floral pattern. i received it nicely wrapped in a cute box. however, the box reads in one spot, "this is my art," which makes me feel very uncomfortable that the maker is claiming an appropriated idea as their own. maybe outside of the u.s., this may not be viewed with the same level of cultural insensitivity having not personally learned of or witnessed the treatment that natives have received and are continuing to receive. just yesterday, the standing rock camps were raided, removing the last of the dapl protestors. my heart feels heavy with all of these things happening within our country and i find it impossible to set these feelings aside so i can feel okay hanging a cute dreamcatcher for my own selfish reasons. so yes, this weekly j dreamcatcher is cute and it is well made. the details are pretty, if not culturally accurate. i'm at least happy to see it isn't a cheap mockery. however, i believe that if you really want a dreamcatcher to display, the item should be acquired directly from the cultures of which it comes to benefit the native cultures that still exist and suffer within the u.s., trying to keep their customs alive.

Recently, I was lucky enough to be selected to review this DreamCatcher from Weekly J and @0.8l_usa for free in exchange for my honest review. When I first received it, I was very pleased with how it was stored in the box. There were a few sewing pins in strategic places to hold it in place without damaging it. It was also high enough in the box so the feathers weren't at risk for any damage either. The box itself is also quite nice. It's made of a sturdy cardboard and inside has a soft cushion to pin the DreamCatcher to. Even the logo and design on the cover is nice! I'm definitely a sucker for good packaging so this is a definite plus in my opinion. The DreamCatcher is very pretty. I love the gemstones that are in the center the most! The design on it is a very pretty floral in blue, yellow and pink and the feathers are blue and pink. I like that it isn't overly huge and it looks nice anywhere on my wall. I decided to use a Command Strip hook to hang it instead of using a hook into the wall. I'm really enjoying it and I highly recommend it if you enjoy having DreamCatchers in your home! I love it. it is super cute. and very well made. it's hard to belive that it is handmade. I love the clasp and the little bells. I don't think I ahve ever seen a clasp like that one. it has glads crystals and beads that reflect the light nicely.

WeeklyJ DreamCatcher Review~ Ah! I was so excited when I received this adorable dream catcher in the mail! The box came in a beautiful sturdy box and right when you open it, you are greeted with a cute card saying "You received a good dream!" I love the peach color scheme that I received but they also have many other options available! I can tell that it was with lots of love and I adore how there are little bells attached. I am so excited to hang my new dream catcher up! I feel like Cha Eun Sang from Heirs lol. I recommend this product to anyone who loves good dreams. This would also make a lovely gift too! Making dream weekly J dream catcher was so pretty and perfectly detailed the first thing I noticed when I open up the box was that it was packaged really good and really nicely and I can see all of the detail that went into the making of this dream catcher I really like the crack beads was stitched onto the dream catcher and the detail that the feathers at it while I'm not sure if it actually works to stop the bad dreams I can't say that I have not had any bad dreams hanging up this dream catcher it is truly a work of art.

Weekly J Dream Catcher: 5/5 stars First Impression: My first impression of this product was the box it came in. This box is absolutely beautiful. Sturdy, with wonderful writing on it. The writing is gold foil and there is a slight leaf design around the writing. On the bottom, it says the website address in both Korean and English. It is indicated what is in the box pretty much from the moment you see it. My first impression of the product itself came once I opened the box. Inside, lies the product itself. Atop the product, is a card reading “You received a good dream!” The card is written in both Korean and English, and is very cute. The actual dream catcher is stunning upon first look. It is made with obviously high-quality items, put together in such a way that it works eye-catching and graceful. It is pinned to the box with straight pins. Underneath, what it is attached to is a memory foam pad with soft gray material covering it. Overall, the quality of packaging and first impression of the product is wonderful. After Use: After putting the Dreamcatcher up in my room, it looked beautiful against my wall. It held up well. It's very sturdy and made with care. I've had no problems with any part of it falling apart. It adds a special something to the room because of the fact that it is so well thought out. The colors go wonderfully with one another and the stones are absolutely beautiful. I absolutely love this, and will probably buy another one from their shop. No way! 😱 After millennia of not receiving any action on my #08L account, I was sent this @makingdream_weeklyj handmade dream catcher! ✨😴 It's made with lapis lazuli and each dream catcher is handmade and sold on Etsy. This one retails for about $35 I believe, and it's so gorgeous! My room is in dire need of some cute decor, so I promptly hung this up near my bed. 🌙 I haven't owned a dream catcher in years (I had a ton a few years ago that got lost in various moves) so this brings me a wave of nostalgia. 💭💕 Thank you @0.8l_usa for sending this my way!

I received this beautiful Dream Catcher free for review from 0.8L and Weekly J. I love how it has soft gray shades in the design and how the stones shine. I do wish it was a little bigger. It looks great above our bed though!
