Always want to try out Korean fish sausages especially after all the Korean dramas. Finally got to try out Jinju fish sausages, first ever snack in Korea. It is made with high quality pollack and is enhanced with cheddar cheese. I added sriracha and mayo and air fry for 3 mins. If only I got parmesan cheese🥲 However, it is best eaten with ramen.

Thank you for introducing Cheonhajangsa Fish Sausage , this is the first time I'm trying this product .I cooked it with my miso porridge and it actually goes well with it. Honestly if is not made from fish the taste would be better and for the texture abit soft to the side. Can be better if the texture more springy like the fish cake texture. Overall is a great experience to have the chance to try Jinju Ham's best sausage. Thank you.

Not my kind of food. I thought I will like it as I like to munch on string cheese and similar type of sausage as snacks. Works well well when I put into my instant noodle. But as a snack itself, I prefer the cheese to be slight more melted.

How did I find it? Unfortunately, I didn’t quite enjoy this. It’s an interesting product - the texture is in between that of sausage and cheese. Taste wise, it didn’t exactly taste like cheese, fish or sausage. A hybrid that I found odd? Worth a try for the novelty but don’t think I would repurchase! 1/5 ⭐️
