[LAB1899] Red Ginseng Peptide Serum

Red Ginseng Peptide Serum turned out to be a nice addition to my skincare routine.It is very gentle on the skin and spreads easily.I loved that it leaves the skin glowy and smooth.The ingredients in it are amazing and i noticed that my skin looks smoother and more evened out. While i'm not loving the sticky residue,it's still worth it.

This is a texture looks a little sticky white color, it smells so good, although the texture looks a little sticky, but very easy to be absorbed by the skin, but not the kind of use will feel moisturizing essence, this essence is more focused on anti-aging, to restore the elasticity of the skin, I temporarily did not feel a very obvious anti-aging effect, will continue to use.

0.8liter sent me the Lab 1899 Red Ginseng Peptide serum. It is a lightweight milky serum that has a slight scent. This is a mew company that provides vegan skincare using innovative extraction methods for red ginseng . The key ingredients are red ginseng,peptides,Shea butter,squalane,and something they call ginsenic barrier. They claim that the serum makes you look five years younger in 4 weeks and will give you an instant lifting effect. I haven't used it for 4 weeks so I can't comment on that claim but I dont think I have noticed much of a lifting effect. But I do love the serum and think it will give some results over time. It is definitely super hydrating.

Honestly I smell lavender first with some hints of ginseng in this serum. I love the glass packaging and how it is 100% vegan formula and that the ink is from soy ink on the packaging. So I would have to give this Lab1899 Red Ginseng Peptide Serum a 4 out of 5 stars. This serum retails for $25 but I only paid $3.99 thanks to 08liter. You get 1.69 fl oz or 50ml of product good until 2027. For the amount you get, it's not a bad price. I'm very frugal, so I would only buy this again at a discount. When I translated the ingredients list to English I didn't see added fragrance but it might have been translated a little incorrectly. I saw spices as the last ingredient which doesn't make any sense. So that's why I think Google might have messed up a little when translating. It smells like baby powder initially 😅 and then floral when dried. I've said it once and I'll say it again, I don't like added fragrance in my skincare. Added fragrance just leads to sensitivity and is unnecessary. The main reasons why I gave this Peptide serum a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the floral baby powder smelling fragrance, I'm not a fan of cones and it has phenyl trimethicone as the 21st ingredient. I could have made it 3.5 stars by taking off another half star because there's no ingredients list in English on the box. I can't blame them for Google translating it wrong, but if it was provided on the box I wouldn't have had to translate it in the first place. It is a Korean brand after all with mostly good ingredients like peptides, centella asiatica extract, shea butter, squalane, etc so I decided to be nice and leave it at 4 stars. Overall, it is a pretty good serum for all skin types, I was just hoping for no added fragrance and no cones even in the middle of the ingredients list. Keep swiping ➡️ for more pictures.
