They have a tweezers of their own so it's a mess-free application. The lifting cream comes in a tube that needs to be pressed to allow the product out. Then gently massage using the roller over the skin allowing the product to spread and absorb. The tube was a little bit harder to use since it can be hard to control the amount at first. It does require a little practice. It does hydrate, lift and plump my skin. Great duo to reduce dullness, dehydration and lack of youthfullness.
