For #5 — this one is Esther Formula Ceramide Strips (15 strips): I really enjoyed using these ceramide strips. They are convenient, easy to take, and dissolve quickly without needing water. Hydration is what I need when it comes to skincare. I found these ceramide strips that taste like candy. Not soft as the others they have but more like a thick crispy film that melts into a gummy texture For those that don’t do well with supplements this is an easy way to consume your supplements and so tasty. You will notice a change within a week I sure did!

The green apple flavor is light and refreshing, and I love how quickly they dissolve, no water needed. After using them consistently, my skin feels a bit more hydrated and balanced, but the results are subtle rather than dramatic.

This one actually tastes pretty good and the effect is great too! I love how it has HA and other ingredients for skin health. I have noticed my skin getting more resilient, so l think it really is improving my skin barrier

It has Ceramide, Hyaluronic Acid and Cica, which are so good for skins. I hate taking huge supplements that are hard to swallow. But this strips literally melts in seconds on your roof of your mouth. After taking it a couple of times, I felt my lips dryness vanishing.
