I found that this dual shot was harsh. It’s extremely bitter. However, if you take it really fast it isn’t that bad. Olive oil helps it slide down really easily. It’s a nice quick way to get healthy stuff in your system. Plus the idea of having something better isn’t really good for digestion. So even though it isn’t the most pleasant thing the benefits of this product definitely outweigh the taste

At first, I really thought I was not going to enjoy the taste, but it was actually not bad I had the lemon one as well as a tomato one and they were both pretty good and you immediately feel something going on in your stomach so I would recommend to drink it either at night or when you’re not going anywhere cause it will make you go to the restroom.
