While it tasted delicious it lacked to provide the purpose of its existence. It does nothing for helping you go to the bathroom. I was pretty disappointed because I was excited about it and it tasted great.

This is my first time trying supplements in jelly form. It tastes good and does its job well. Overall, this Korean supplement fits my life style and eases my digestive issues effectively.

I love how this supplement comes in a jelly form. I take it like a snack and love the grape/plum flavor. I also see great results and improvement in my bowel movement. The individual packs also make it super easy for on the go!

I usually have this as a snack after meals. The seeds give it a nice texture and make it more satisfying than regular snacks. It helps me cut back on unhealthy snacking, and it feels really refreshing when I’ve overeaten. I’ve also noticed it helps with digestion. I like keeping this on hand.

I usually have plain psyllium husk powder as my daily fiber supplement, and I have yet to have any problems. I tried getting my dad (60 y/o Male) into doing the same but he’s a lot pickier about what he eats. I decided to try him on these Jelly sticks, which was a lot easier for him! Honestly I loved them too! They taste like grape candy, and they’re like eating gelatin or a very firm jelly. I love all of the various fruit, vegetable extracts/ concentrates, chia added in, the Hyaluronic acid and collagen just make this a do it all supplement. The flavoring is just the cherry on top to take it from being a regular vitamin to being an exciting treat! I also like that the packaging is convenient as well. The Jelly definitely does its job, we’d paired it with dinner time and it’s been easily integrated with our routine! With any fiber supplement be sure to drink lots of water while taking, and you will for sure see results! One qualm I did have with it is finding Red dye 40 in the ingredients, and at a higher concentration than prune! It seemed rather unnecessary and I’d love to see this list without it at some point!!!

The spray is easy to use and soothing right away, the propolis formula has a pleasant, natural taste and doesn’t leave a burning sensation like some other throat sprays I’ve tried. It helps calm irritation quickly, and I notice relief almost instantly after spraying. Great to keep in my bag or at my desk for whenever my throat feels dry or sore, especially during dry weather or after lots of talking.

The taste and texture was not what I expected. I am not sure yet if this product is effective because I think it needs to be taken consistently over a longer period of time to see real results. So far, I have not noticed any clear changes, and the price feels a bit expensive compared to the uncertainty of the results.

I have wanted to try this for awhile and it didn’t disappoint. The first time I took it, it worked extremely fast-within 15mins. The next few times were not as quickly but still worked. It does make me a bit gassy but doesn’t give me cramps and it gets the job done. I’ve noticed that I have less bloating. The jelly itself is more than I thought so it takes some time to chew and consume. It has a nice flavor and you can definitely tell there are chia seeds. I really appreciate that the tubes are easy to open and you don’t need scissors.

It’s a fun way of taking my supplements! The texture is definitely more jelly, with some seeds throughout it. It tasted slightly sweet, but there’s some bitterness to it. I like that it’s sweet, it feels like a treat when I’m actually just taking my supplement. Would recommend for people having trouble with taking their supplements!
