Even though it contains green tea that helps with energy metabolism, I like that you can take this at night and it doesn't keep me up or give extra energy when I'm trying to wind down. It helps with maintaining healthy blood sugar levels so I don't crash after sugar. It's easy to take and doesn't upset my stomach. I've noticed less snack cravings. I like taking this with the cutting jelly as they work together really well to help with bloating. These are a step up from the original.

I participated in this campaign and have been taking the green tea extract pills consistently. Since supplements usually take time to show results, it is still hard to tell if there is a noticeable effect yet. I did not experience any negative side effects, which I appreciate, but considering the price, I think it feels a bit expensive for something whose benefits are not immediately noticeable. I believe clearer guidance on expected results or dosage effects over time would help improve the product.
