I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks and I am really liking it. First, I love the fact that it’s a sachet that you take directly without have to mix with water. It has a nice berry flavor. It doesn’t congeal like some collagen powders that you must mix with hot water for it to dissolve. This dissolves quickly and without any gumminess. I prefer this method so much more. It says to take before bed. I’m not really sure why but that works for me. I have noticed a bit improvement but am looking forward to long term results.

I just gifted this product for educational purposes Now that I’m in perimenopause because of my disruptions in my hormones, I find it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. So that’s what motivated me to try this and not only does it achieve that but then because it’s collagen, it’s helping my skin. So I would have to take something anyway to deal with the sleep issues but this just seems like such a big bonus and my skin definitely feels more plumper and I love it.

The product is easy to use. My favorite is that it comes in a storage container. A lot of single-serving supplements come in cardboard boxes, and they fall apart, so I love that it comes in a tin. I found the overall flavor to be very mild to the point where I’m not sure if there was a flavor. The consistency was smooth and easy. I was a little worried that it might cause stomach problems. But it did not for me. The only thing that did not help me with sleep was probably because of the vitamin C. Overall, though I do like the product, I just can’t take it before bed.
