This is one solidly built stainless steel pan. It is thick and not flimsy like some cheap pan and have some heft to it because of the 5 layers of steel but not so much that it would overly heavy like a cast iron would be. I really like that they do not use rivets on the handle to the body and the lid handle to the lid. That makes it much easier to clean and have no area for grime, oil and dirt to accumulate because all parts of the interior is just smooth metal with no patruding parts. Its a bit pricey but it is reflected on what you get for a steel wok that cooks well and should last a long while.

#316 Stainless Steel 9.4-Inch Wok pan I just threw out my pan, so this wok pan came at the perfect time. I like that it is stainless steel, which is healthier to cook with and not toxic (which was the reason I threw out my previous pan). I was initially surprised by the size, as for some reason I thought it would be bigger but it is the perfect size, especially because I have a small kitchen space. In terms of functionality, it is very versatile and for a variety of dishes and needs. It has cooked everything I have made in it well.
