This cleansing oil is really cute and has a good amount of product for the price. It has really good ingredients such as egg towing and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and not dry. It leaves a smooth finish to my skin. The texture itself is very lightweight and doesn’t have a powerful smell and it’s really easy to use from the pump. I would say this is a really good value for your money and really good skin care in general.

I’ve been using the OVERLAPS Ectoin Cleansing Oil for a while now, and overall I like it. It feels really lightweight and does a good job removing everyday makeup, sunscreen, and oil without irritating my skin. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and this didn’t cause any breakouts. It rinses off easily and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling some cleansing oils do. I did notice my skin feels a bit smoother over time, but it’s more of a gradual improvement. The only downside is that it struggles a little with heavy or waterproof makeup, so I sometimes need to go in twice. Overall, it’s a gentle and reliable cleanser for daily use. I’d give it a solid 4/5.

My new favorite skin routine step. Previously I never used an oil cleanser because I always used foam or a scrub. I added this oil cleanser as the first step of my routine, especially when wearing heavy makeup or for a thorough face cleanse. I have really enjoyed this oil cleanser and use it almost daily.

I took this #sponsored campaign because it seemed easy, and I don't really get a chance to splurge on facial cleansers. Those generally aren't very luxurious because they're in such a short amount of contact with your face compared to so many other products. But since double cleansing totally *changed my life* I keep an oil cleanser and a water cleanser. I'd also say I'm more of a "cleansing balm" person over liquid oil. But this product really shocked me. Compared to my cheaper alternatives, it had such a better feel, smell, and used WAY less product than any others. It's definitely worth the extra few dollars to get a cleansing oil this good. While I've been into products for skin barrier repair, again, I don't know if the Ectoin actually helps long term. Personally it doesn't particularly matter to me because the product itself is great as an oil cleanser first. I can get ectoin in a cream or mask or something. My face definitely feels a lot softer though, and if it IS helping my skin barrier, fantastic! I'm all for products that will do that.

My skin feels soft and clean after rinsing — not greasy or stripped. I also like that it doesn’t irritate my skin or sting my eyes, and the scent is very light. It rinses off well and works great as a first cleanse if you double cleanse. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because since it’s so lightweight, I sometimes need a little extra product if I’m wearing heavier makeup. But overall, I’d definitely keep using it and would repurchase.
