I've been enjoying this jelly because it's so easy to take on the go. The pomegranate flavor is refreshing, and the texture is smooth without being too sweet. I like adding it to my daily wellness routine, and the individual stick packs make it super convenient to carry in my bag.

For something that is for weight lost and helps to suppress the appetite, the pomegranate flavored jelly that I bought taste really really good and makes me want to eat more than one. Can not testify to the other flavors yet because I haven't tried those yet. In between meals I take one of these to help tide me over to feel less hungry. Only knock on these jelly sticks is that for a pack of 10 it is a bit on the pricey side at over $20 a box.

This works SOO well it’s a little scary HAHA one side effect to note, the first few times I had this, I felt a little jittery but I’m very sensitive in general (tiniest bit of caffeine makes me jittery). It really lowered my appetite and I found myself not snacking at all and eating less portions. I would stay away from caffeine when taking this if you’re a bit sensitive like me!

The pomegranate flavor was very pleasant, especially when chilled. I kept the sticks in the refrigerator and enjoyed them cold—it made them even more refreshing. The individual packaging is convenient to take on the go, which I really liked. Overall, I had a positive experience with this product. The texture and taste were enjoyable, and it was easy to fit into my daily routine. I enjoyed it and would be happy to try it again in the future.

I really enjoyed Foodology’s Apple jelly which is why I decided to try this version with the chia seeds too. I love chia seeds and have chia seed pudding regularly. I’m also trying to cut down my appetite to get in shape for this summer. This pomegranate flavor was good too and the jelly bouncy just like the apple flavor. I like that there’s chia seeds to help with fiber intake. Also, when eating thisI did not feel hungry for a very long time.

I absolutely love the benifits of this, it tatses amazing and I can tell a difference in my gut. Normally I cant tell a difference but with this i could, which impresses me. Typically my belly goes crazy after eating but a few days after taking these my belly no longer is upset

Although I really like this product, it is too pricey for me. The jelly is so easy to eat, travel friendly and tasty. What I loved the most was how good I felt after a meal, no bloating, no indigestion.
