The insoles are very light and I forget I'm wearing them a lot of the time. They're also very comfortable and especially good for flat footed people. My boyfriend who is flat footed really likes them

As a shorter girlie, my whole like I’ve always worn platform or heeled sandals to get an extra few inches on my height. I’m now in my sneaker era and have been looking into getting height increase insoles to get a bit of help. These are great! Not only does it add slight height, it makes all of my shoes extra comfortable and relieves any pain in the ball of my feet after prolonged walking. This seems to be a very sturdy product because I’ve already used it on various different shoe styles and it seems very durable.

Very comfy and subtle- the profile on these is very slim so it doesn’t look from the outside that there’s any lifting going on. The glue dots that are included were a nice touch to help them stay put as well!
