    I am a big fan of foodology and love apple cider to help with my digestion. This is a perfect combination. The jelly sticks are super easy to be taken for on the go. It is yummy and almost feel like a sweet treat after a huge meal.

    These are a bit tart and not the best taste but still doable. They are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. Love that it helps my gut and sugar levels. Didn’t really see much results with just 10 days. Definitely only take this after eating because it can upset your stomach if you have an empty stomach.

    If you want the ACV benefits without the vinegar taste these are a good option. Like a tart sweet apple juice flavored jelly stick. Easy to take and portable! It is a little pricey.

    I was so used to taking acv with some water that left me with the worst heartburn like gerd. I came across these and I’m amazed. They don’t have any taste of apple cider vinegar and are so yummy. The texture alone is extremely satisfying soft jelly chewy, and honestly tastes more like a treat than a wellness product. The greatest advantage is that they are super convenient just grab and go in this busy world we live in
