nFOODOLOGY 사과식초 젤리

I liked the taste of the jellies. It helped curb my appetite and cravings when I would eat it in the morning. Overall I did feel like I did not overeat as much as I typically do when I eat the apple cider vinegar jellies since they help with keeping me feel full. Taste is not the best, but I do not mind it as I have tried other health products that have tasted much worse, so this is better in comparison.

Wasn't expecting much going into these but they surprised me. No vinegar bite at all, just tastes like apple cider, sweet and easy to eat. Texture's basically jello but a little firmer, holds together nicely. These have been great for digestion, definitely feel lighter and less bloated since adding them in. Also perfect if you're on a GLP1 and need something gentle that won't upset your stomach but still gives you that ACV boost people take for weight loss. Way easier than choking down ACV shots or dealing with that smell. If you've tried the liquid stuff and hated it, these are a solid fix. Just pop one and you're done. The package I received was all smashed up but the product itself was fine.

I had a great experience participating in this campaign. The instructions were easy to understand, and I enjoyed trying the product and creating content based on my experience. Communication throughout the campaign was smooth and organized. I would be happy to participate in another Foodology campaign in the future.

Being able to have apple cider vinegar in jelly form is honestly so convenient! I feel like it tastes better as well. It helps me digest and also use the bathroom, so would definitely continue to eat and also repurchase!
