Taste may take you off guard, but after the first one you get used to it and it’s quite tasty. I like mine without water because I like the sour taste, but you can also use it with water.

I find that this is the best way for me to take supplements as it’s easy to take and has quicker absorption. The only issue I have is that it is quite sour when you take it directly from the sachet. I def could not take it all in one go. I tried adding to water but it was just as bad. The good thing is that it’s a small dose so dealing with the sourness didn’t last long. I like that it has both Vitamin C and Vitamin D. I really love that it’s zero sugar. I like this for immune help and collagen help.
