This Protein Shake is really good for traveling, especially through airports where you could not bring any liquids of more than 3.4 oz. The pouch is just the powder and the crunchy bits. You could use milk, milk alternatives like almond milk, and even water to make it into a drinkable shake. Each work great and even the water taste pretty ok just more watered down and less sweet. Just fill it to the see through line in the back to measure the amount needed. There are 4 flavors available to buy and each flavors comes in a packet of 5 in a box. At about $30 a box its not the cheapest protein shake out there but also not crazy expensive for what it is. The four flavors are cornflake, chocolate, korean matcha, and five grain. I have tried all 4 falvors and my wife and I agree the his cereal flavor is our favorite. Imagine your childhood sweet corn flakes and the sweet sugary tasting milk that is left behind with bit of the crunchy cereal still left over and you drank it it is what this tastes like to us. Out of all 4 this flavor have the highest amount of sugar at 4 gram which is still low. The others all have only 1 gram. It is also the highest calories compared to the others by a small amount of 220 vs the other two highest at 200. And yes, it really does have interesting crunchy bits in the shake. Even after being soaked in liquid for over half and hour to an hour.

These protein shake pouches are unreal. The nutritional content is amazing but the taste is definitely what won me over. these already being separated into their own pouches makes it so perfect on the go. I found that mixing mostly milk and a little bit of water keeps it from being too sweet. this cornflake flavor tastes like cornflakes cereal with milk. You know that yummiest part of your milk where it has all of the sugary sweetness? That’s exactly what it tastes like. I’m so amazed by how they keep the contents not soggy and perfectly crunchy and yummy. This is a great meal replacement for on the go if you care about your macros.

The flavor is really good and it’s one of the better tasting protein shakes I’ve tried. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive. It also doesn’t mix very well, and the crunchy bits tend to sink to the bottom, so you have to shake it again while drinking.
