This shampoo is so perfect for oily hair or swimmer's hair. I've been using it once or twice a week for a deep cleanse from scalp to ends. I find it doesn't actually strip my hair as expected and leaves my hair feeling clean without the dried out feel. I like the scent too, its not overpowering; it's a citrus forward scent, almost a light grapefruit mixed with mandarin orange.
