This moisturizing whitening cream makes your skin feel extremely soft. It has a lovely scent and a little applicator spoon that comes with it. It has little beads inside that dissolve as you moisturize and soften your skin with each rub.

Upon receiving this item, I first tested this on my hand. It made my skin feel smooth and very matte. I hesitated using it on my face because it has still been dry and cold in my area and it didn't feel like it would offer a lot of moisture (which I need). When I finally started using this facial gel, I layered it on top of an oil in my nighttime routine. It mattified my skin a little but didn't feel too dry. The pink capsules in the gel pop and help to temporarily whiten/brighten the skin. It made me look a little too pale for my liking but it may make a good moisturizer in the morning before using make up. I haven't tested it in this way though. Overall, it's a decent moisturizer but I think I need to wait until the hot, humid summers to know for sure if it's going to work for my skin since it's very mattifying.

I was recently sent 1960NY Whitening Soothing Gel Cream by Reskin Cosmetics from 08liter. It is a daily brightening and soothing gel that is a very light weight gel formula. It instantly moisturizes the skin while evening out your skin tone. The clear gel contains Willow Bark extract, which is known to give off the soothing cooling effect. The tiny pink capsules within the gel are full of vitamins and Niacinamide, which is known for their whitening effect that will even and brighten your skin tone. This Soothing Gel Cream has a super soft scent and once applied to my skin the capsules dissolved. Leaving my skin feeling super soft, hydrated and moisturized at the same time while also leaving it glowly and bright. I have been using this gel at night after using my daily serums and creams and in the morning before applying my makeup (almost like a primer).

This cream has an interesting consistency -- it's like a gel with tiny capsules, which pip when you run them and become more creamy. It's fun to use but didn't do a whole lot to diminish redness for me. It's fine as a moisturizer.

I was lucky enough to receive the 1960NY Whitening Soothing Gel Cream to try out for a review and honestly had no idea what it was when I got it in the mail. It's like a gel with little beads in it and had to google how to use it since the directions were fairly vague. The smell is a very subtle floral/clean scent and luckily it's not overpowering. I love this product because it's a night and day cream. At night you just throw it into your regular skincare routine. Remove your makeup, wash your face and then apply this cream! In the morning it's the first thing I throw on before moisturizure or makeup. According to other reviews it's supposed to actually "lighten" your skin?? However it just makes my skin brighter and more lively. The beads dissipate as you rub the whitening gel into your face and they go from pink beads to white foam or almost powder that blends into the product. This has vitamins in it to make your skin more vibrant and that's definitely what it does! I love this product so much that I'm making my boyfriend use it with me! 10/10 will buy once I run out!

Product review: 1960NY Whitening Soothing Gel Cream (2.70 FL. OZ.). I received this product complimentary from @0.8l_usa in exchange of my honest review. All opinions are my own. First time trying this brand. I loved the nice packaging. It makes the product looks elegant and modern. The formula is clear and it has peach colored capsules. It smells fresh. I dare to say it's citrus scented. It came with a mini spatula. It's described as a product that contains vitamin capsule which brightness up the skin. It also contains willow extract which keeps water/oil balance of the skin and controls Sebum, thereby leaving the skin cottony, silky and moisturized. The cream has to be applied over the face and neck. It's good for day and night. Once I applied the formula it provided a cool feeling. It was very light and easy to apply. It was necessary to keep rubbing the gel over my face and neck until all the capsules disolved. The formula turned creamy and white. At that point the gel cream smelled stronger. Too much scented to be a skin care (face & neck) product. After 10-15 minutes, the gel cream was absorbed but it left residues and a sticky sensation. After removing the residues with water my skin felt moisturized and looked hydrated. There was a short instruction in the package: "how to use: after applying essence, apply this cream over the face and neck evenly for both day and night". The package didn't provide much information about instructions, which is a big fail because it was a skin care product. It seemed that this gel cream is a second step after a "essence" is applied. But I had no idea what that was. I just used my common sense. So far I haven't noticed big changes related with its skin whitening function. All I can say is that my skin feels softer than before. It looks hydrated and moisturized. I haven't experienced any irritations but as I said before, it smells strong. I'll continue using this product to enjoy its great benefits. This soothing and lightening gel from @0.8l_usa is a gel type moisturizer with a unique 'capsule' type system. When you rub the product in to your skin, they burst, inside is a white cream of a different consistency. Like other whitening creams I've tried, it did leave my skin looking smooth and instantly lightened, and the first morning after using it, I thought it looked more so, (so not a product for everyone). Brightens my skin after putting it on, but the capsules are a little annoying. They don't dissolve easily or even completely. However I have noticed my skin tone even out which is nice. Not moisturizing enough for my dry skin though so I still have to put a moisturizer on top.

. Initially I was like, why did I apply for a gel? I'm dry skinned. But then I opened it and was shook. This is clearly how all gels should be served. As you break the orbs they release powder which does give this cream a more matte finish. And since it was whitening I used it after my vitamin C to try and get the niacinamide and willow bark extract close to my skin. The specs 1. It is not a sticky gel 2. The powder gives it a kinda matte finish if you use this as your last moisturizer 3. No fragrance, but has a clean scent Overall: I didn't find it very whitening or have any BHA type of effect. But I would give it props for being soothing and cooling and having a nice formula full of anti-inflammatories and ferments. I will probably just use this as a makeup primer since I prefer gels under makeup. I also wish this was in a clear airless pump bottle for the sole purpose of showing off the rose gold beads

I enjoyed this whitening soothing gel that I received for review purposes from .08liter. The gel is clear with little tiny pink beads that help improve skin tone.This gel provided my dry winter skin with alot of moisture. When I woke up I noticed it left my skin soft and radiant. I have only been using it for a few days so it is a bit early to really see the long-term results. The ingredients include: Knotted Wrack Extract which provides plenty of moisture to dry dull and flaky skin.

Received another interesting product from @0.8l_usa completely free to review, this is the 1960NY Soothing Whitening Cream from @1960ny . The texture feels like a very cool clear gel full of small orangey beads that I believe contain the whitening properties, if you press them hard enough against your palm (suggest you do this first as they're a bit hard to get them to burst) then you emulsify them together and it'll will turn slightly white! I really liked this cream as it is great for combination skin types, doesn't cause oiliness at all but during winter I feel it doesn't moisturize my cheeks enough lol. One thing I don't like about this product is that when you first apply it, it feels very very tacky but thankfully after a few seconds it makes your skin feel unbelievably smooth and soft, I also don't like how hard it is to smash up the beads that I sometimes have to pick off a few off my face lol. #1960NY #1960NYWhiteningSoothingGel #moisture #moisturize #moisurizer #08L #08liter

So I had the chance to try out 1960 NY Capsule CC Cream, and of course to give a review. The gel is quite cool, but it's also very thin, and if I'm not mistaken you need to apply sun screen then this cream. I personally found it a little difficult to evenly distrubte to my face and neck. I do have to say I was glad they included a little spoon to help spread the gel. There are these little orange beads inside the gel that quickly burst once rubbed into the skin. For me personally, this gel immediately began stinging my skin and left it irritated for about twenty minutes. So because of this, I decided it'd be best to go ahead and wash it off. That honestly was the biggest turn off about this product. There is a very strong fragrence as soon as you open the container, personally , I did not find it to smell that nicely. Overall I was disappointed about this product, especially since it seemed so lovely.

The Whitening gel is super neat, I have never tried a whitening gel for my face before and this one is so cool. There are little beads in the gel that when you apply pressure they kind of burst into a white cream, and turn the gel into a white mixture. I also really love the scent that this product has. Its sort of floral, but not over whelming like other products can be. The packaging is also one of my favorites. Its so sleek and classy looking that anyone would want this on their vanity.

I want to thank #1960NY and #08liter for sending me #1960nywhiteningsoothinggel to review. The gel is very cooling feeling. It's going to be wonderful when we move into the hotter weather. I feel like I need to use it longer to see any true brightening effect but I'm not disputing the claim. The gel is tacky at first but does dry down to a smooth texture so it goes well under makeup. Because it is still frequently cold here, i still layer this under a lotion for more hydration. Come summer, this may very well be enough. The gel is also beautiful.
