라포티셀 톤 업 & 커버 쿠션

The Lapothicell Tone Up Cushion is a cushion foundation. I received it in the shade #23. This foundation comes with SPF 50 PA +++ which is great because most foundations come with a level of sunscreen that is not strong enough to wear alone. It was very easy to apply and blend this foundation. I did use a primer underneath and the foundation was able to stay on my face all day. The coverage is medium but it's easy to build up, it also feels very comfortable on the skin. I have redness on my face and this easily evened out my skin tone. I really loved the overall design and idea of the Tone Up Cushion so I really, really wanted it to work for me. Sadly, it doesn't make the cut because it left my skin feeling and looking greasy which was a deal breaker for me. That said, there were several things I did enjoy about the product, which is why I really wish the foundation itself left me with more of a matte finish. Things I did like: I love the design overall. It has a lovely & convenient compact with a separate compartment for the sponge applicator so it keeps it separate from the actual foundation cushion. There is also a convenient mirror so this product would be great for tossing in your bag for quick touch-ups. I also like that the foundation is easy to blend & the cushion lets you easily control amount of coverage. I was able to mostly cover all my trouble spots without feeling like I was caking on a ton of foundation. This product might be good for someone who perhaps has very dry skin and maybe wouldn't have such oily looking results or if followed up by a mattifying powder? Still not something I’m likely to get more once it runs out. This tone up cushion foundation has been a great addition to my makeup routine. It is a very nice sleek packaged item and it does a overall great job as a cushion foundation. I like how easy it is to use, and it only takes me around 3 to 4 pushes into the foundation before I am completely covered. I also like that it goes on so smoothly and leaves your skin feeling so soft. It is great that it has an spf of 50 because I get easily burnt and need the max protection. Overall, I have not had any issues with this item and will continue using this in my daily routine.

OMG! At first I was sure how to feel about cushion foundation but really wanted to give it a try. I used it the way I would with my regular foundation or bb/cc cream. I applied my moisturizer and primer. My first thought about this product was "it's too dark" but it is not. For some reason the product appears darker on the cushion than on the skin. I love that it doesn't oxydes on the skin too. This product is easy to blend and the coverage can be build from light to full! I was surprised that it last through a all summer day in California without touch up! It doesn't et patchy and looks flawless on the skin! I love the spf in it as well. I like the portability of the product, my only concern now is the price and how long a cushion can last... does it really worth it or not... would I buy again? Maybe, do I recommend it certainly yes! This cushion's packaging is really nice and sleek, just my style! It has a slight scent of baby lotion, which smells really nice. It has medium coverage and I love how it doesn't make my skin feel sticky (unlike my Laniege BB Cushion which I had to give away because it was too sticky, but friend didn't like it either). It's very light and easy to carry, with SPF 50+, which is definitely important! A small downside is that the product doesn't really come out evenly, but that might just be me ^^;

My thoughts: * This is for light dewy coverage which can be built up slightly * This pulls pinky-orange on my skin and isn't a good match for my skin which has yellow undertones * The coverage does last about 8 hours without needing a touch up so it does stay on a long time * If you have dry skin, you need to hydrate/moisturize a lot before application or the cushion will apply in streaky patches

My verdict for this cushion is still out as I am not sure how I feel about it yet. It has medium buildable coverage and a dewy finish. If you have imperfection like huge pores, it doesn't accencuate it but it doesn't hide it either. Even with a primer underneath, I still see all the pores...it's probably due to the dewy finish. It does helps after I powdered. For now, I wouldn't recommend it because after 3-4 hours, it started to wear off and you can start to see my redness again (I was not in extreme heat).

Lapothicell Tone Up & Cover Cushion Review . After trying out this cushion for a week, I am left with mixed feelings about its performance. First of all, owing to its Tone Up function, i.e. basically brightening as I understand it, it actually feels one shade lighter than indicated - I have shade #23, which usually works fine for me but is too light here. . On the plus side, it does a good job covering my red spots and has a pleasant light scent. It also feels refreshing on the skin and I like its semi-matte finish. . However, its lasting power is mediocre and it tends to pill and crease into fine lines, even when I use only a light layer. Also, the white plastic case definitely feels a bit flimsy and there doesn't seem to be that much product in the cushion - the puff doesn't pick up much when I press it on the sponge to get the product. . Overall, I wouldn't repurchase it and I'm happy to use this as a backup that I was able to get for super cheap.

This foundation only blends well on acne-free skin. However, it settles in creases and becomes patchy. While it has SPF protection, my pores felt clogged from the foundation in the heat and humidity. I would not purchase this Tone Up & Cover Cushion foundation and would not suggest it to those looking for a cushion foundation.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this product. It arrived very quickly. The compact has a light flowet scent but faded quickly. I was curious how this product would work on my skin since its really oily but I was able to go through the entire day and not have to touch up much. It even covered my rosacea quite well. I would buy this product in the future.

Absolutely love it the covered is perfect and light! My favorite part is the high spf! Tried it for a day and it did get a bit oily but I do have oily skin. I love the coverage and the natural finish it gives. Big thumbs up! Also the color worked great with my skin tone I love how it's not ashy on my skin. So natural and glowy

First off, this really isn't my color but it wasn't as dark as I thought it would be so I made it work. I've never used a cushion before, can you believe it?? So when I had the opportunity to purchase one for only $3.99 from @08liter in exchange for my honest feedback, I jumped. I'd wanted to try a cushion since forever. And let's face it, nowhere else could I get one for that cheap. . . I knew nothing about this particular cushion as I often find to be the case with many #kbeauty products. They're shrouded in mystery oftentimes thanks to the mostly Korean language on the packaging & the sometimes very unreliable info on the internet. But let's forget about all of that. I'm usually willing to sacrifice my face to try new things. It's just how I roll. . . I used this only once and that's all I needed to know it's just not for me. Fortunately I tried it on a day off from work or I'd have been insane. I did my usual skincare routine & applied the cushion once it all absorbed. There were no issues with application & I felt it was a good, medium coverage. I was careful not to over-apply. Then I went on with my day which included a couple hours of shopping on a 70 degree Fahrenheit day. . . A couple things I noticed within an hour: this was most definitely matte & felt kinda heavy. After shopping, about 3 hrs later, I looked in the car mirror & I was appalled. I had several spots that were unquestionably cakey. Not good. Upon arriving home I washed it off and that's where the story ends. Except for one thing I'd like to add: I am normally moderately oily but my base of choice is MUFE foundation stick which I use lightly, blend with fingertips & never get cakey. I'd rather get a little oily than be matte, truth be told. The End.

I really wanted to like this compact I received from @0.8l_usa because it has sunscreen it it but the sunscreen was it's downfall. I have combo skin and live in Florida so its hard for me to find something that stays all day. I didnt care for how greasy it felt on the skin as soon as i applied it? The shade was perfect for my skin and the have a decent shade range.. The coverage was light to medium but quickly faded. This foundation was slightly more yellow than my skin tone, but after using bronzer and blush, it blended in really nicely. I love the packaging of this cushion, it's a matte white plastic, and it just looks a lot more chic than the normal shiny plastic. It has a light to medium coverage, perfect for someone looking to perfect their skin with a bit more coverage than a bb cream. It smells very fresh, but not overbearing whatsoever. It has a beautiful finish; an in between matte/glowy. It stuck a little to my dry skin around my hair line, but I hadn't exfoliated the night before, so that's pretty much to be expected of any foundation. I would recommend it for any skin type, but if you have dry skin, I would recommend always using a hydrating skincare routine beforehand.

I rarely wear makeup as I do not like cakey or a to much makeup look. I am happy I got to try #ToneUp&Cushion because I realy like the way it went on smoothly and blended well . I have a big scar and lots of lots of little ones and i was able to hide a little. My face is very dried and Tone Up & Cushion hydrated my face. The wrinkles were still there but I love this product. I was pretty excited when @0.8l_usa offered this cushion on their Try Now deal for $3.99 as I loved cushions! The offer didn't have an option for color selection but I was happy to receive No. 23 Natural Beige. I liked the simple and sleek design. One main reason I liked cushion is that it provides UV rays protection. This cushion has a protection of SPF50. Cushion contains whitening ingredients giving a natural shine and glow to the skin. I applied it after my moisturizer with no primer to test the longevity of the product. The area around my nose look alittle dry and rubbed off after about eight hours. I believe if primer is used, this won't be an issue. It is lightly scented. The coverage is light and doesn't feel sticky like other cushions. My face feels smooth and glowy, not too dewy which looks more natural. I really liked this cushion!

I got this Lapothicell Tone Up & Cover Cushion in 23 Natural Beige for $3.99 from @0.8l_usa ❤️ If you want a light, natural coverage cushion foundation then you should try out this cushion. It comes in a sleek, matte white case and a cushion puff that feels very soft and bouncy. As you can see in the first picture of my skin up close, I have a couple small red acne spots and a few sunspots. In the second picture of my skin after applying the Lapothicell Tone Up & Cover Cushion, my acne and sunspots are lightly covered up. Which I really enjoyed this cushion because I like light coverage, natural-looking foundation on my skin. It is a semi-matte finish so I'm very happy with this cushion!! :)
