라포티셀 톤 업 & 커버 쿠션

I received this @lapothicell_official Tone Up & Cover Cushion from @0.8l_usa in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I jump at any and every chance I can get to try a new cushion compact because they're my base makeup of choice. I hardly ever walk out of the house in a full face of BB cream or foundation. . This cushion's coverage is quite nice. It's very lightweight but I still consider it medium coverage. The finish is pretty matte so if that's not what you're into, this may not be the cushion for you. I think it'll be perfect as the weather gets hotter. It also covers my redness better then a lot of cushions do, without feeling cakey or thick. The case is made of plastic and pretty cheap looking, but I do like that it's thinner then most cushions I've seen. I also like this brand's clean aesthetic and of course it's SPF 50/PA +++, which is a plus. Some notable ingredients include niacinamide, adenosine and a slew of flower extracts, including lobster flower extract (whatever that is Lol). I'm not a huge fan of cushion foundations, having only tried two drugstore brands. I find that they usually have very light coverage and are very hydrating, leaving me extremely oily within an hour or two. I received this Lapothcell Tone Up & Cover Cushion with SPF50+/PA+++ from @0.8l_usa to review. When I first got it the color looked to dark for my skin, however, when I actually applied it, the color was perfect. The first time I used it, I used the sponge that came with it. The coverage was very slight, gave me a more even tone but did not cover my acne or hyperpigmentation. I had to go in and over the spots many times before it was a decent coverage. The next day I used a beauty blender and had really good coverage. I was able to build it up to a high medium coverage and it was easier to apply. With each application I used a matte primer and found that it helped to keep the shine at bay for up to 4 hours and then I had to blot. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it lasted on my skin, it remained on for the full day. It has no smell and did not irritate or break me out. I am really enjoying this foundation for a quick easy look.

First time trying this tone up and cover cushion. As you can see it has a very light coverage. After applied I noticed it did not leave my skin smooth, more a bit sticky? I would not recommend this if you have oily skin. Thank you 0.8L for letting me test and review this free.

Very light but still gives great coverage. You don't need too much. Compact is white, sleek, just has a reflective film as a mirror so it tends to fog up. Smells lightly floral (no spf smell), not overwhelming. The product will last all day without caking or drying out the skin. It keeps the skin moisturized so that's a plus. The finish is dewy and sheer. Overall, a great daytime makeup product.

Lapothicell Tone up Cushion is a wonderful product and so easy to use. The cushion is a really interesting concept and definitely one of a kind, it seems like a combination of all the best aspects of pounder/cream foundation and liquid foundation. It is very easy to apply and create even coverage. It goes on smoothly and feels very light and airy on my skin. The color is perfect! Yesterday I received #lapothcellkorea Tone up and cover Cushion. I was a little scared that it would be way to dark for my face when I first saw the color. But actually it's a perfect match. I tired using the sponge that was included to put it on but was not getting the look I wanted. I ended up using my beauty Blender. If you want a full coverage you will have to put on a few layers of it. Has no bad smell, and can hardly tell I have anything on my face. I wore it all day at work and it held up very well. With working in a school I need a product that will stand up to the stress. I have fallen in love with this product. The pad that comes with it is so soft and glides across your skin very nice. The shade of the foundation blended in with my complexion perfectly. No streaks, and no orange look. After applying it to my skin, it felt smooth and looked brightened and refreshed. I kind of worry about it being a sponge because I worry there might not be enough actual makeup. You can't tell how much makeup your actually getting. This is a great product and I will be recommending it to my friends and family.
