Here is my honest review. I was very excited when I was selected to try this product, but I never received it. Now I am suspended. I am very shocked that 0.8L would not contact me back when I didn't get the order. I cannot write a review if I do not have the product. Really wished this would have worked out.

I received a warning/suspension for this product I NEVER received. I contacted customer service multiple times, but this issue was never resolved. Please organize your methods and realized that some packages get lost in the mail, especially if they are being shipped from Korea. I understand things get lost sometimes, but it should not come to the fault of the editor when they have no control over the situation.

I've been using this for a month now. Wow! What a way to finish up winter and give my skin some healthy prep for spring weather. It's very light and refreshing. I can apply it multiple times a day and it quickly absorbs and gives a nice boost of moisture. I received the Nice To Monaco Water Wear Fluid in a sturdy box. The directions are very easy and simple to follow. The product went on smoothly and did not leave a sticky feeling like some others I've tried. My skin felt hydrated, refreshed, soft, with just a tiny hint of fragrance. My skin looks and feels younger than before which is great! I do wish I had also been able to try the Water Wear Skin the box says to use before the Water Wear Fluid. Nice to Monaco is gentle and silky. It has a pleasant scent. It dries completely and doesn't leave your​ face feeling greasy or sticky. You can wear it under your make-up without it feeling like layers because it absorbs well into your skin. My skin looks more youthful from trying it. Friends, please let me tell you about the amazing product that @.08liter and @nicetomonaco so graciously sent me in exchange for my honest review. The Water Wear Fluid by Nice to Monaco has been such a wonderful addition to my skin care routine! I love the pump bottle and lid because not only is this product perfect for traveling, but it's also hygienic and lightweight. 💧The Water Wear Fluid doesn't really have a scent, and is very lightweight on the skin. The weather has been all over the place lately, so I've been applying this right before my moisturizer during the day, and before my heavier cream or sleeping pack at night. It sinks easily into my skin and wears beautifully under makeup. 💧There are some killer ingredients in the Water Wear Fluid, to include: niacinamide, lavender flower water, lime flower water, Peach and apple flower extracts, pomegranate seed oil and flower extract, cherry flower extract, orange flower extract, peppermint leaf extract, and I could go on and on. 💧After using this product for a few weeks, I can absolutely tell that it is helping to brighten my skin, as well as fight against wrinkles. I swear, I feel like it's even helped with my deeper forehead wrinkles! 💧I'm SO grateful to have been sent this product and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes naturally based products that pack a punch!

It is moisturizer like no other . I love that it has Lavender water ,Berry Blossom Complex and Pomegranate seed oil ingredients but they are not embowering in scent instead the cream smells like any other smells but once you put it on your face you noticeyour face brightened .I love that these ingredients are energizing it feels fresh once I put it on and it soak in my face so quickly I can apply CC or BB cream or even foundation with no time .the cream increases resilience in skin and maintains skin’s moisturized condition. I noticed that my skin no more moiustrizer during the day . |REVIEW| Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid. I get asked a lot about good moisturizers especially for the night time. And usually I always have two types of recommendations - an oil for nighttime or a water boosting, gel based hydrating moisturizer. Some of my favorites of the gel kind have been the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask and the Olay Regenerist Overnight Mask. They all call themselves masks but are really super hydrating cooling gel type moisturizers. Well, I've found a new love today in the 💧 Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid💧The consistency of this is like a light water like gel that feels AMAZING on the skin. This can be used either morning or evening. They way this HYDRATES and SOFTENS the skin is incredible! Makeup sits on top of this beauuutifully. Sometimes when I've put on a serum at night and it hasn't completely sunk in yet, I usually use this fluid as my moisturizer because it doesn't move the product around underneath it and gives a brilliant moisture layer that locks all your skincare in. Because of the consistency, it's very easy to spread it on the face and you end up needing very little product. This bottle is going to last me for a good long while. The packaging is on point with the classic and sophisticated black and white design. This would make a fantastic moisturizer for the upcoming summer months when you want something cooling, hydrating yet light on the face. It's a nice enough product that provides extra moisture. The texture is a good balance between thick and watery and it absorbs quickly like water, without leaving any sort of residue. It makes a lot of claims: energizing, oil/water control, wrinkle care, brightening... I haven't used it long enough to see the effects of the latter two, but I think it's an overall good product.

I recieved the Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid from 0.8L for free in exchange for my honest review. At first I wasn't really sure where to put this in my routine... After playing with the texture I'm using it as an serum/emulsion. It is cloudy white in color and sorta watery. It has a faint fragrance, reminds me of freshly cleaned clothes. I love how it aborbs into my skin. It probably would not provide enough moisture for people with dry skin. With my combination skin this is enough for day time use for me. This product states on the box that it helps with whitening of skin and helps to pervents wrinkles. Thank you 0.8l for sending me the water wear fluid to test! The cream itself is very light, absorbs very quickly and feels almost like water on your skin after you start rubbing it in. I guess that's why water is in the name....makes sense. It smells very light, floral almost and it's actually very soothing. I didn't notice the wrinkle benefits,but it did moisturizer my skin and helped balance the oils throughout the day. I liked it, but I'm not sure I would purchase it in the future.

Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid InstaReview ~ I received this lightweight fluid lotion from @0.8L_USA. This is by the brand Reskin, which I have tried their cleansing oil. Nice to Monaco describes this skincare product as "Feel like walking with cool sea breeze in the beach of the Mediterranean", which alas, I was not instantly transported to Cote d'Azur. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way - wow. stinky perfume scent. I don't think that the beaches of Cote d'Azur smells like this! It lingers too... disgusting. But the fluid itself? NICE. Really sweet. It is so lightweight that its gel-like texture starts to melt to a watery fluid when it comes in contact with my skin. It glides on smoothly, doesn't leave a sticky feel on my skin and really hydrates nicely. This is supposed to be a brightening fluid, with lavender and pomegranate seed oil, to help heal and make your skin more elastic and firm. It also has a "berry blossom complex" made from lime, peach, apple, orange, sweet cherry and pomegranate blossoms ~ which alas, this doesn't smell like. I am not going to continue with this to find out if it lightens and brightens and this would be an amazing lightweight summer skincare product for me, but they ruined it with the artificial strong perfume scent. Thanks to @0.8l_usa for sending me Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid to test out and review. I used this product for less than a week unfortunately, after a few days of use my skin was so sore. Even though I didn't put it on my lips my lips were sore as well. I really wanted to like this product because it is light weight and doesn't feel like I put anything on my skin. But the aftermath is where I had problems, my skin is just to sensitive for products with lightening agents. This is a no go for anyone with sensitive skin. So I did not enjoy this product because of the discomfort it caused.

This is has a thin lightweight formula. Consistency is a watery gel cream (😅). A nice fresh scent, not overpowering. Transforms ino a water like texture when applying. Cool and soothing sensation. Absorbs quickly into skin. Leaves no sticky/tacky resisue. Skin feels hydrated. Complexion looks healthy and has a nice light glow. It's not the best but it's good. I'm enjoying this so far. I just add another moisturizer on top to give my dry skin that extra boost of hydration.♡

The second review of the day is about NICE TO MONACO Water Wear Fluid. This product is very light and has a white creamy texture, with a very nice, light and fresh scent, which is not overpowering at all! This cream is so smooth and when you apply it, it melts and quickly absorbs into the skin, that you can barely tell you have anything on your face. No wonder why they call it water wear! Basically this product hydrate and moisturize your face without leaving your face feeling oily, which I think is a huge bonus, cause I can't stand the oily residue feeling that some other products leaves behind, I'm sure alot of people are like that too! In addition it didn't cause any irritation and break out to my skin. I think it's just right for what it does, soothes, hydrate and moisturizes skin and keeps your skin healthy and happy. I highly recommend this product for ant skin type! Received a bottle of Nice To Monaco for free from @0.8l_usa to try and I've been using it for about two weeks now. It's supposed to help with whitening and anti-wrinkle. Now, I'm not certain it's helped with wrinkles as I don't have any very noticeable other than my laugh lines and under my eyes. But, I've had those as long as I can remember, so don't think they're going away anytime soon. Lol! I do, however, see a lot of difference with the whitening. 😻 It's a very light formula. Seems like it might not be just from looking at it, but I swear it transforms into water as you're applying it. It's very lightweight, absorbs quickly and doesn't irritate the skin. Been enjoying it so far and hope to see some more significant changes with continued use. I'm giving Nice to Monaco Water Wear Fluid a 3 out of 5. I'm not impressed with this product, but it didn't cause any breakouts. I noticed that my face was red after applying this serum, but it wasn't overly painful and dissipated within a few minutes. The pH of water wear fluid is 6. This product is just ok. I didn't reach for this often and haven't noticed any positive effects when used regularly. Just blah.
