I'm an oily-skinned gal who perhaps could rub steel wool on my face without cringing. And I don't pH test anything cuz I don't have any strips, tbh & I've decided against stealing them from work even if, in my pathetic mind, I could justify the theft six ways to Sunday. . . What the hell am I saying?!🤔 . . I've really been enjoying this #NicetoMonaco water wear foam, aka cleanser. But I suspect it could be a higher pH than many would prefer. Note I said I "suspect". But let's put that aside for a moment. It claims to be moisturizing yet deeply cleansing. I'd say yes to that. I've been liking it as both a morning & second evening cleanse. It takes such a small amount of product to cleanse the entire face so this 120ml tube will last awhile. And I'm glad for that since I think it'll be great in the summer too. Is there a fragrance? Not much of any I can detect. It's creamy, foamy, cushiony & just plain delightful. My oily, non-sensitive skin approves. As for the pH, well, if I ever come across some strips I'll be sure to test it. Until then I'll stay blissfully ignorant. . . Thank you @08l_usa for providing this product free for review.

This is the Nice to Monaco water wear foam cleanser which is similar to other cream cleansers I've tried. A little goes a long way, as this cleanser creates such a rich lather. It contains olive oil to protect the skin's moisture layer and rosemary extract to sooth fatigued skin and provide deep moisture. I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and I really like it. The consistency reminds me of Noxema but without the smell. It really smooth and you can feel the moisturizer in it without it being oily. The product says it's for all skin types - I have normal skin and it really works well for me. It lathers really well, doesn't tingle or burn and doesn't have a harsh or loud smell (in fact it doesn't seem to have a smell at all to me other than being "clean" I'd that makes any sense). My skin feels really clean, really smooth and much firmer after using. This is a great daily use product and I highly recommend. Thank you @08liter for letting try this Nice To Monaco Water Wear Foam.... This is the type of cleanser that I like to use because your feels clean but not stripped or tight. Initially the product is a Cream but turns into a light foam when you add water. After I washed my face my skin felt clean and soft..... LOVED IT!!!!!

I love using this water foam cleansers. It wotks great at penitrating and targerting the pores. I use mine nightly to get a deep clean prior to bed. When I wake up in the morning I have a flawless clean pallet to work with. I absolutely love the result this offers, so simple to use and lathers thickly. I know my skin feels clean and smooth after each use even after a day of make up wear. I definitely would recommend this and will totally continue this in my daily beauty routine! I have been using this Water Wear Foam for about two weeks and it has been tremendously helpful in reducing my acne! I love this stuff! I use it 4 times a week, at night before bed, followed by a toner and a moisturizer. It works very well with my sensitive combination skin. I love the sort of, paste to foam transformation, and I would highly recommend this for anyone with acne, and acne marks as well as uneven skin tone. I received this product complimentary for review purposes from @nicetomonaco and @_08Lusa Water Wear Foam is a "soft foam" cleanser formulated to provide gentle, deep cleansing, while maintaining moisture in the skin. Added ingredients include Olive Oil, Rosemary Extract, Lavender Flower Water, to moisturize, clarify, tighten pores and add vitality/soothe the skin. The packaging states the product is free of: paraben, silicone oil, mineral oil, benzophenone, sulfate-based surfactants, triethanolamine, artificial color The cream cleanser lathers into a rich "foam" when warm water is added. The "foam" has a light floral scent. The cleanser removed all of my makeup without vigorous scrubbing. My skin did not feel dry, or irritated after using, nor did I notice any sort of residue. I have combination skin, therefore dryness and oil-control is a concern. Over drying of the skin can also worsen oily skin, so it can be difficult to find a gentle cleanser that effectively cleanses the skin while maintaining moisture balance. I am pleased with the cleanser for my own skin-type. Ok so I did like this product I would say it's a good starter for foam cleansers it's not harsh on the skin and it leaves you're skin with that squeaky clean feel without leaving the skin tight but for me it didn't foam up enough for my taste but still a great product

Review Time! This is the Nice to Monaco cleanser that I received for free from @0.8L and after using it I end up really liking it even though it's texture is a bit different than other cleanser's I've used, it feels great on the skin, it's very thick and creamy which is what made me like the product. It did make my skin feel very soft and clean, there's no smell and a small amount goes a long way. I think this cleanser is worth trying.

It comes out of the tube as a thick, white cream. Once you add water to it, a thin, watery lather appears. It has a fresh scent, not very strong and not irritating. The deep cleansing action of this cleanser is really good. My skin was actually squeaky clean after using it. It's a little too drying for my dry skin but would be suitable for someone with oily skin. There's nothing great about this cleanser, nothing bad either. 3 out of 5 stars. I wouldn't purchase, just because there's nothing special about this.

Tested out this Nice To Monaco Water Wear Foam cleanser free from @0.8l_usa and found it to be a good cleanser. It has a nice mild smell like plain bar soap so it's not overwhelming. It doesn't lather that much but was gentle on the skin. It would be a nice one to add to a skincare regiment. Thank you to 08liter for letting me review this product. I am a little iffy with this one. Although it does foam up a lot (when I use a brush) and it does make my skin feel clean. I really hate the smell, it is a little overwhelming. I also do not think it did anything different or better then other cleansers I have tried. I will definitely use the rest of it but I would probably never re-purchase.

This product like every product has its ups and downs. The thing I like the most about this is that it actually cleaned my face really well and smells great. There were a couple of things that I didn't like also. After I used it and dries my face my skin was really dry but sticky in some areas. Around my nose was sticky and a little bit of my t-zone. nice to monaco water wear foam is a pretty lengthy and somewhat confusing name for a cleanser. the packaging boasts moisturizing, deep cleansing, and "skin suppression" for all skin types. as far as skin suppression, my best guess is breakout prevention. it seems like a pretty straightforward cleanser with a light soapy scent that foams into a nice lather. some included ingredients (a bit lower on the list than i'd like to see) are olive oil, lavender flower water, rosemary leaf extract, lime flower water, and a few other flower extracts. unfortunately, this stuff just didn't do it for me. it left my skin feeling stripped but also somehow coated with an oily layer. when i put products on after use, everything felt oddly tacky on my skin. and no matter how much moisture i laid on over, my skin underneath felt itchy. maybe my skin is a bit sensitive... but normally i don't feel so dehydrated after cleansing. i guess this cleanser and i just don't get along, which is sad, because the texture of the foam is very nice!

I was one of the lucky ones chosen by @0.8l_usa to try & review #NiceToMonacoWaterWearFoam! I have been using it for a week now so I'm ready to give my #review. This is a shimmery looking, white cream that turns into a rich foam. It has a faint rosemary scent that stays on your skin after rinsing. This #facewash claims to moisturize, deep clean and suppress the skin. Well I am here to tell you, this is definitely NOT moisturizing AT ALL! In fact, this is probably the most drying face wash I have ever used. It does deep clean though! Before applying, I rinsed my face with warm water, then applied about a pea sized amount to my fingertips and starting rubbing it all over my face in small, circular motions. The cream instantly turns into thousands of bubbles that really clean your skin. As I was rinsing my face, I could tell immediately that it was super dry. Once my face had dried, my skin became super tight and there was already flakes around my nose and chin. I thought the results would improve after a few uses but however, they did not. So, with all this being said, I would not recommend this for everyday use, unless you have very oily skin. And if you have dry skin, STAY AWAY! I will be trying this one more time when it'my "time of the month" because that's when my skin is the most prone to breakouts. I think it might help! Nice to Monaco water wear foam -A creamy cleanser that's mild and moisturizing. It's suitable for dry skin I.have dry skin this helped me clean neatly without making my face look dry or tight . It produces mildlather more like a foam that provides a soft skin this one reminds me of the wet skin moisturizer . It has a mild floral unnoticeable scent . Overall I love this gentle cleanser and it best suits dry skin . #NiceToMonaco

So, on first inspection, this foaming cleanser doesn't really differ from any other foaming cleanser. It just smells like most foam cleansers. However, there are some nice botanical ingredients as well as fruit extracts and lots of antioxidants. Pros: ingredients, high quality, moisturizing, non-drying, very gentle, it contains no harmful chemicals like parabens, mineral oil, ect..., can foam up really well with a bubble maker and their minimalist designs for packaging. Cons: It's a decent product but it really doesn't stand out from other cleansers. This is also a cleanser that won't remove makeup very well, expecially anything waterproof. I also think that this product is a little too expensive compared to other foam cleansers.
