I was a little confused at first because I thought it was a setting spray but it's not. 1st because it's not a spray. 2nd because it's meant to be applied to freshly cleansed skin. Packing is beautiful in appearance but not a fan of the part that dispenses the product because it should be a squeeze bottle and instead it's glass. Getting product out could be easier. I like the smell and felt nice on my skin. Happy with this sample overall though

I was expecting a lot from this product since it's a Korean brand. Korean beauty and skin care brands tend to work well for a majority of people. However, this product didn't do much for me.

One word: wow. This product is FANTASTIC. This is my first experience with a FTE and I have to say, I'm reeeeally into it. Since I started using this product I have experienced skin clarity and radiance like I have never seen before. Truly, my skin has never looked better. 🙏🏻 This @hellopurpletale Treatment Essence is far an away one of the best products I have ever slathered on my privileged skin. I would absolutely repurchase this product and recommend it to anyone. I have dry but acne prone skin, with enlarged pores on my nose, cheeks, and chin. This product worked very well for my specific skin type, but I feel like it would also work for those with oily skin. 🙏🏻 This is a true 5/5. | New Obsession | Purpletale Setting the Scene Treatment Essence 1. This is a hydrator. Essences are meant to be used after the cleansing and toning step to inject moisture back into the skin 2. I love love love the consistency of this. It is very much like water - just slightly viscous water if you will. It feels amazing to pat into the skin after I cleanse my face. I've been using this morning and night for the past few days. 3. I have to use a quite a bit more to discern the exact effects on my skin, but so far it's been good for hydration. The claims about improving skin texture and all will need to be tested a little bit more. 4. This is basically a much more affordable version of the SKII Treatment Essence which is very popular and very expensive. 5. Two worrisome ingredients in this - the presence of a pretty significant amount of alcohol and fragrance. For me, the alcohol hasn't proven to be an issue because this hasn't dried out my skin whatsoever. Like I said, this has been amazing for hydration. And this is so lightly fragranced that I don't think it would irritate anyone's skin for the most part. And I absolutely enjoy the very slight hint of fragrance when I use this. It is a very spa like scent. I am so glad to have received this from @0.8l_usa because I was desperately lacking an essence in my skincare arsenal.

I love toners💁🏻 . . . . . I've been using this as a night time toner and it makes my face feel so clean and hydrated at the same time. I know it says essence but remember the rule of viscosity, use products that are the most watery first then pile on according to thickness in your specific routine. It has a faint scent but it smells very clean. It's supposed to be hydrating and brightening but I haven't notice a super huge difference yet but it hasn't broken me out so that's good! Most of my routine aims towards balance and hydration and unless a product is a super miracle worker I tend to not notice dramatic differences right away. I have a lot of redness on my skin, and I used this with a new toner; however, I began to break out. I switched it up and started to just use this and my regular everyday toner two times a day, and my skin looks brighter and hydrated. I haven't noticed any "smoothening" of my fine lines since my eyebags have been getting worse, but I really like how this product makes my skin look very healthy and glowy. Although there's some redness on my forehead, my overall complexion is a lot brighter which I love. This is my second essence, and I noticed the change in my skin right away.

This essence is lightweight and absorbs well- not sticky or heavy at all! Glass bottle packaging is nice (though the clear glass bottle looks a little boring compared to the pretty paper box it comes in), and the product doesn't pour out all at once which is something I was originally worried about. Definitely good for summer, but since I don't like heavy products on my face, I'll be using this all year. Doesn't itritate my skin or anything, and I can feel that my face is less dry and softer than before.

I have been using this product for about a week and I like it. It leaves your face glowy and it tightens. It does dry down fast so you have to message it in pretty fast. I like that because I am able to go in with my moisturizer pretty fast. I haven't tried it under my foundation yet. But can't wait to try to see if it really works as a primer. Over all It is really good and you get a lot of product.

This face treatment is amazing!! As soon as you put it on you can feel the tightening, but it's not an uncomfortable tightening, it's like your skin is bouncing back to life! It has a clean, crisp, fresh scent! A little bit of product goes a very long way! I've been using it for only a few days and my skin looks so great!!
