The packaging is so beautiful I almost didnt want to even use it. Its gold with black and looks very elegant inside and out. The pressed foundation is marbled and it has a light scent to it as well. The down fall was that it was extremely light in color for my skin, I looked too light and I even tried darkening it with powder but it made it worse.

The compact is beautiful and sleek with black & gold packaging. It is also ideal for travel with a good size mirror and sponge included. The formula is very creamy and sheer, so I rate this as having light coverage. I will recommend this product be used as a base for foundation or for wearing it on days you aren't wearing much makeup for the SPF protection. It was a light shade on me and almost gave me an ashy cast, so I don't recommend wearing this if you're nc25 or darker and I don't think it's flash Photography friendly due to the spf. The foundation has a light floral scent which reminds me of some Korean skin care products I've tried before. Overall, this is a product I would recommend for someone that is very fair skinned and likes the minimal makeup look.

Lightweight, super sheer coverage that leaves a polished, dewy finish. I personally needed to use concealer as well to feel covered enough. The Vant36.5 VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact comes in some very beautiful packaging! I love the sleek pact and the foundation is pressed into a pretty swirl pattern. This formula is very hydrating, but unfortnuately too hydrating for my skin. After a couple hours of wear my skin looked cakey, and the foundation was greasy. The coverage and color are good for me, but I want to play around with this more once the weather is cooler.

✨ Vant 36.5's Essence Skin Foundation Pact* is a stunner. The sleek black/gold packaging gives an air of luxury and I gasped when I first saw the swirl pattern of the foundation. 😍 Now, the cushion packaging is a bit deceiving. I expected to find a cushion netting with foundation underneath, but instead the foundation is actually a solid bearing similarity to a solid perfume. The cushion puff glides across the surface and the acclaimed "waterdrop texture" is a thin, glossy, water-based formula. 💦 ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ I received shade 21, which was too light for my olive-tan complexion. However, given the light, watery consistency, this did not sit on the skin but instead sunk in and blended surprisingly well. I also noticed brightening and whitening effects thanks to its SPF 50 PA+++ protection (active ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Zinc Oxide, Octocrylene, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine). Coverage was minimal but I used this as sunscreen protection and a base to makeup. The major con I noticed was the fragrance, which was overpowering for the face. 😯 I do have a sensitive nose though and do not like synthetic, added fragrance in my skincare. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼 Bottom line: this is an ideal minimal-coverage foundation for those with dry-normal skin. It would work well in the winter given its luminous finish, but I would not recommend it to normal-oily skin folks! ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

This was probably the most beautiful disappointment. The packaging and product itself are absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately it was not right for my skin. I tried it with powder and without powder. I tried it with and without an ampoule. I tried it with and without a primer. No matter what I did it ended the same way. It started off so well, making my skin look dewy and then it would dry throughout the day making my skin look like a snake trying to shed its skin. It may work well for those with oily skin but for those with my combination (leaning towards dry) skin, I wouldn't recommend it.

Though this claims to be a foundation, it's one of the lightest formulas I've come across. The coverage isn't super serious unless you really pack it in. Honestly, I kinda like that. Also, while the finish is definitely dewy, it doesn't feel heavy and greasy. This Vant Essence Foundation pact is beautiful to look at, plays nicely with sunscreen, and doesn't seem to get cakey or settle in to fine lines. Thank you to 0.8L and Vant for allowing me to try this in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are my own.

I was expecting this cushion to be a liquid base but it's basically just a creamy foundation stick that has been melted down to fit into a cushion pact. First, hands down, the cushion case and general concept is pretty sleek. The fundation supposed to brighten skin tone, improve wrinkles and protect the skin from UV rays, as described in the mini pamplet included in the box. To apply, just rub the puff on the foundation. The friction will cause the foundation to soften and small water droplets will form on the surface (that dew!!) and pat onto the face for a flawless look. On my redness prone pale skin, the coverage is pretty ok but would be better suited to medium tones, not pale. The foundation is easy to apply and to blend, dries dewey but you need to set it with a powder or setting spray., and has a perfumed scent. Honestly, it works far better if you have a brush or beauty blender handy instead of using the cushion puff that is included...and would be better used as an under eye concealer to cover up dark circles.

The Vant36.5 VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact was nicely packaged. I love the color and how the compact looked. Gives you that glamour/classy feeling. The swirl was beautifully packed that I didn't want to mess it up at all. Now onto the product itself, it was moisturizing on the face. Though it did have me a good coverage, the shade was just way too light and pink for me. So therefore, I will not be using it but will still keep it as a display because of its packaging.

The first thing I noticed about this product was the packaging and without a doubt its the most luxurious compact ive ever seen. its has a gold rim around it and a very high quality mirror. the product itself is a bit different than what im used to. for one its not a cushion but a foundation pact. I really love how moisterizing it is but it can look a bit cakey if you go overboard with the layering. one major con about this is that it transfers everywhere and like I said you cant build up the coverage. however, despite all that its still really nice because its a skin care so whenever you feel like youre skin needs a break from makeup then this is perfect.

First off the packaging is gorgeous and looks very luxurious! When you open the main part of the compact you have the applicator puff, which flips open to show the foundation which is so swirly and pretty! It applies very smooth but almost instantly sinks into pores and fine lines. I set it with powder which helped some, but by the end of the day I had gross patchy foundation spots. I wasn't able to get a good picture of how it looked. For reference I have dry/normal skin.

The container of this product looks so fancy, so it is aesthetically pleasing with the compact being glossy black and gold around the circumference and the VT logo on the top middle of the compact. The bottom has some words in what I am assuming is Korean since there is where the product is made. The material appears to be plastic and the top seem to have maybe acrylic or clear plastic. It come with a user manual and some information about the benefits of this product. From what I read this contains spf 50 which is higher than any foundation I have seen around. Once you open the compact you see the sponge and the mirror then underneath the sponge the container is a lid that covers the foundation. This lid opens to the right side so it does not cover the mirror when using the foundation. The foundation consists of two marbled colors. The foundation provides good coverages and easily glides and blends over the skin with the provided sponge. The other positive feauture I found with this is the scent because it has the scent of roses. Up until now I have no negative thoughts about this particular product

🌸 First Impressions 🌸 Vant 36.5 VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact in shade #21. ~~~~~~~~~~ Ah, this foundation pack is so pretty, I almost didn't want to use it. Packaging is A+ too! I've been testing this product out for the past couple of days (courtesy of @0.8l_usa 😊) and it's a nice product. While the shade is a bit off for my summer (slightly tanned) skin, I hope it would be good come winter time. The foundation pact has SPF 50+ PA+++ protection and claims to have anti-aging and brightening effects as well. I found this foundation pack to be okay. Not bad but not the best either, however, it is very pretty. The pact is easy to use and applies smoothly. It has a bit of a dewy finish, which isn't a big deal for me. If I want a matte finish, I can just apply some powder on top and it works well. The coverage isn't super. It's between sheer and light-medium. I can see this being good for some but bad for others. This foundation pact does keep its promise of having brightening effects but it seems pretty temporary so far. I haven't noticed any anti-aging effects either, but I think it's too soon to tell. Lastly, this foundation pact only comes in 1 shade (so far), so it won't be usable for everyone which is a bummer

Being an avid user of all things makeup, this product was definatly up my alley. So let’s talk about the packaging first. When I first got it, I was in awe at how simple yet elegant it looked like. It has a great big compact to hold the foundation, along with a puff for application and also a handy dandy mirror for touch ups on the go. The product itself is a foundation mixture of white and color foundation, giving a brightening effect to the skin, which I love! What’s great about this product is that only a little goes a long way. It goes on my skin quite smoothly, evenly and manages to even up my skin tone all at the same time. While it doesn’t cover up my acne scars to the highest degree, it does leave a more natural, almost as if you’re not wearing makeup look (which again is my favorite look) finish. It does leave a slight dewy look (and it also feels like it's moisturizing), so this foundation would be great for those who have dry skin (I have more oily combination skin; during the summer it’s oily, but during the winter it gets more dry) but that doesn’t mean oily skinned people can’t wear it too! It’s not over bearing to the point where it looks like your makeup is melting off, so this would be perfect with pretty much all skin types. As for the finish, it’s not sticky, and even though it’s more of a dewy finish, its also sort of velvety. Here we have the Vant36.5 VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact in No. 21! This foundation pact is packaged like a cushion foundation but actually just contains a cream product with a fun swirly pattern. Again and again, I've told you all my struggles with korean foundation shades and this one is no different; it's too light for me. Despite that, the foundation applies nicely, but not seamlessly, and can be used alone or beneath makeup. Since it's too light I prefer to use it as a makeup base. The product wears nicely throughout the day without wearing off or breaking apart. But overall, I'm a bit underwhelmed by this product. Perhaps I'll give it a few more shots, but I'm not super impressed by it for this time being.

Honestly, I'm usually not one for any kind of foundations. I sweat a ton on my face, which makes foundation seemingly pointless, since it melts off. But I found a product I love!! VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact is so lightweight I hardly feel like I'm wearing it, and doesn't cake or melt off when I sweat. It evens my naturally very red complexion, and also has SPF and protects my skin from the summer sun

Positives: I actually really love Vant 36.5 as a brand. Their products have been very good overall and I love their CC Cushion that comes in the white pacakging. So when I was chosen as a beauty editor for the Vant 36.5 Essence Skin Foundation Compact, I was ecstatic! The first thing I do have to note is that I received the color 21, which is the most used color in Korea, but I usually use color 23. This foundation is a tiny bit bright on my skin, but not to the point that it looks like I have a white cast. The pacakaging of this product is extremely gorgeous. Reminiscent of the YSL cushion pact! Although it is a cushion packaging, the foundation is a solid type that you have to rub and it magically turns into this watery ligh weight foundation. I like the fact that it doesn't have a lot of coverage, but if you do need a lot of coverage, than this might not be for you. This product is extremely moisturizing so you have to let it set for about a minute! Cons: Extremely moisturizing so when you apply you can kind of see it slip around. -Light coverage

The Vant36.5 VT Essence Skin Foundation Pact looks and feels luxurious, with a gleaming black compact and matching cushion puff, as well as that glorious marbled finished of the actual product. The foundation has a very faint, classy floral scent and goes on smoothly and evenly, providing sheer, buildable coverage. This foundation was excellent for the circles under my eyes, and I deeply appreciated how the product goes on with a slightly cooling feeling, perfect for summertime. The information packet inside the compact packaging also mentions that the foundation has an SPF of 50, which is excellent, and that the product contains moisturizing elements for smoother, brighter skin. I tried applying some to a rough patch of skin on my wrist, and my skin was softer and more even the next day. The only drawback I can think of is that the foundation and cushion can slide out of the compact easily, but once you learn how to hold the compact properly this is not an issue - and it doesn't effect the makeup itself.
