This cleanser is a heating balm that transforms to an oil and then into a foaming cleanser. Claims to gently and effectively remove impurities and heavy makeup from the skin. Each of the products in this Glow line feature plant-derived oils which makes rough and dry skin soft and smooth. Suggested use is to massage balm for 2-3 minutes allowing it to warm up and then add water to create a foamy lather and rinse. Contains 80ml. --------------------------- 🙊Impressions: Before using, I was under the impression that this was an oil cleansing balm. It was somewhat difficult to find an English description or directions online so my first time using this was somewhat of a surprise. I do like it's viscous texture though it feels more like a thick foam cleanser more than a balm. I also think it works best with a damp face rather than applying it dry. The massaging was easy enough to do and it lathered quite nicely once I added more water. I haven't experienced the warming sensation it claims but I also think I havent been using the product right up to now either. The cleanser also foamed up quite nicely without my using a foaming net and also rinsed off without leaving any residue. I do not have pH strips so I cannot vouch for the numbers but I did not experience any dry or tight skin after rinsing my face and my face also felt smooth and clean after each use. To me, these are the things that a cleanser needs to do to make it worth while so I will continue to use, and possibly even share it with others in my house. I wasn't amazed by this product but a cleanser shouldn't need to be, so it's all good in my book. The description & claims for the Company V Glow Balm to Oil Foam sound absolutely amazing which is why I jumped at the chance when @08l_usa offered it as one of their "Try Now" products. Marketed as a self heating, 3-in-1 product that transforms from Cleansing Balm to Oil to Foam that gently & effectively removes impurities & heavy makeup. Sounds great, right? Before purchasing I did a little research & I gotta say I was (& still am) very impressed by the ingredients BUT this product just did not do it for me. First of all the texture is very thick & gooey so when I began to massage it in it did not melt or glide effortlessly across my skin. In fact it pulled which felt awkward & uncomfortable. Although I did enjoy the mild warming sensation I felt when I first applied it but it did not effectively break down heavy makeup without a lot of manipulation & scrubbing. Luckily this product did not dry out my skin but I'm sad to say that it's not a something that I enjoyed using.

I love cleansing balms and I really enjoyed this one. It got the job done well. I really liked the packaging as well, it is so pretty. I wish it could be used on the eyes too, that is my only complain.

I was really excited to get this cleanser in the mail because I love balm cleansers and this one seemed very interesting. This is the Glow Balm to Oil Foam from V company. There are pros and cons to this product I've noticed but obviously just my opinion. Pros: the lemon/orange citrus scent is uplifting and fun, the texture feels nice on the skin and it does foam up at the end after adding water. Cons: you are instructed not to get the product in the eyes but if you are trying to remove eye makeup, that is very difficult to do. It will remove some eye makeup, but not all that well. So I would say expect to use cleansing water or makeup remover on the eye area before (or after) this product. It does sting a bit if you attempt to loosen eye makeup with this cleanser. I also was somewhat confused by what they mean by "oil". To me this is a tacky, sticky and thick gel balm cleanser that emulsifies and foams in water. It never turned into an oil for me. I do LIKE this product, but I don't love it, if that makes sense. My skin does feel quite good after rinsing. Another dud review: Company V Glow Balm to Oil Foam. This doesn't remove anything and makes my skin feel dry and burns my eyes to boot. 👎 ⠀⠀⠀⠀ This product claims to be a 3 phase cleaner - balm to oil to foam. I found that it had ~2 phases: the sticky balm melted a little when rubbed into dry skin, and then emulsified and rinsed away when water was added. It rinsed off cleanly enough, but it didn't take any makeup with it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've tried using this cleanser on dry skin and on wet skin, and it performs nearly exactly the same: basically no makeup removed and dry, stripped skin left behind. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ The pros of this product are the light, citrusy scent (bergamot?) and the solid-feeling pink packaging. I also appreciate having the full ingredients list in English on the box. I think that this Glow Balm to Oil Foam from Company V is amazing. When I apply it to my skin it rubs in smoothly and gently. As I leave the cleanser on it absorbes into my skin and it actually does remove makeup and dirt from my face. You can see the Glow Balm to Oil Foam transform from a foamy white texture to a oil texture as it works. It melts away the makeup and dirt from my face. When I wash the cleanser away my face feels alittle sticky at first but after a few minutes my face feels very soft and smooth. I don't care too much for the smell of the cleanser but overall I love using it. This product does not irritate my skin either. This is the V Company Glow Balm to Oil Foam. I received this product from @0.8l_usa at a discounted price of $3.99 in exchange for my review. I really like most cleansing oils I've tried so far, so when I saw this was available to review I had to get it! It looked so interesting and the texture had me intrigued. Sadly, this product didn't perform like I had hoped. Let's start with the good. It comes in a pretty pink jar that includes a little spatula to help apply the product. The scent is light and almost reminded me of a mix of honey and lemon maybe. It starts out thick and gradually melts into your skin. It washes off easily and left my skin feeling fine. Now for the bad parts. It unfortunately didn't do a good job removing makeup as you can see from my photos. I tested it with various types of makeup (mascara, eyeshadow stick, eyeliner, liquid lipstick, lipstick crayon, etc.) and as you can see in picture 4 that it actually took off the mascara, by basically left everything else. I was also disappointed by the fact that this didn't foam like I thought it would based on the name. The other bad thing was that when trying this on my face, it didn't do well taking off my eye makeup. It also will burn if you get it in your eyes. The package does recommend avoiding the eye area, probably because of this very reason. I can't say I'd recommend this product because I want something that cleans better and I can use safely and effectively around my eyes.

The GlowBalm Cleanser is a balm cleanser like no other. It's loaded with tons of oil extracts which I love,which also helps with skin hydration. I will put in a word of caution, if you are sensitive to essential oils, this is not the balm for you. I tested it a few different ways, removing makeup,as a second cleanser, and morning cleanser. The ways I like to use this best is as a morning cleanser and secondary cleanser. I tried it as a makeup remover and although it removed some makeup I did have to go back in with a makeup remover to remove all of my makeup. This balm is an interesting consistency almost looks sticky. When you first put in on your face it's a sticky consistency that changes into an oil. I massage it into my face 1-2 minutes before wetting my hands and massaging it another 1-2 minutes. As it starts to turn into an oil I feel a warming sensation which I believe is due to the Eucalyptus Oil in the balm, it is not uncomfortable. Once I rinse my face it feels really clean! Not dry or stripped but clean and hydrated. So although it didn't work too great as a makeup remover I would still use it because of how great my skin feels after use. I am glad I got to try this because I have found a new cleanser to love.

I love this product so much! It removes all my makeup perfectly. It doesnt leave my face irritated. It treats my face well. When my face is dry, it leaves my face hydrated. I use it on my hands as well when they get extremely dry. I love this balm so much.

I tried the CompanyV Glowbalm and I'm kind of obsessed. I have to say I was a little caught off guard by the texture at first though. It feels much more like a hair styling product than one would think of a cleansing balm to feel like. When you spread it, it stays relatively thick and never really reaches an "oil" feel, but it's still ridiculously effective. Once you add water there are some tiny suds, but works into a thick creamy lather that wipes away all traces of dirt and impurities. It also smells like lemon peel which is very refreshing and gives even more of that deep cleanse feeling. As you go to rinse it off, more satisfying bubbly suds appear and leave behind a fresh looking face. Even though it doesn't necessarily have that typical Oil Cleanser feel, I feel comfortable using this in it's place. Even more so I feel this is effective enough to replace a double cleansing routine as it offers the best of both worlds. I wouldn't say it's necessarily hydrating, but it's not drying by any means and leaves your skin ridiculously soft and smooth. My only complaint is it says to avoid the eye area, which means you can't use it to remove your eye makeup. With that said though, it's very effective at quickly removing all of your face makeup. You use such a small amount at one time it feels like it will last for quite a while. I hope I'm able to find it again once it runs out! I can already tell this will be a rebuy.

💖💖💖 I've been wanting to try a Korean cleansing balm for a while, so I jumped at the chance to buy this one through @0.8l_usa. Meet the [Company V] Glow Balm to Oil Foam, housed in its sturdy, pink jar. Balm cleansers are supposed to be the first step in your evening skincare routine. They are the workhorse in a double cleanse, breaking up and removing the day's makeup and grime, which is why they tend to be richer and oil-based. I've used many cleansing oils in my day, so I'm very comfortable with this step. This also means I know my stuff when it comes to spotting a bad one, and this product unfortunately made that cut. The consistency of this is like if Vaseline had a bit of a jelly bounce to it - thick, somewhat resistant to spreading, and a little difficult to wash off. It also has a very ginger-esque scent to it, which I don't mind and it didn't irritate me at all. What really weirded me out about this was that it warms up considerably when exposed to friction. It didn't ever become uncomfortably hot, but it did surprise the hell out of me the first time I tried it. As for the effectiveness of this... I'd say it's mediocre at best. It removed about half of the makeup I had on, which included a dark blue eyeshadow and liquid liner. It also left my skin with that tight, uncomfortable feeling you get with an overly drying cleanser and that's the thing that really shocked me! The texture is fun and I like the novelty aspect of the self-heating formula, but I was so let down by this.

This cleanser has a nice citrus scent. I applied it to wet skin and it changed from balm to oil to foam when massaging it onto my skin. It removed the heaviest of my makeup. It works for sensitive skin.

If you're looking for an amazing deep cleansing product the search is over. I don't typically wear make up but when I do I want to have a product that can remove all my make up without any intense wiping or scrubbing. The Glow Blam to Oil did the trick. I purchased this #company-v Glow Balm to Oil Foam from @0.8l_usa through their try for $3.99 program. I've used it for a little under a week (5 days), which is long enough for me to give my honest opinion of it. The first thing I noticed was the thickness. I'm used to cleansing balms that melt quickly and spread easily. This did neither, which it's not really supposed to do. . It does exactly what the name says: starts as a kind of oil, then turns into a foam. It does pull on the skin, which isn't my cup of tea to each it's own. Do not get this in your eyes- it burns. I don't mean sting, I mean "kill it with 🔥" burns. 🖒The positives?🖒 The scent is a light, citrus kind of scent. I found it pleasant and not overbearingIt does an excellent job removing makeup. I used it after my son's graduation, which I wore a full face to, and it got rid of every trace. It washes off easily without leaving any greasy feel. It also left my skin feeling soft and smooth. It's a full size product (2.70 fl oz) and a little goes a long way, so it was a good buy for the price. This product works great to remove makeup and impurities. It has a light botanical scent and a texture of hair gel. When I rubbed the product in my hand I could feel it getting warm. As always the word oil terrifies me. I stay away most cases but I was very curious about this facial balm. I absolutely love the scent! It has a citrusy type smell and it's very invigorating. This comes with a little scoop which is perfect to distribute the exact amount. I use a dime sized amount and that is enough to clean my entire face. I love how this starts as a balm and the gentle works into a foam. This powers through a full face of makeup gently and leaves the skin clean and soft. The main ingredients are: Collagen Berry, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Rosehip Oil, Kukui Nut Oil and Borage Seed Oil. All of these put together give this product a great scent. The directions are: Apply a small amount to dry skin and gently massage until the balm changes to oil. When the balm changes to oil and then foam you rinse with lukewarm water.
