The product I was sent for review is the 2nd step of a 3-part dermatitis care system created to treat and repair skin damaged by atopic dermatitis, acne, dryness, and other sensitivities. Formulated with coconut and other natural ingredients, it is a very thick and occlusive cream but can easily be used by those with any skin type due to this minimal and natural ingredient list. It's absorption rate is slower due to its having no chemicals to speed this up. A patch test should be done first if you have an allergy to coconut. HOW TO USE: Apply appropriate amount to affected area. Pat in until absorbed. 50ml. --------------------- IMPRESSIONS: I used this cream a handful of times on my face as the last step in my routine to seal in other products & also as a treatment on certain areas of my body with scar tissue and redness. I noticed as the last step of my normal skincare routine that it tended to pill because of its slow absorption rate--basically, the cream had a hard time working layered over other products; however, using the cream directly on clean bare skin on my face and body worked great and moisturized my skin significantly! I already see some of the redness and scar tissue areas on my body lightening up in color and getting softer after just five uses, so I have pretty high hopes that this cream will work better as a topical treatment and may aid in correcting mine and my family's major skin concerns as needed. Despite my issues with incorporating this cream into my normal skincare routine as an occlusive last step, I still do think this is a great skin treatment and moisturizer for the face and body and should be used as such if purchased. I was excited to grab this cream from 08liter at a discounted price! This cream is intended for healing and those with rough, sensitive skin or eczema. the cream scent has a slight hint of coconut to it, as it comprised of coconut oil. I can see that this cream definitely helps to heal skin, as I used it some rough patches on my elbows. Within a few days, the skin was much softer. The cream absorbed well into skin and did not feel heavy or sticky. All in all, I'm really glad I got to try this product out because I like it a lot! I definitely recommend this!

Since I've only used this product a few times, this is more of a first impressions overview. . Because it's formulated for sensitive and damaged skin, the light white cream is scentless. Out of the jar it seems like any other lightweight cream, but as you spread it into your skin you'll notice a white cast before it fully absorbs - this is because ingredients used to eliminate such an effect are omitted. . Designed to be used as the final step in your #skincareroutine, the cream leaves a smooth, hydrating occlusive layer on the skin once fully absorbed. While there is no tackiness, nor any heaviness, you might notice an ever-so-slight slippery or greasy feeling. For this reason, I don't necessarily recommend this cream for those with oily skin types. . This cream by OEII is multifunctional and amazing. It basically is an odorless healing cream and will help to regenerate skin that needs repair. It's quite thick and grainy when you apply it. I wasn't very interested in putting it on my face, but I decided to try it on some scaly skin on other parts of my body and that's where it's abilities seem to shine. I noticed that applying it a few days in a row to areas of patchy skin due to dryness or eczema seemed to heal it faster than using nothing at all. The base is coconut oil, so beware if you have any allergies to coconut before using. This is gentle enough to use on the entire family and I will continue to treat burns, bruises, blemishes and dry patches with this cream. Had the opportunity to try this at a discounted price from @0.8l_usa. I was using an acne prescription that was drying and irritating my skin to the point that I stopped it. I saw this and thought it would be a good product to try out as it's to help with different skin issues. From things like acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, dryness, and so others. It's even gentle enough for baby skin with plant based ingredients. It's meant to be the last step in your skincare routine, so once I was done I tapped this onto my skin until absorbed. Wasn't tacky or greasy. Left my skin feeling smooth and moisturized. I will continue to use it to see if it helps the dry patches more and possibly try on my arms. This is an interesting cream, due to its usage.  This cream is made to treat bacterial infections in the epidermis such as acne and the inflammation that comes with that and other skin conditions. Notable ingredients are: Mimosa extract for its antibacterial properties, Centella Asiatica extract for its anti-inflammatory properties, Alchemilla Vulgaris and Natural Coconut Oil. This cream's main purpose is to repair the skin barrier. Although, if you are sensitive to coconut oil you might want to do a patch test before use. I love this cream,  it does take a bit of work to absorb since it doesn't contain chemicals to aid in absorption. It leaves my skin moisturized and semi-matte which is good for oily or combo skin people. It's very moisturizing and if you have no skin sensitivities it is great.  Would repurchase.

I received OEII Baton De Roi Original Cream from 08 liter for testing purposes. All the opinions are truly💯 mine. First of all, the packaging looks very nice and expensive. I have tried it on 10 days and so far I really like it. It has a weird texture. Almost like small bids in it but you can barely notice. Cream doesn't have any strong scent and very easy to use. I usually use very small amount of cream on my face since it is very thick cream. It takes bit time to blend into the skin but leaves it very nice soft next morning. I'm torn on this cream, my problem is not in the way it moisturizes or calms skin because it's good in that respect, my problem is an inelegant formula that feels kind of ldry with limited slip meaning it kind of gets tugged around and it also doesn't absorb very quickly. I'm enjoying using this on my body, when I've used it on my face the lack of slip makes it feel almost gritty but my skin is really plump and moisturized in the morning. It's got coconut oil and Shea butter which are heavy kind of occlusive moisturizers that feel great on my body, it's a bit too much fir my normal/combination skin though. Ugh I told you I was torn. OEII Baton De Roi Original Cream is a 2nd step skin treatment in a 3 step process for repairing damaged skin, to treat skin rashes, acne dry skins and other skin troubles. This cream is soothing and I was shocked at how quickly my arm began to heal from a fall I had and busted a vein inside my arm. The fall caused blood to leak out and spread under the skin and it hurt, but not really that bad and I think this brand helped me to heal really fast. It has anti-inflammatory ingredients, coconut oil and other organic extracts and as you can see in my photos, really helped my skin heal. Some of that purple is bruising and a knot where the vein burst, but it's mostly inflammation and blood underneath the skin. I followed the directions from OEII and after 6 treatments, my arm looks like it wasn't injured. A great product to have on hand whether you have a clumsy accident like I did or you have a rash or other skin condition that requires intervention. OEII Baton de Roi cream--First Impression. The product claims to contain only sixteen ingredients aimed at minimizing and optimizing efficacy. It is suppose to calm skin troubles and strengthens the function of the skin barrier. . It's a basic cream that would be more ideal for winter when one would need a heavy occlusive layer. The cream spreads easily but takes a really long time to sink into my skin. I can imagine my skin drinking this in during the drier winter months, just not now when it’s 90 degrees F with 90% humidity. The formula is pretty simple, a basic mix of water, coconut oil, and Shea butter. There are extracts of Centella Asiatica, Alchemilla Vulgaris, Mimosa Pudica, which could be soothing for the skin 🌱 . 🔬Coconut oil has a molecular weight lower than 500 Dalton and thus can easily penetrate the stratum corneum layer of our skin. This review is a little long because I think this is a really interesting product. This cream claims to create an aseptic environment thru antibacterial & anti-inflammation thru the improvement of abnormal lipid metabolism, to provide healthy strong skin. This cream doesn't use any chemicals to improve the feel and spreadability so it might cause brightening and whitening during application. It has been developed for use even for sensitive skin types, unless you are allergic to coconut. I am not allergic to coconut, nor does coconut make me break out (as far as I know).So, I was really interested in this cream as it is a healing and soothing cream, suitable for both face and body. I will get hormonal pimples and when I do, nothing works. They get huge and ugly, break open and scar my skin. They will heal over, but I will have horrible red-purple scarring from these zits for a long time. I am mainly interested in seeing how this worked in comparison to other types of products that have centella asiatica in them. The natural coconut oils help to deeply penetrate your skin with moisture for a long time, keeping skin soft & supple, whereas the herbal ingredients provide anti-bacterial & soothing care ~ it will remove accumulated bacteria and inflammation in your skin and enhance damaged skin barrier functions. It also provides moisture and skin production. It only contains 16 ingredients and is safe for all ages and skin types. This cream, in my view, can be used one of two ways ~ a spot treatment for blemishes, rashes, skin issues ~ this is how I will use it. The 2nd way is for those whose skin has been so damaged and need repair to their skin barrier over all. I do not view this cream as normal face moisturizer due to the ingredients. The way I used this cream varied based if it was part of my night time routine or day time routine. For night time, I would apply a thick layer all over my chin and above my mouth, where I have been experiencing some blemishes (some is due to the heat, a few hormonal). This cream really arrived at my home at the best time EVER, as I was really having a problem with a HUGE hormonal blemish. I applied more over my monster zit, which I had aggravated by putting on a cosRX pimple patch previously. I need to stop doing that on hormonal pimples ~ those pimple patches work great on my blemishes EXCEPT hormonal ~ and what it did was irritate the crap out of it and I ripped skin off the top of the monster zit. So, that area needed some help ASAP. I did take photos of the pimple over the course of this testing period, but they were so gross (very closeup) I couldn't post them! By applying a thick layer, this allowed the cream to work overnight ~ in the morning, most of the cream had absorbed into my skin, but there was some pilling ~ which is fine, as I am going to rinse it off. I did notice that this cream helped remove the flaky dead skin and help heal the open wound, without scabbing. In the day time, I would apply a thin layer over the same areas and tap until it was absorbed into my skin. I have very oily skin and this cream, when I used it in this manner, did not leave a sticky, greasy residue. In fact, this cream looks to be quite thick, but when you actually apply it, it is more of a slippery lotion type of texture ~ it isn't heavy at all. It leaves my skin feeling very soft, supple and smooth, almost as if I put a facial primer over my skin. You do need to ensure that you only use a little bit otherwise, I can see this pilling on your skin. It increases my moisture/oil levels by about 15% when I use it this way. What I have noticed over the course of several days, is that my monster pimple has been reduced in redness and swelling. It is still under the skin, however, so once it reduces some more, I will use some of my blemish serums (Swanicoco, Shangpree, BonVivant) to further heal. Right now, my immediate concern was to heal the open wound without scabbing as that would have caused more scarring. I feel that OEII Baton De Roi Original Cream did do that and I am very pleased with this product.
