This product is fresh feeling that is great to use before putting on your makeup. This serum calms down acne and redness, and only has a slight smell of tea tree. It's overall a great product for red and irritated skin.

The Red Serum by Medicube is a bit of a hit and a miss for me. Part of me really likes this product because I have noticed a small difference in the appearance of my acne. I applied overnight and noticed that my acne was smaller and not as inflamed. I noticed a strong tea tree scent so if you're not a fan of the scent you might not like this. I didn't mind the scent because it did not linger.The serum is very gel like and is little blue in color. The color does not translate on the skin. I appreciate that it comes in a pump. This reduces the chances of oxidation and keeps the product hygienic! It really did live up to the claim of being very moisturizing. The serum absorbed quickly but left a tacky feeling on my skin. I don't recommend this product if you skip moisturizer. Overall I think that this is an okay product. I don't have a lot of acne so maybe that's the reason why I didn't see amazing results. I have other products that really diminish my acne overnight. I prefer spot treating because I feel like its more effective. I think this product would work for you if you have sensitive acne prone skin. I think this works as a preventative measure and to help decrease your acne over time. Don't expect mind blowing results immediately. I don't have sensitive skin but I do have blemishes from time to time. This product actually suprised me! In a GOOD way! Most products that claim to hydrate without causing or worsening acne/breakouts, don't actually follow through on their claims! So in all honesty, I fully expected the same results from this product as well. I actually received the exact opposite and was splendidly suprised when day after day, use after use, the breakouts I already had (which were not severe hence the fear that yet another false claiming product would worsen it) never once worsened AND I never once was burdened with new breakouts, of any kind! The hydrating effects of this product are spot on and each day that I continued to use medicube Red Serum, it continued to hydrate my dry spots while not over hydrating my normal or oily spots on my combination skin! The smooth and silky texture is very light and non-greasy and left my skin feeling as if I had never placed any product on it at all! I can truly say that the only negative I found with this product is that after applying and allowing the quick absorbing serum to penetrate my skin and "dry", it has a slightly unpleasant odor to it. Although I also can admit that the smell, while unpleasant (almost having a musty hint to it) was not unpleasant enough to cause me to desire to quit using the product. All in all, I personally give medicube Red Serum a 99% satisfaction rating overall and a 100% rating when it comes to the effects delivered by medicube Red Serum! I would highly recommend this serum to all of my friends and family and to any and all people who desire hydrated skin without acne causing/irritating qualities!

I've been looking for a new serum and I'm so glad that I got to try Red Serum by Medicube! I tried the serum by itself first when I got it. I didn't expect that the serum would cured my acne. I didn't get any pictures but all I know it was gone the next day. It helped tighten my skin and it's very absorbing. One pump of the serum is good enough to cover my whole face. Product size is small so it's easy to travel with. I like the product and I'm going to keep on using it.

I recently received this @medicube #redserum from the fabulous @0.8l_usa free for my honest opinion of the product. This is one I've actually been interested in trying so I was super pleased to receive it. The serum is actually part of an entire 'red' line designed to help with breakouts, inflammation and the like, even in sensitive skin. The serum is actually designed to be the 3rd step. It's described as a hydrating serum, clinically proven to reduce acne, with botanical oils and ingredients as well as patented anti inflammatory ingredients. It contains sallicylic acid as well. ♦️The vesocity of the serum is in the middle as far as serums go and is pretty water light when applied to skin. Any tackiness is very minimal; I've no issues using it both night and day. It absorbs pretty quickly. ♦️The scent is somewhat herbal/astringent; tea tree like, but not super strong, doesn't linger. ♦️I've incorporated this serum in to my typical routine without any additional products from the line; I found that unlike many acne control products, it is not drying and does actually seem to soothe and soften a bit. I've used this day and night for about 5 days now. I had a couple small spots in the beginning, which are gone now, and have had no new spots or breakouts since using the product. My breakouts I do get are generally (seemingly) random and not too terrible, but are enough to make me seek products to help prevent and eradicate the issue. This product is so easy to use with zero unpleasant side effects and I feel like it definitely assists in keeping my skin clear, especially when adding on extra moisture and anti aging products to fight dehydrated skin and lines, which I always fear will clog my pores and cause breakouts. It feels like a nice little safety net which I'm going to continue with to see how it fares in the weeks to come. Medicube Red Serum- Medicube is a well-known Korean skincare company that focuses on acne products. Although I haven’t suffered from acne in quite some time, my face will break out in these tiny bumps on my forehead and cheeks during the summer. Although this serum is geared to acne-prone skin, I liked that it helped to reduce my breakouts. The serum itself has a light green tint and has a herbal scent. What I really appreciate is that it’s made with all natural preservatives, and anyone with sensitive skin should be able to use this product.

Medicube Red Serum is a product that I received from 08liter in exchange for a review. It comes packaged in a white box with red and black writing. The bottle inside includes a lid for travel to make sure that product doesn't dispense on accident during travel. The bottle includes an easy to use pump dispenser. The serum itself has a pleasent but light scent that doesn't stay upon application, which is great for those who prefer no scent in their skincare products. One pump was enough for me to cover my entire face easily without wasting any product. The product may change color (which the box says is normal for the ingredients that it includes). That was not a problem for myself, as mine was sometimes blue or green, as the box explains. I have dry skin and this doesn't dry skin out. I used this at nighttime and it provided moisture while helping to prevent breakouts, which was a lovely thing. It absorbs easily in your skin, while not being sticky or greasy. The first thing I instantly noticed about this serum was the strong menthol like scent. If you are sensitive to smells, this one may not be for you. The scent does fade, however. The serum itself is actually a bluish/green as it contains ovalicin and collodial sulfur. The purpose of this serum is to prevent acne and dry skin. While I didn't have any blemishes while testing this thus far, it did moisturize my skin well and soaked in nicely. I will continue using this serum to see the updated result, but my skin is definitely hydrated and this doesn't irritate. This was a great idea product, I really enjoyed using it. Although it's a bit too soon for results to show, I enjoy the consistency and how is non-sticky. I have high hopes for this one!

Red serum from Medicube. This is a serum for acne prone skin wich claims it has natural ingredients to provide hydration while fighting acne. It comes in a nice looking package, with a pumping sistem that expels the product to apply. When done that I saw it had a thick texture with a strong scent wich in the begining I couln't stand but I noticed it fades away with time so I still had the chance to try it. Though I haven't use it properly I liked the way it absorbs on my skin, still leaving some oily trace but nothing to bother because I use this at night before bed. It's too soon to say if it really fights acne but so far so good. The only down for me is the price, it's kinda pricey, at least 30$ but other than that I like it. This serum absorbed into my skin very quickly. Left no tacky or sticky feeling behind. As far as how well it worked on me I'm not really sure I seen much difference. Going to continue using it and see if that changes.

I like this product, has helped control my oily skin and prevent breakouts as I get closer to my period. Leaves my skin soft and radiant. I do love that it has tea tree oil. Smell is okay. Not really worried about that. Overall works, does what it's supposed to and would recommend to those with skin that is either oily or breaks out often.

Hi. I received this Red Serum by Medicube for free, from 08L for my honest review. As you can see in the pic it is very thin and runny, dripped on the table. It absorbed well and didn't dry out my skin, but did not help with acne. The main ingredient is salicylic acid, which has never worked for me, but might for others, which is why I still gave a thumbs up! It has a slight medicine smell, but not strong. This Red Serum from Medicube is really nice. First off it's in a nice packaging the little container 30ml packs a cool punch. Helps and prevents dry skin, all you have to do is apply and pat. Once it's in it's soft and not dull or shiny at all just flawless looking skin. The smell is a light tea tree scent. I like it since it's really hot here and having that extra moisturizer helps create a seal to not have dry skin. Recommend you try it for yourself.

This is my very first product review for 08L regarding the Medicube Red Serum, so please, bare with me. Even though I am becoming a bit discriminate with serums as of late as anti-aging and wrinkle-reducing types of serums have become a priority, I love trying out other types of serums out there. The Medicube Red Serum, as described, provides anti-acne properties, as well as providing hydration and soothing of the skin. It is also suitable for acne-prone skin, but also mentions that it also provides benefits to all skin types. Before I rediscovered the Asian skincare routine (through my new discoveries of Korean skincare not too long ago), I used to have acne-prone skill. After some four months of going through Korean skincare products, as well as a few Taiwanese and Japanese products, my skin hasn't gone through any acne breakouts. Therefore, I'll take a different approach of this review from the product's intended purpose. PACKAGING: Medicube gives us a very professional-looking design that reminds us of the brand's clinical and scientific background and intent of their products, in which some of us may not even recognize it as a skincare product. The packaging itself has some slight weight in it, probably made out of some heavy aluminum (?) material, which keeps the formulation fresh and unexposed to air or any free radicals that may seep in through the seal. Unlike most serums that have droppers, the Red Serum has a pump dispenser, where you can dispense a few drops on your fingertips. That familiar herbal scent of the tea tree is very hard to forget. The very well-built pump dispenser controls the dispensing of the product really well, with just a few drops on your fingers and then gently place them on your skin. I noticed its very icy cool and refreshing touch on the skin, and as I gently spread it around the skin, the chilly feeling evens out, leaving my skin very fresh, hydrated, and soothing. I may no longer have acne-prone skin, not as much as I used to some years ago, but it still works as a cooling and hydrating serum when your skin feels irritated or that your skin starts to suffer from the heat of the sun. My skin also feels moisturized, therefore it helps when you have dry skin. Because it is the summer season now, the Red Serum arrived at the perfect time. I have been using the serum for about a week now, and I really do love it! I searched around online shops for this product to see the cost, and I took note that the price ranges from about $35-$45 a bottle. I'm very grateful that I'm able to get a small bottle of the Red Serum for free and that I am very happy to write this honest, unbiased review. (I haven't used any products from Medicube. This Red Serum is my very first one) The Medicube Red Serum is perfect for summer care and is a good addition to your daily skincare routine, especially at night. It may not be a remedy to anti-aging care, but this is a must necessity for those who suffer from skin dryness and breakouts.

Medicube red serum Has an odd smell, almost like mint. Serum feels nice when first applied but it gets sticky on the skin immediately. Even after an hr it's still sticky to the touch.
