I really liked this product! The formula was nice and covered my skin pretty good! Also left a fresh dewy finish as well but didn't make my skin oily at all! In these pictures you can see the before and after photos!

I revived this to try for free from 08.l in exchange for my honest review. The product wasn't runny or thick. It felt like a moisturizer. It blended and absorbed well and is very sheer. The shade was too light for me and it does have a strong fragrance. I don't think I would purchase this product.

Review: Beige Chuu Water Base - Swipe for swatches, the adorable packaging ("Nice to meet Chuu" 😍), and the English ingredients on the side of the box. - A luminizing and hydrating primer that I think is also trying to be a sort of all-in-one. I would recommend this as a primer for anyone with skin flaking due to drynes or adjusting to actives use (acids and retinoids). - I used this product both as a luminizer/finisher and as a primer. As a finisher, it provides a somewhat dewy, smooth finish on my skin. I find it doesn't look too shimmery, though personally I like my nose a bit more matte. I know others love the all over glow look; this can be used on all parts of your face if that is the case. - I also tested this as a primer under two BB or CC creams. It did help my Canmake Be My Baby BB cream last a bit longer. I found it helped a bit to keep the Dr. Jart Cicapair Color Correcting Treatment from clinging to flakes of skin on my chin at the end of the day. - It does provide light sun protection, with SPF 30 and PA++ protection. Personally I would not recommend this as your sole SPF for daily use. Love this water-based makeup primer!!! It's super easy to blend and it gives my face a nice hydrated look after I applied it on. It also makes my foundation go on smoothly as well. Since it is water-based, the consistency of the product is a little bit running/watery so you have to be careful when squeezing the product out. I would definitely recommend this primer for the winter time since it's hydrating for the skin.

it took me a few min to figure out exactly what this product was , due to the language barrier , there was no english on the package anywhere . but after i got past that i figured it was a lightweight face base . the consistancy is rather thin , they dont have water in the name for no reason :) hehe it is a very thin beige water like liquid . i was a little skeptical when i say it , thats for sure . but after using it , i was surprised just plain skin without makeup it leaves it a little taky , but it gives it a slight highlight which i for sure liked , so even with make up it gives ur skin a glow , and who doesnt love to glow day and night ! and this will help you do that :) . #producttester #gotitfree #freeproducttester #0.8Lproducttester #freemakeup #freeskincare #reveiwproducts #tryitfree

This base moisturer does hydrate your face. You cane smell the SPF a little bit, but doesn't bother me. There is a another scent, but I can't put my finger on it. That smell doesn't bother me as well. Over all, this is a really good and there is a light tent. I originally have oily skin, but it doesn't worsen it.

Unfortunately I have to give this product a thumbs down and I was so excited to use it to. At first this product seem to be flawless, but once put on my face and makeup put on it turned out to be awful. Not only did it make my face extremely oily but it made the makeup not stay put. It also had a really weird sunscreen smell which lasted all day.

I’m writing another 0.8Liter review today, and it’s on Beige Chuu’s Water Base! :) I got this item complimentary from 0.8Liter and was really excited to try this. It’s specifically for dry skin, it helps lighten, tighten, and protects against sun, all while moisturizing your skin! It has some awesome natural ingredients such as, Olive Oil, which is great for skin because of its fatty acid content, fatty acids help with dry skin. It also has natural antioxidants in it as well. Orange Oil, which not only increases circulation but it also improves your complexion, it has high levels of vitamin C and helps to fight agains signs of aging, like wrinkles and dark spots, and it slows the rate of skin damage from things like UV light and pollution. it’s also a natural anti-inflammatory, as well as a natural antibacterial. Grapefruit Peel Oil, which helps fight off bacteria that can cause acne, it keeps skin strong against UV light damage and cellulite, it heals wounds, cuts and bites, and prevents skin infections. Lavender oil, which has so so many amazing benefits such as, soothing sunburn, and rapid healing for dry skin. This product has many other oils that are super beneficial for your skin, but again… I don’t want to write more of a book than I already have! Overall, I’m super happy with this product, and it works as an awesome base for my makeup. :)

Beige Chuu Water Base only provides very sheer coverage if that's what you're looking for. I was interested in adding this on top of my regular base for a dewy look, and that's exactly what I got! I LOVE this stuff! It's light, sheer, and goes on smooth and beautifully. The smell is light and fresh...very pleasant. Came in a very generous size tube with the perfect applicator tip to use as little or much as you want. The result is perfect! Your skin just looks healthy and young. It makes you look fresh and well rested...ready to take on the day! I think it photographs nicely as well. The other important part...it didn't make me break out! I have sensitive skin, and this did not bother me at all.

As someone with oily skin, I was weary of this product making my skin more shiny than it already is. However, it's like a light, watery layer that does create a healthy looking dewy effect. I wouldn't use it in place of a suncream due to its lower PA, but for indoor or low UV days it is a great bonus of a primer to have added sun protection. It plays well with foundation and leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated and looking plump and healthy. While it is sheer, the beige tint and UV filters leave a slight cast on my skin. I would not wear it alone, but as a primer it works very well and I would recommend it!

First of all, I want to thank 0.8liter for allowing me to try this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review. This product absorbs very quickly into the skin. I like how it leaves a nice healthy glow to my skin BEFORE you apply any makeup on top of it. I had tried a basic light, highlighter over the top of it and I got really nice results. It's a very light beige color so it would be easy to mix with any foundation. Great product and wonderful results.

Beige Chuu is my go to everyday make-up primer. It has great light coverage that looks natural and it doesn't feel or look heavy at all. Non-sticky, Non-oily, doesn't clog even I put make-up on. It moisturized and brighten my skin. It covers my blemishes,uneven skin tone naturally and makes my skin flawless. The staying power is great as well even in summer days. Plus, it acts as sunscreen with SPF 30 that blocks UV rays that prevents sunburn,risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.  I would recommend this to everyone.

Has a very mild cosmetics, soap smell, has a beige tint. Left ny skin very dewy looking and almost wet feeling to the touch. Wouldn't recommend under any matte or powder products. Would wear alone for a natural look. Has whitening properties and SPF

I tried the Beige Chuu Water Base for the first time and it's an interesting product. It is lightweight in consistency and it's not a thick product like I thought it would be -- it's actually a bit on the liquidy side. It's a light beige color as the name indicates and at first I thought it wouldn't blend well with skin tone. However, once I applied it to my face that was not an issue. The scent is not overpowering either which is another plus for a face product. Overall, it was nice and hydrating which I always like in my skin care products. I just felt like this was too light for my complexion. Although it did blend OK. I found another use for it I am going to use it as eye concealer. It works perfectly! It gives my eyes a nice pop and allows my makeup to stay in place!

I don't tend to use primers or makeup bases all that often but this one looked pretty promising as my skin is pretty dry year round. This makeup base is meant to extend the wear of makeup, provide some SPF sun protection, brighten skin and keep skin moisturized. This base is beige in color and has very little scent, it contains SPF30 PA++ and comes with 40 grams (1.41 oz). The ingredients include olive oil (moisturizing, vitamin-rich, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging), rose flower oil (astringent, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, moisturizing, toning) and vanilla fruit extract (anti-acne, anti-aging, soohing, nourishing). Just to note, I did wear my makeup for quite a long time, over 10 hours and I'm basing my thoughts on that first experience. What I like: this is very lightweight and blends and absorbs pretty quickly, there is almost no scent so it would be okay for sensitive skin, it contains some SPF so you could wear a foundation or BB cream that doesn't contain SPF over it, it's extremely comfortable and really does give the skin a glowy naturally moisturized look and you don't need much of this. I found that my makeup looked good and stayed for a over 10 hours pretty well and it didn't cause my BB cream to ball up or anything. What I don't like: this may not be good for extremely dry and parched skin as it's so light, otherwise this is great. Rating: 9.5/10 -- recommended to anyone who wants a dewy complexion through their makeup.

Thanks again 0.8l for another great product to review. It's quite sheer and kinda runny, hence the water base, I'm assuming. The color was a little too dark but it blended quite nicely and absorbed into my skin and you couldn't tell about the color. It also had a light and nice fragrance to it. It's super just wearing it alone, but makes an amazing primer. It makes my makeup feel soft and dewy. I will definitely consider repurchasing. I also love the sleek tube it comes in. Great stuff!

I was very pleased with this product. I used it under my usual foundation and it blended very well. No clumping or no irritation... It is my skin tone as well so no dark spots either... It kept my face protected from the hot sun on my family day at the zoo.. The rest of me burned tho..lol.
