First thing I notice when I got this product was that there is SD Alcohol 40-B as the second ingredient in the swab which is a no no for my curly hair. Understand it's suppose to pick up the dandruff, but feared it might make my hair dry. The swab was easy to use on my scalp. There was a lot of product on the swab to where it was dripping so have to be careful. It cleaned my scalp okay, however it didn't help dealing with the itchiness of it. There wasn't a lot of serum to use on my hair. Tried my best to put it evenly go through my hair. The next morning, my hair didn't seem to fizzy for my curls, but it wasn't too moisture either. Overall I think it's okay. Very nice packaging and easy to use. Just feel like it's not good for very curly hair like mine.

I was given the chance to buy and try this for $3.99. I really enjoyed it and it does help with the itching but only short term. I will continue to use it and will see if the results are longer term with continued use. The swab is easy to use and is just like a gigantic q-tip drenched in anti-itching essence. The scent is medicinal but not over powering or to the point that it's offensive. The serum gives off a cooling menthol sensation which I really enjoyed. The anti-frizz serum worked great but just wished it had a better scent. I do give this a thumbs up 👍🏽

I couldn’t wait to try out this product because of the dandruff swab. I like how it comes with this giant cotton swab which makes it super easy to apply the apple cider onto my scalp. The other half of the product was a hair serum and it turned out that I liked the hair serum more than the dandruff swab. When I first applied the dandruff swab on, it did give my scalp this instant cooling effect but after a couple of minutes, my scalp started to itch really badly. I had to continuously apply the apple cider liquid onto my scalp to help calm the itchiness down. Aside from that, I did however enjoy using the hair serum. The serum was light weight and it was more of an oil base serum. It made my hair feel really soft and smooth. It also gave my hair a nice healthy shine as well. I would recommend using as little as possible for the hair serum because you don’t want your hair to look greasy later on in the day. I’m glad that I was able to try this product out for only $3.99 and overall it was a nice experience to try something different like this Dr. For Hair easy swab and hair serum. I really liked the idea of the Dr. For Her Folligen Easy Swab & Hair Serum and that it would be something easy to carry around with you in case it was needed throughout the day. The swab is to help with dandruff which I usually don't have a problem with so I can't speak to how well it works but when I applied it, my hair was wet for a while afterwards which didn't really seem feasible for something to help on the go. The serum is just in a packet to help with fuzziness, but there was quite a bit of product in it. I have long hair and still had a lot left, which would have to be thrown away if on the go because you can't reseal it. It just seemed like a waste and it weighed my hair down rather than just taking away frizziness.

I gently trace it along the hairline on my scalp in the troubled area and see that it did somewhat help moist the scalp with a cooling effect and subside the visibility of the flakes by a bit. I didn't like the strong Apple Cider Vinegar scent, however. . Folligen Styling Serum: The amount in the packet is more than generous, in fact, it could be divided into a smaller packet so you don't feel the need to use it all at once because too much can make your hair look greasy. I decided to give Dr.For Hair's Easy Swab & Hair Serum a try. This 2-step rescue kit aims to absorb grease, treat dandruff, reduce itchiness and provide hydration to your hair. I had a difficult time finding a full ingredient list but I know that it is formulated with a combination of plant extracts and fermented apple cider vinegar. The kit comes in a 2-step packet - step 1 contains a large cotton swab soaked in solution and step 2 contains the hair serum. As instructed, I rubbed the cotton swab along my part and hair line and then followed up with rubbing the hair serum into my hair ends and then brushing it through. I used this on day-old hair and in terms of performance, my hair felt a bit softer and looked glossier but unfortunately, it didn't really help with the greasiness (yup, I have greasy roots 🤢 ). Luckily, I don’t have much dandruff so I can’t really speak to the products effects on dry scalps/dandruff. OVERALL: I like how this product comes in small packets that you can easily store in your bag and grab on the go. The serum was nice and leaves my hair looking and feeling healthier but the cotton swab didn’t help absorb grease or fix my greasy flat roots… Also, the cotton swab smelled like rubbing alcohol 🙅🏻. Step 1 is basically a stick with a sheet mask drenched in essence wrapped around it to form a swab. The scent is pretty strong, likely a mixture of the essential oils and vinegars. There’s plenty of left over essence in the package to continue using. I applied the swab as thoroughly as I could and used all of the excess essence in the package as well. Recommended use is open step 1 and remove swab from the packaging and massage it into scalp along hair lines. Then open step 2 and squeeze the serum into palm. Distribute throughout hair with palms and finger tips mainly focusing on the ends. Do not rinse afterwards. After using, it’s pretty easy to use, though it’s a little hard to keep the essence from leaking on your face and numbing the skin from the peppermint oil. It really does cause a nice tingle to your scalp and it does feel like it’s working. Step 2 is fairly easy and while I haven’t noticed any tingling in my scalp I feel like this product would tingle due to the similar ingredients. I have used the serum on wet hair and I noticed an uptick of frizz, not the opposite. But applying on dry hair it does control the frizz pretty nicely. What I like: I love the tingling feeling, I spent a long time in my past oiling my hair, so it really reminded me of that. The scent is pretty strong but I like it a lot (others may not). The ingredients are really good and natural and I feel they work more effectively than something like Head & Shoulders. I like the swab design of this product a lot and I feel it’s really convenient to cover your scalp entirely. The price for the product is also pretty reasonable, it comes up to be less than 3 dollars per use. What I don’t like: if you can’t take strong scents, then, this product isn’t for you and it could be irritating to sensitive skin. This product is also not too widely available. I get dry itchy scalp so I was happy to try this. I used the soaked cotton swab as directed and it felt nice and cool and it stopped the itching and it moisturized the dryness so it looked fresh! I then used the styling cream on my curly ends and it helped tame my frizz! But I CAN say that it smelled like a mixture of citrus and alcohol. Not unpleasant. It contains a combination of plant extracts and fermented apple cider vinegar which is a great natural cleansing agent 💇 There's a lot of liquid in a packet so make sure to set it straight, or you'll end up spilling everything like me. The step one- folligen easy swab has a heavy alcohol scent mixed with peppermint. I use the saw on my hairline/ parting. It felt cool because of the peppermint. It seems to clean a little bit of my hair a little since I used this right after I woke up from a nap and I had to go to the grocery store. I really didn't want to wash my hair just to go for a quick trip there. So, I thought this was a good chance to use this. I didn't feel any stinging or anything of that sort. It probably took any smell from the hair probably. I wouldn't be sure if it did or not. I did feel the product in my hair but it didn't bother me and I think it was a good alternative for me since I can't use any dry shampoo without it making white flakes. I next tried the hair styling serum and made my hair straight and silky looking. I really like the serum and wish for a bottle. Overall, I did like this product and thinks it's useful if you go camping, car/ plane trip, or even when you don't have time to wash your hair but still want your hair to look good.

This product meets all of its claims. The smell could use improvement but they use natural ingredients so I understand. I don't have dandruff but this products concept seems in point. It calmed my second day hair and defines my curls after cleansing my scalp with the easy swab and applied the hair serum. There was enough product for my extremely long hair and each box comes with 5 packs! I would recommend this product to those who have dry scalp and/or dandruff.

Purchased this for $3.99 to try and review via @0.8l_usa . The Humajor Folligen Easy Swab & Hair Serum is supposed to help against dandruff/ greasiness/ itchiness and defrizz hair. I don't have dandruff but my hair tends to get greasy at the roots. After using the wet swab to apply the product at my roots which smells of vinegar ( a key ingredient). This took several tries and dips of the swab since the product on the swab dried quickly. The smell of vinegar is strong and does linger. Result : less greasy looking roots but a vinegary experience. The hair serum was a white lotion- like substance which I applied to the middle & tips. The serum is great. It left my hair soft and manageable. I wish there was more serum in the packet because I have long and thick hair which needed more. I recommend the serum which I would buy if sold separately.

This was an interesting product to review. The first step was a swab that had a fresh, almost citrusy cent. I rubbed it on the itchy spots on my head and it helped to east the dryness on my scalp. I really liked this step. Step 2 was a creamy serum meant to be anti-frizz. It did frizz my hair but it was almost a bit too heavy to be used on everyday fine hair. I can see a better sue of it being for touching up a hairstile that is a bit more complicated. This product is a 2 step hair care to relieve Dandruff and help calm frizzy hair. The first step is a huge cotton swab that is in a packet of essence. The essence has a strong alcohol scent to it and I found i needed to re dip the cotton swab into the solution because it dried quickly. The solution was messy because it was very watery so the packet would often fall over or it would drip out. I didn't find that it did much for my scalp. I don't currently suffer from dandruff though but it left my scalp feeling itchy. I didn't like the first step much. The second step is a cream solution which had a very strange smell. i didn't love the smell at all and i thought it lingered after applying. It did smooth out my hair out but it felt slightly heavy. This step was okay but i the scent still bothers me. I find this would only be good to use when traveling since its in travel friendly packaging.Price wise you get 5 of these for about 12 dollars. After trying Dr.FORHAIR Folligen Easy Swabs I’m seeing more improvements to my natural wavy hair, and my scalp feels less dry. i have been using the 1st step; folligen easy swab to mainly the back parts of my scalp, which is where it feels the most itchy and dry on occasions. i found that i don’t have to wash my hair as often, since it naturally cleanses and soothes my scalp. the 2nd step; folligen styling serum is just right for my sometimes frizzy hair ends. both work well together; especially lately since my hair is a bit more frizzy when it rains. i’d recommend this 2 step folligen system by @drforhair_usa to most hair types, and it was gentle on my color treated hair. #drforhair

Review: The swab- It was really refreshing when I used it on my freshly washed scalp. The cooling tingle felt really nice. The swab shed the initial dead skin and I didn't see dandruff until 3-4 days after last application. My scalp didn't start to itch until day 4 and even then it wasn't as severe as it can be. So the swab did a great job of removing oil from my scalp with is the cause of my problems. When I used it on a non-wash day, it relieved itchiness for a day or two and removed the oil from my scalp In doing so, once again, made my flakes shed more quickly and then not shed again until 2-3 days later.
