✨Review✨ I'm loving this toner from @0.8l_usa ..Its a toner, booster, and essence in one! The two major ingredients are silica powder and fig extract. The silica powder settles when untouched. The consistency does feel like that of watered down milk. It's not greasy at all. It does seem to hydrate well, blur those unsightly pores and makes my skin feel softer and brighter. It has a subtle fruit scent that is really nice. It's a great product for sensitive skin! This product smells really good and this did not break me out (usually new product breaks me out). This however does dry out my skin when I apply it but I apply moisturizer afterward so it's fine. The best thing about this product is that when you take off your makeup and wash your face and you think you took off all the makeup but then you use this product and there are still some makeup left. I was really excited to try this product because it looked so interesting to me. This is the Milky Jelly Toning Essence by Half Moon Eyes and it's a toner+booster+essence in one. This product boasts some pretty hefty claims- pore care, moisture supply, skin protection, concentrated moisture retention and skin texture care. It also claims to increase skin flexibility and help control excess sebum. So how did it perform? Pretty well actually. I felt like it tightened my pores and it definitely controlled some excess sebum that I have, especially sincle lately my skin was producing more oil, due to the humidity here in LA. Fig extracts are the main star ingredient in this product, which is great because figs are rich in minerals and vitamin c. Other notable ingredients are tea tree leaf water, pomegranate, mulberry and ginkgo nut... but what intrigued me the most about this stuff is the white powder that sinks to the bottom if you don't shake it up: the silica powder. Silica is a nutrient that's helpful in creating our bones, joint tissues, hair, nails and skin collagen. When used in this particular product, it helps absorb excess sebum, block ultra-violet rays and remove dead skin cells. The only thing I hated about this product? The smell. Ugh. Smells floral, soapy and dilluted- almost like a cheap laundry detergent. I received this product from @0.8l_usa in exchange for my honest opinion.

Hey all! Today my review is about the half moon eyes milky jelly toning essence. This essence mentions two major ingredients. One is fig extracts that are rich in vitamin C and the other is silica powder. You can actually see the silica powder settling down, on just letting the bottle untouched for a while. The essence itself has a consistency similar to that if water, but has a white color to it, mainly because of the silica powder. Since it contains silica powder, it claims to fill up the pores, rectify uneven texture. It also claims to provide moisture to the skin. Now, for me, I definitely agree with the moisture provision! After washi g my face, I applied this essence and I could feel the moisture back on my face. It gets a little tacky immediately after application, but after a few minutes the tackiness goes away. As for pore perfection, I do think it does a little something to my pores. But it did not do anything for the texture in my skin. I really like the sturdy bottle and the screw on cap! Also loved the cotton box that came with it. The cotton is pretty thick and soaks up quite generous amount if product and applies on the skin, without it absorbing most of it. The essence itself does have a strong fragrance to it. I am not bothered by it, but I would have liked it even more, without the fragrance. This essence is different but I really like it! It makes my skin feel tight but it also feels really smooth and toned! It also makes my skin feel so soft! The product absorbs quickly without feeling oily! It smells so good, it has a subtle fruit scent. This is the Half Moon Eyes Milky Jelly which claims to be a Toner+Booster+Essence made with fig and silica powder the one downside to this product was the smell which was fruity (I have very sensitive skin and often get unscented products, so it made me nervous) but it went on smooth and it felt great right after the first application! I feel it really helped make my skin feel refreshed and clean. I would recommend this product.

I actually really enjoyed this product! It tightened my pores and made my skin look smooth almost immediately after application. I also feel like this definitely helped prevent any bad breakouts! The cotton swipes that it came with were great too! The cotton did not tear up or fall apart like how my Muji cotton sheets do... The one con is the smell. After using this essence for over a week I really like it! Firstly, it smells amazing without being overpowering. It's a toner, essence, and booster in one. My skin feels plump and hydrated without feeling greasy. It's sinks into the skin very quickly. I enjoyed it and am grateful I was able to test it! The Milky Jelly Toning Essence from Half Moon Eyes was a great addition to my morning routine. It works well and has a very clean smell. Being a 3 in 1 (Toner, Booster, and Essence), it even saves me time in the morning.

Initially I was unsure of this product as I've never used a product that was layers you shook together before use. However after several days I found that this toner is a terrific addition to my skincare routine. Not only is it gentle but it's hydrating without leaving a film or greasy sheen. Instead a dewy fresh faced look is achieved and im left blemish free . If you have sensitive skin or have never explored using a toner before then I would recommend this milky toner.

It helped clean my face in addition to my cleansing routine. I could use it night and day and my skin did not get irritated. I also felt that it minimized my pores without overly drying out my skin. The smell is also nice as well.

Their packaging is the cutest thing ever! With their bubble letters and their cartoon fruit on the front. Who could possibly say no? The first claim that peaked my interest is the sebum control! I hate to admit it but I have sooo many white heads on my nose. And it's due to my skin creating sebum! EW. As I did my research on this product, I found that it is made from fig extract which is rich in vitamin c and minerals. The great thing about this is that it's a 3-in-1 product. Your toner AND essence is in this 180 mL bottle. To use this toner/essence, it is recommend to shake the bottle so that the contents can be distributed evenly when you put it onto your cotton pad. After wiping it all over my face I noticed that it dried completely and also felt like a powder was on my face. It turns out that it has silica powder in it! I think that is what controls the sebum. So that was pretty cool and interesting. You can use this product as a face mist by putting it into an empty spray bottle or even as a face mask. Overall I really enjoyed this product! I would recommend this toner to people who have oily skin because of the silica powder. The product really does what it claims to do. It refines, balances, and hydrates the skin. I used it twice a day, and saw that my skin became smoother almost instantly and did not dry my skin at all. The silica powder also provided a very smooth surface to work with before I put my makeup on in the morning. It's the perfect product to shorten your makeup and skincare routine!

This product is a 3-in-1 product acting as a toner, booster, and essence. It is made with fig extracts which is supposedly loaded with Vit C. One thing that stood out to me was the milky white substance that just hangs out at the bottom of the bottle and I am guessing it’s the silica powder which is supposed to help smooth your skin by removing gunk. I like to use this in the AM so that I get a super smooth base for my foundation. The scent is fruity, but almost laundry detergent-ish. It’s difficult to describe but there’s definitely a fragrance to it. Good thing it goes away quickly once it’s on the skin. It even came with a small box of cotton pads, which was really thick and cushy. One side is textured and one side is smooth. I want more of the cotton pads once I get through the box! I’ve used this for about a week now and it’s playing nice with my combo/acne prone skin

It is a toner, booster and essence in one. It looks like it contains two liquids- a milky white on the bottom and a clear on the top. I shook it up before I applied it. I use it after cleansing. I swiped it on and allowed it to absorb before moisturizing. I've used it for almost a week and I can't say that it really did anything. I feel that maybe it gets rid on any bits of cleanser that may be left and it smells so good I will continue to use it. I did not like the cotton pads. I loved the product. It didn't make my skin feel super dry and I like how throughout the day my skin didn't get oily. I have very sensitive so eventually after a week it began to break me out. It was a little to much but overall I loved the product. I would recommend it for those who have super oily skin not super sensitive like mine haha 😝 !

This Milky Jelly Toning Essence is an interesting facial product from Half Moon Eyes. The Milky Jelly boasts for its 3-in-1 (toner + booster + essence). The product did a great job at balancing out my skin tone but took a while for my skin to feel hydrated. The cotton pads definitely aided in the process of making my face feel plumpy because of its soft fluffy textures. Too bad the box only comes with 10 cotton pads~ Overall the Milky Jelly is a great product but you will need to use it multiple times to get optimal results!
