I’d never used a hair mask out before so I was excited to give this product a try. Upon opening it the product resembled a shower cap and was pretty easy to put on. It left my hair feeling silky and hydrated. The only con would be having to stand in the shower for 15 minutes waiting for the mask to do its work.

Just to let you know I have curly hair. So this might affect the way this product works for me. First of all I used this hair mask instead of conditioner. It made my hair feel soft as I washed it out of my hair. The only down fall is if you try and use it in the shower the adhesive becomes wet if your not careful and it does not tighten to the size of your head.

I tried this product for a few weeks to really see if there was a difference or not. I really love the concept of these hair masks and how easy they are to use. As a first-time mom I’m all about setting in forgetting. After shampooing and rinsing I would tell dry my hair and leave this hat hair mask in for a few hours. I have been suffering from severe postpartum hair loss and found these hair masks have completely improve the quality of my hair and it has fallen out Way less. My hair is way more manageable and already starting to grow back. I recently cut off all the dead ends and my hair looks model worthy. I highly suggest these hair masks to all hair types.

Very nice and easy to use! My hair has never felt softer, look brighter, looked healthier! It's even bouncier! My hair is normally flat and dry.. This product has brought my hair back to life! Would definitely try again. Definitely is on my Christmas list!

The good folks at @0.8l_usa sent me a ten pack of the Smart Hair Mask Magic Steam by Repiel. Each mask is individually packaged. It's shaped like a shower cap without elastic basically. You apply the mask to shampooed hair that's been lightly towel dried. The premise is that you pile your hair up, place inside this cap, and use the attached tape strip to secure the excess cap material for a snug fit. The mask cream is inside the cap and should steam up when exposed to the damp hair, creating a warm steam effect. My beautiful 9 year old daughter and I both tried the mask. Her hair is naturally curly and a good bit frizzy. My hair is a mismatched collection of random textures and levels of coarseness varies greatly from hair to hair. We both applied the masks correctly and left them on 10 to 15 minutes before giving a nice rinse. Unfortunately neither of us felt any warmth or any steam. I really enjoy steam masks so I was disappointed. We both scrunched the cap into our hair to get the most out of the masks and had great hopes! The mask did help her frizz a little bit. Nothing miraculous. My hair felt like straw after using the mask. Although it's not an included instruction, I had my condition my hair after rinsing the mask. I wasn't able to brush through it unless I conditioned. So, the whole tl;dr is this - its not for me. My daughter didn't love it either. That being said, just like all skin reacts differently, so does all hair. While I had a couple of little issues with this mask, I enjoyed using it overall. When I first saw the product described “Magic’s steam” I assumed that I would have to use some outside heat source. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product produces it’s own heat, though I wouldn’t describe it as “steam”. The tape on the mask that is used to keep it in place did not stick for me, so I had to use a hair tie to keep it on my head. My hands were wet though, so that may have cause an issue with the tape. The product inside the cap was nice, and did leave my hair feeling hydrated and well nourished.

I’ve always been interested in hair masks and finally got the opportunity to try one out courtesy of @08L Repiel Smart Hair Mask Magic Steam worked like a charm on my overbleached hair! The formula contains nourishing ingredients such as keratin and collagen. After shampooing I placed the cap onto my head (the hair treatment is already inside of the cap) and secured it with a plastic clip. There’s a sticker that’s meant to be used as a closure. Because I was in the shower while using it, the sticker got wet and didn’t adhere (hence the reason for the clip). I massaged the conditioner into my hair and went about my shower routine. I rinsed with cool water after 10-minutes. Directions state to rinse after 5-15 minutes. I noticed my hair was silkier. My overprocessed ends were much more smooth. The product performed exactly as described. I love the convenience of being able to multitask while hair masking in the shower. I’d definitely recommend this product to friends!

I was so excited to try this hair mask! I'd heard great things. I was honestly a bit skeptical since my hair has been a mess almost 2 years postpartum. I must say I LOVED this product! I had a bit of difficulty making the tabs stick tight enough; when I massaged into my hair as directed, it kept popping open. The smell wasn't bad and it was fairly easy to use. Afterwards, my hair felt very soft for several days after use and I didn't have any breakage. It wasn't drying and it made my kinky curly natural hair look healthier and shiny.

This item intrigued me. A hair mask that u only left on with a cap. But it wad harder than it looks to apply. My hair kept coming out and the mask didn't come apply evenly on hair. I love this smart hair mask magic steam by repiel I was really impressed on how the whole thing works love that the Active ingredient which domethicone which Is a protectant for your scalp and it really do protect my scalp didn't make it dry or anything it actually made it feel really good afterwards which I was really impressed with. At first I wasn't sure how I was gonna like it but I love them they are amazing. Usage: it provides a high amount of nutrients to your hair which I feel like it wasn't harsh know my hair like chemical ones do cause this has that great ingredient which help my hair and scalp alot it also has these inactive ingredients down of them I have heard of the others I havent was really happy like it also has inactive ingredients like mineral oil, isopropyl alcohol, vanilly butr ether, Japonica seed oil, argania spinosa kernel oil, hydrolized keratin, witch hazel extract aloe leaf extract which I love aloe extract and witch hazel they are two of my favorite extracts I've used and have like witch hazel has Tannins are responsible for making witch hazel extract a natural astringent, since they remove excess oil from skin which I can tell it worked great I used mask several times and my scalp doesn't feel oily at all and its a great feeling to have a scalp not overly oily and the aloe leaf extract treats several issues coupled with hair such as hair damage or loss, dandruff, itchy scalp and a number of other things and I have damaged hair and deal with a itchy and dandruff sometimes not bad though and since I used this my scalp don't itch havent had any dandruff and my hair don't feel damaged like dry and rough like it had I'm highly impressed with how this mask for my hair worked and the best part you can use it up to 3 times a week which is awesome I did 2 so far and the results are extremely amazing I didn't think that have hair and a scalp feel like this would be possible. Highly recommend trying this to see these amazing results.
