I recieved the nightfood midmight chocolate crunch bars and i was super excited to get 12 for the super discounted price of 3.99! Upon doing my research on the bars I really loved the idea of satisfying that late night crave with a healthier alternative while also not disrupting your sleep. When i actually got the chance to try one of the bars i was a bit dissapointed. It couldve been because I may have been expecting a more chocolate bar creamy like texture but instead it was more of a dry , gritty/chalky protein bar taste instead. Overall I love the idea of what the bar can do for you in terms of being healthier and crave satisfying but I do wish there was a better taste.

I tried the Nightfood Midnight Chocolate Crunch bars after purchasing them for $3.99 using the Try Now feauture. I was shocked to recieve an entire box in the mail! I believe there were 12 bars total in the box, plus an additional bar in the Cookies and Dreams flavor to try! As someone who has tried just about every "nutritional bar" thats on market, I have to say, these bars are ridiculously good. Like, I mean REALLY good. They don't have a funny aftertaste, or taste like protein powder or plastic. They genuinely taste like a candy bar. They're great at night, or in the morning, and perfect for curbing a chocolate cravying. I have already reccommended these to a few friends, and intend to purchase more!

These Midnight Chocolate Crunch Bars are surprisingly good to me. I like that they are a dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate and have and dark chocolate crunchy cookie type middle. I do not like protein bars, but can handle a very select few that I have tried. I honestly had my doubts about these, but I really did enjoy the one that I had. It does taste very mildly like a protein bar and part a lightly sweetened dense chocolate bar. I normally want more sweets after eating whatever snack I finish, but found myself completely satisfied after eating this. I did have a slight after taste like when eating a protein bar, but no where near as close. It is normally unbearable for me and I have to eat something else, even if it is just a saltine cracker to get rid of the taste or to the point of brushing my teeth it is so bad. These did not make me feel this way. A case will cost you $23.99 but I was able to get it for $3.99 from 0.8Liter for my personal and honest review. My main complaint was the condition of the contents when they arrived. I’ve never had any problem with shipping before, but these arrived completely dumped out of the box and the box was a bit worn & torn and I had to reshape it to get the bars back in. There are two types: Cookies N' Dreams and Midnight Chocolate Crunch. I received the midnight chocolate crunch bars. Net weight is 1.4 oz (40 grams) and 25 grams of carbs, 6 grams of dietary fiber and 6 grams of protein. This snack is recommended because it's low in sugar and calories and is designed to be a no guilt snack. I found the bar is a little hard to take bites of and it reminds me slightly of a protein bar or something like that. The flavor is definitely not too sweet and the ingredients are pretty good. I'm not totally in love with the taste, but I do like the premise and I do think it's nice to have as a diabetic, anything to take a little less insulin lol. I'd recommend this to people who are focused on low-calorie snacks, especially during the night. What I like: the ingredients, the convenience of this snack is nice and I think it's great and doesn't mess with my blood sugar too much. The premise is great and I like the protein for keeping my blood sugars down. I am a chocolate lover, these bars are a good choise to satisfy my craving and still continue my good eating habits, I don’t normally eat at night however I get very hungry during work hours and these bars are life saviors, I like that this bars don’t have too much calories and very delicious.

Claims to satisfy bedtime hunger without adding too much to calories. First of all I love chewy snack bars overcrunchy bars . And this one is perfect chewy bars with light crunches in center . The taste is good not sweet more like a dark chocolate. It's not only great as bedtime snack but also a. These night food bars are delicious. They live up to their nMe, being a great food for night time snacks, they kill my midnight munchies and give me a boost of energy when i am up late working or doing homework. They dont taste bad, and theyre not too sweet either. I love these bars.

Losing weight is my number 1 goal now, but my problem is that I can't stop snacking at night. I love chocolates. My cakes have to be chocolate, my cupcake have to be chocolate, my milk have to be chocolate milk, and my candy bars have to be chocolate. This snacks hit the spot but I'm not loving the dark chocolate. When I say I love chocolate, I mean to say milk chocolate. This was the only reason I give it a four stars, other than that every part of the bar is prefect. Taste like a brownie cover in dark chocolate. There are about 12 chocolate bars in the box and I also received cookies and dream flavor. The chocolate crunch is very chewy and has a dark chocolate taste to it. There is a bit of soy in it that makes it hard to chew but is still tasty. I was worried this will have a negative aftertaste like some of the protein bars I tried in the past. I was surprised by it have a tiny bit of aftertaste and was pleasant to eat. I ate them almost every night since I do have a craving to eat food or junk food at night. This helps me not crave for food after I was done eating. You do feel full at night and there isn't any consequences of eating this. I also tried the cookies and dream flavor and was sweeter with a milky taste to it. It had the same chewiness. I do prefer the chocolate bars better. Overall, I give this a 9/10 and if they can make it less hard to chew I think this be a hit. I really like the flavor and taste. It was really good. I like these bars pretty well! They taste like your stereotypical protein bar, and don’t taste bad by any means. I like these for when I’m a little nippish at night for something sweet, and this is easier than cereal. I’m glad they included a cookies and cream because I think I may like that flavor best! Overall, I would probably not buy them just because I don’t reach for them on a nightly basis, but if I was more of a snacker I definitey would.

They are supposed to be eaten in the middle of the night when you wake up hungry and claim not to mess with your sleep. They also have only 140 calories per bar and 6 grams of protein. The flavor I received was midnight chocolate. It definitely has a dark chocolate flavor to it but not to over powering. Results= The bars are chewy yet have a little bit of a crunch to them. I recommend NOT putting them in the refrigerator as they will get to hard to bite into at least for me. The good news is the chocolate didn't melt sitting in my night stand and they kept pretty cool and I live in Phoenix which was 87 degrees on Thanksgiving yesterday!😱 The midnight chocolate does have a dark chocolate taste to them which usually I am not a fan of dark chocolate but it was just subtle enough to give it the perfect flavor. If you absolutely hate the taste of dark chocolate I recommend you stay away from this flavor but they do offer other flavors. I wake up in the middle of the night hungry a lot. This was great it filled me up quickly and just perfectly. I wasn't to full or still hungry I was able to go right back to sleep. I am so glad that I had the chance to try these out. I love how they taste great but I don't crave them during the day. It is a perfect balance. I have to watch what I eat do to an autoimmune disease and I am happy to report that my body accepted and loved these bars. That is huge for me. Conclusion= I will for sure be buying these again. They do exactly what they state fill you up during middle of the night hunger without any side effects. They are healthy and guilt free. I completely recommend these. I recieved a box of several bars (8 or 12 I think). I must admit that I did not eat one bar at night. For me they were Dayfood. 😂 I ate them as a quick breakfast or a snack. They are pretty good! They remind me of Quaker Chewy bars, but higher in protein and fiber and much less sugar. Overall I liked them. I eat protein bars like Oh Yeah and Quest a lot, so I’m used to the textures of those. This bar had a nice crunchy texture and I liked how the chocolate coating was super chocolatey 😍 I can’t say I’d buy a box at the grocery store but that’s more because these are designed for a specific need (late night snacking) that I don’t really have. If this tasted the same but were higher protein designed for a daytime snack I would likely buy it.
