I have been using the @dermaldab Firmness Collagen Peptide Serum for about 2 weeks now. The description claims that instantly firms and tightens mature skin. The serum is said to gently tighten the skin , leaving a smooth finish that is instantly visable. The problem is that I noticed no firming or tightening instantly or over the period of my using the product. Now, the serum contains hyaluronic acid, coconut juice and hydrolyzed collagen which are all great for the skin. There is really no scent at all so I think it would be good for sensitive skin types. I did notice a slightly sticky feeling residue that took a while to absorb. However, I will say my skin was softer and more hydrated, BUT since this is a firming serum I just don't feel like it held up to it's claims. Not terrible, but definetly not a homerun. Review: @dermaldab Firmness Collagen Peptide Serum. • 🌺 This serum comes in an airless pump bottle so it will keep the ingredients fresh for a long time. But it’s very small. Only 15mL. • 🌺 Scent: I did not detect any fragrance. • 🌺 ingredients: please see picture for a full list. But noteworthy ingredients are argireline, hydrolyzed collagen, hyaluronic acid, and coconut fruit juice. • 🌺 Performance: I’m a chronic side sleeper so I have a lot of deep lines on my neck and décolletage. I was able to try #DermalDab #DabForFirmness at a discounted rate from #08L for my honest review! This product peeked my interest because of my increased wrinkle formations! I seriously needed to get on them before they devoured my face! I was shocked at how fast this product arrived so I had enough time to test this out! The product came in this simple white and silver container. It’s VERY lightweight. Cheaply made. Plastic. The container has a pump to give you what product is needed. I found the label to be sticky but I could have just had a defective bottle. And who cares it’s what’s inside that counts right!? Lol!!! Ok so this product took about 36 pumps before any product came out. It asks for a pea size for spots or entire face. The color was a milky pink. The scent is not over powering but it did remind me of suntan lotion after a bit of sniffing. A little does go a long way so this bottle of .5 oz should last you a while. It was nice and glided across my face with ease. And it was quick drying. All you have to do is rub it in and once it gets a teeny bit sticky you pat all over and about 10 seconds later it’s dry. All in all I really liked the way this felt on my face. It kept my skin looking amazing. My wrinkles looked diminished after a week of continued morning and night use. My skin feels like silk. My makeup glides in my face leaving me with 20 something year old skin! I would definitely repurchase and let everyone know they NEED to grab you some of this! So so nice! So, I finally started getting my laugh/smile lines around my eyes. I got the privilege of trying the Dermal Dab Collagen Peptide Skin Firming Serum and all I can say is...yay! I use this around my eyes after my toner and I can definitely see the difference after 2 weeks. It only takes a very small amount for both eyes,and so the small bottle will last you quite a long time. As always...I apply from the side of my nose, up towards my hairline, and only use my pointer and middle finger...the less pressure the better....you never want to use too much pressure or pulling around your eyes. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a good eye serum ♡

I received this for a reduced price from 08L share my honest opinion of it. This collagen peptide serum promises to hydrate and firm mature skin. Notable ingredients include: sea kelp bioferment, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, and argireline. The serum is a gel like lotion that is kind of a beige color. The scent is very mild and has kind of a natural smell to it. Serum is sticky but applies easily to the face. and absorbs quickly and does not stay sticky. It works well with my other nighttime skin care products. It does not burn or sting at all. It is not irritating to my skin in any way. I think it has been hydrating for my skin because I was having dry patches and I haven't seen them for a while. It's hard to say if it has increased firmness in my skin. I use Retin-A and my skin already looks pretty good in terms of firmness. I do think that this serum is probably pretty good for anti-aging. @DERMALDAB. I have been using off & on the “Dab for Firmness” collagen peptide serum. I had reached out to the brand and asked them what type of collagen they use in this serum and she had replied that they use marine collagen. I don’t mind using a collagen product as long as it is not animal derived. (My personal preference & reasons). I thought it was great how they answered my question so quickly. I really like this serum. I did notice my skin was tighter and looked more youthful. With this serum, a little does go a long way. And they suggested to “dab” it into the skin rather than rub, which due to the consistency I can understand why they recommend this. It has small faint smell that I can’t quite describe but goes away after absorption. Some of the ingredients are hyaluronic acid & sea kelp (both of which are favorites of mine) so it claims to firm, tighten & plump. It hydrates while encouraging collagen production. It helps to diminish fine lines & wrinkles. I like the serum a lot and I’ll continue to use it. I’m excited to to what else they come up with in the future. First impression of Dermal Dab Collagen Peptide serum. Another discounted purchase from 0.8l_usa. This is the other serum that I was trying. I applied this on half the face and swapped sides midway of the 2 weeks testing period. It came in a 15 ml pump bottle.  Instructions were to apply twice a day to areas that has fine lines, crow's feet, wrinkles on face and neck. Pretty much everywhere. The product itself is a milky creamy consistency. This is not going to make sense bit it does to me, it smells unscented. Non fragranced might be better description. It aims to tone and firm sagging skin, prevent wrinkle formation, diminish appearance of fine wrinkles, moisturize and hydrate. Such a tall order for any product. Ingredients are: argireline (acts like Botox. Will do a separate posting on this ingredient because it is interesting to me), hydrloyzed collagen,  hyaluronic acid and coconut fruit juice. This ingredient list speaks to me since I'm all about wrinkle prevention and diminution as well as hydration. It has a tacky sensation once applied to the skin. I felt my skin tightening a bit but not a dry tight feeling. Hydration performance was so-so.  Checking wayskin, it bumped up the hydration level some. The most interesting effect was, I thought my face slightly looked more lifted. I have a superficial indentation at my right top of the apple of the cheek. Looks almost like a dimple. It looked less noticeable when I was using this serum.  When I switched sides. That dimple looked more noticeable again. Is this a placebo effect? Could be. But I switched sides again the past 2 days just to make sure I am seeing that same effect. True enough, the dimple looked less noticeable. I attribute this effect that I see to the argireline in this serum. This is one of those products that the effect will not be seen in 2 weeks. Maximum benefit will likely be seen after weeks and months of use. I am encouraged enough with what effect I got that I actually purchased a new bottle of this to continue the testing for a longer period of time. This costs $20 at the Dermal dab website and they have 10% off and free shipping. Or you can get it at Amazon for $22 and there is a 20% off coupon with it.

I can tell I'm really going to be pleased with this product. I'm only 30 but I really neglected my skin in my 20s. I need products that can help me restore the skin health I lost while also preparing for the aging that will start occurring in the coming years. All the research I did warned that it's possible to build up a tolerance to certain anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products. You need to be mindful of concentration levels and work your way up to retinoids slowly to avoid problems. I've been hesitant to try products like this as a result, but I'm thrilled with this collagen and peptide serum! A small pump is all you need. Dab it gently around eyes and anywhere your skin needs a plump and you're good to go. It glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly if you use the dabbing technique. It's even lightweight enough that you can layer with other serums. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks so it's too soon for before and after pics.
