I had the opportunity to try #greenteaahapeelinggel from #Bonajour. I thought it was a peeling mask but is was a lotion with vitamins and natural cellulose co. As I applied on my face some pieces of white (could figure if it was ) either way it exfoliate my skin didn't irritate my skin. My face felt smooth and clean. I would recommend this product because the more time I apply I see a difference. I also love there is no testing on animals. I test this product for 3.99 and worth it for my honest opinion. #08L Bonajour #naturalskincare #beautyblogger #exfoliating #koreanskincare #08L #

Peeling Gel!!!!! Excitement. Anticipation. I received this Bonajour Green Tea AHA Peeling Gel as part of a promotional campaign through 0.8L in exchange for an honest review and honestly, I do love peeling gels. For those unfamiliar with peeling gels, they're also known as "gommage" peels in France and they serve as a gentle exfoliating method opposed to abrasive ones. As you gently "roll" or rub the gel-like product onto dry skin, the cellulose in it will ball up and the continued action of massaging the balls into your skin makes them work sort of like gummy erasers that grab at the upper layer of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. The product will continue to gum up and loose moisture as you massage it. Once you are done, you just rinse it off and your face is freshly exfoliated!! Voilà!! This product highlights the addition of Green Tea and AHA specifically. While green tea is one of my HGs for its soothing and antioxidant properties (that is, it makes my skin happy) the added AHA frankly scared me. For as "gentle" as peeling gels can be, I have managed to burn myself with them. Some folks think all that cellulose balling up is just that - cellulose, but you rub that stuff around too much, too aggressively or too long on sensitive areas of your skin and it can and will remove too much skin. So that being said, I proceeded cautiously. I started with cleansed but dry skin and massaged about a heaping tablespoon into my skin. The formula has a light pleasant herbal scent and is a bit runny but it immediately goes to work forming balls of cellulose so I quickly got to work massaging and rolling it around. I used my skin's sensitivity level as a measure of when to stop. That is, I stop before my skin begins to tingle. Also, I stop before the product fully dries on my skin. Leave it on too long and many peels will start to grab at the hairs on your face and can be hard to remove. I combat this by using a damp wash cloth to fully remove the peel from my face before I rinse. This last step grabs all the balls off my face as well as instantly stops the peeling effect so it doesn't continue working on my skin. I love a cold water rinse when I'm all done to fully cool my skin down and suppress any redness. I felt like this peel held up well in comparison to other peels I've used. The bottle is certainly large and is a great value for the price. I enjoyed the scent and the additional AHA in the short term didn't create any problems for me. I personally can't use this type of exfoliator more than twice a week but I was quite satisfied with this experience and will continue to use in future. Many thanks to 0.8L for introducing me to the Bonajour line. Everything I've tried so far has been a hit for sure!!!!!

BONAJOUR Greentea AHA Peeling Gel Review: 🍵 I received this Green Tea Peeling Gel at a discount of $3.99 from @0.8l_usa and @bonajour_official in exchange for my honest review. 🍵 Amazon information: This Green Tea Peeling Gel can be purchased on Amazon for about $10, and I would say for me, it’s not worth it. 😩 🍵 First Impressions: The packaging is nice, like the Natural Look, Love the nice and light scent! It’s not tested on animals either. The consistency is nice when it first comes out of the bottle, it’s a somewhat clear and cool gel. The size is pretty nice, 5.1 fl oz. 🍵 Directions and ingredients: I was able to review how to use, and the ingredients on Amazon as well. The main ingredient is the first ingredient, which is water. Cellulose is next, followed by Apple 🍎 🍏, Lime, Grape 🍇 and other Fruit Extracts. These are natural skin exfoliates. Of course, AHA alpha hydroxy acids are an exfoliate, and the Green Tea is a natural protectant in the skin’s aging process, as well as keeping skin moisturized. 🍵 What I didn’t like: I know many women, and men have facial hair; and mine is very light and towards the lower half of my face. I don’t know if anyone else had this same reaction after using this BONAJOUR Greentea AHA Peeling Gel; but I’d definitely Not recommend for anyone who has the slightest facial hair! Let me explain: I used about a dime sized amount; and it’s recommended to use a small amount and gently massage on face. It starts out as a Gel, but very quickly turns into a clumping dryish substance. This is why a very small amount should be used, probably on the forehead or nose First. As I massaged for only a few seconds on my face, I used a warm washcloth to rinse off the remainder of the dried Peeling Gel. As you can see if the first (left) photo, I still had small clumps of the dried gel attached to my facial hair! It wouldn’t come off from washing/rinsing it off. I literally had to pull them off with my fingers, and it felt like glue stick to my fine hairs on my face, and hurt to pull off! 😱 🍵 Rating: I give this about a 2/5 rating. #08L #bonajour #naturalskincare #exfoliating #koreanskincare

Green Tea Water Bomb Moisturizing Lotion was sent to me from Bonajour and 0.8L in exchange for my honest review. This lotion contains green tea extract, Zanthoxylum fruit extract, Baobab seed oil and other antioxidants, to help the skin heal and renew. Glycerin and other moisturizers keep the skin hydrated while Niacinamide brightens and evens out tone and dark spots due to acne and sun damage. This is a wonderful Lotion for all skin types and should be mild enough to use every day. I like it best as a daily lotion after cleansing. It is thin and absorbs quickly which is also a benefit. This is not a thick, heavy cream that will clog your pores and I encourage its use suplemented with a nightly moisture cream. In addition to loving the way that my skin felt, I could not detect fragrance. If any was there it was too light for me to notice. This Korean beauty lotion does not disappoint providing a lotion that detoxifies and calms the skin while evening tone and hydrating. I highly recommend Green Tea Water Bomb.
