I recieved Bonajour’s Greentea AHA peeling gel and after the first use i immediately replaced my exfoliator in my routine which was currently Dr. G’s peeling brightening gel and I was not let down! For the price you obviously couldnt beat it but compared to my other exfoliator , that one could not stand a chance. A big factor for me when it comes to skin products is definitely smell and this one has a super clean almost baby powder like smell that i love! I will most definitely continue using this.

Has a pleasant smell, have been using it daily for a little under a month, has made my skin brighter and my acne spots less common. The peeling fibers are an interesting concept, would definately repurchase

💚I have used other products like this before. I didn't realize this had AHA (I know know it's in the title). I love these type of exfoliaters and I have even used one on my entire body before. With that being said they were always marketed as gentle and always were. I just assumed this was as well. Assume is where I went wrong. (I even learned about the word assume when working in sales years ago) (LOL) I should have done my research, or at least paid attention to the title lol. 💚I washed my face, dried my face and was ready to apply. When I first started to apply it it felt like others I had used, but it balled up extremely quickly. So I was skeptical. I thought it might just be the product and not really exfoliating. BOY was I wrong. So like the genius I was that day🤔 decided to do it again. It still balled up quickly, but not as quick. Now I had done this before with similar products ( keep in mind marketed as gentle). Anyway I rinsed with cold water and a cloth. I then attempted to put on my serum. My face was on fire.😱 It lasted almost 3 days and the third day I was extremely dry which I rarely ever am. I was dry to the point of peeling. ⚫🎵⚫ THIS WAS COMPLETELY MY FAULT ⚫🎵⚫ 💚 I usually check the ingredients and even reviews sometimes before I first use a product. I did not do that this time and paid the price. I do have extremely sensitive skin so I should have known better. 💚After being embarrassed and feeling like a fool for a week. I realized that I needed to give this product a fare review. I am SO THANKFUL that I figured it out before I did this review and accidentally blamed the product. I would have felt horrible. I mean it is in the title and in English 😌!!! They literally spelled it out for me. 💚I was so excited to actually use this product correctly. I washed my face and dried it completely. I then used the product Correctly for the first time. I barely needed a tablespoon. It seems like you need a lot, but a little really goes a long way. I kept massaging it all around my face for about 20 seconds. FYI If little gummies seem stuck to your face after rinsing, use a cool cloth to wipe your face. 💚 I then used my toner, serum, and moisturizer. I absolutely fell in love.💟💟💟 I can only use it twice a week but that is great. My skin is instantly better. It is cleaner, clearer, brighter, smoother all around feels brand new. The best part is it is quick, easy to use and the effects lasts. Absolutely an amazing a great product. 💚I learned a valuable lesson. Know matter how busy you are or how much you think you know, Pay Attention to Detail. It was stated clearly that AHA was in it and I just didn't even think about it. OMGOSH my fellow #literites I LOVE THIS SOOOO MUCH! Igive this 10stars! I was able to use the Green Tea AHA Peeling Gel with no irritation. as you can see from my pictures, the gel really removes all the dead skin. Also you can see the after shot, i have absolutely no reddness or irritation. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to do a peel where you see immediate results. But my skin wasn't stripped raw. The directions are as follows, (thank you Google translate) Apply gel to clean dry face for 30 seconds, then begin to massage gently until *proteins* aka DEAD SKIN, accumulates in balls and then rinse off completely! That is it. While using product i notice no scent which, i'm fine with. Also as i mentioned above NO IRRITATION! Disclaimer: I dont have sensitivity as is, so if you do i recommend follow directions and use once a week instead of 2-3Xs. But I would try it. I noticed an immediate smoothness and glow to my face. I love the fact that im removing all that dead skin and knowing my essence, toner & serums will work that much better.

As gimmicky as they may seem, I really enjoy them and like to use them quite often since I find that it keeps my dry patches more controlled without having to turn to the emergency italy toweling or sugar scrubbing which are just so rough. (I have dry skin and chemically exfoliate periodically) but back to this gommage. The first thing I would like to clear up, is that it doesn't smell like green tea. But it does smell like something very tasty and that is 🍑🍑🍑 peaches... or maybe nectarines which is odd because it has no added fragrance and no peachy extracts, just a slew of other frootz. The AHA it uses is Malic acid (Which can come from Apples). And since I'm on the topic of ingredients this excludes parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, silicone, petroleum, artificial fragrance, artificial colors and they do not test on animals 🐰 . . . In terms of efficacy its very gentle. Similar to the holikaholika egg peeling gel if you're familiar. My only qualm is that it's very watery and if you start the usual gommage massage most of the little cellulosey little globs will fall off your face before you can work them around really well. To help this a little bit I find that spreading it with a light hand quickly, and letting it dry down a bit helps the peelies stick better. But for a 10 dolla peeling gel you can get with prime shipping it's not bad. Definitely something I would consider gifting.

Usually products like this will pill when you begin rubbing it on your face, but with no effort whatsoever it was pilling before I applied it to my face 😐 however, after rubbing it on my face, my skin felt smooth and soft 🤷🏻‍♀️ I need to play around with this product more. I can’t find much online about this product either, maybe I’m doing something wrong. The scent is a little bit strong for me but it is expected from a gommage peel. This gommage peel can be a little messy so I suggest doing this over the sink since the white balls will start to fall off the face. I do like it and think it does help my skin to remove dead skin safely and I have no irritation while using this. I do like the green tea in this since this can be used on my acne prone combination skin. I give this a 7/10. It's a decent peeling gel and helps me apply to rest of my skincare easily. I went on a spree with the $3.99 Try Now items on @0.8l_usa! I got this green tea AHA peeling gel from Bonajour. I have stuck to the same peeling gels and I wanted to brach out. This is also a gommage style peeling gel that is supposed to ball up as it absorbs dirt, oil and dried skin from your face. This gel felt different from any other I've used from the moment I put it on my hands. It started balling up immediately, before I even put it on my face, which was odd. It dried up within 30 to 45 seconds of applying it to my face as well. I was able to use it several times once I received it, since you don't want to use it too often. Though it took some getting used to, it did get the job done. I've been having issues with dry and flaky skin around my mouth and I have yet to figure out the cause. This peeling gel did a good job removing the dried skin and helping to even out my skin texture. I did see results from this peeling gel and it is a simple, basic product. However, for less money, I can continue to purchase other gels that I didn't like more. If this was on a good sale though, I would definitely consider buying it again.

I've bought many things now and very happy with everything I've gotten so far. I love my skincare products, especially Korean beauty products!! This is a full size product! This tube weighs at 150 ml/ 5.1 fl. oz!! Alot of product to test, you don't need much. The product has a nice green tea and light apple fruity scent. Smells nice. It is good on all skin types. You only need a quarter sized amount of product. The consistency is a clear thick gel liquid. This is my first time using a peeling gel. After I applied a thin layer to my face I gently massaged the product in circular motions. I was scared at first and wasnt sure if I was using it right. But it's supposed to peel and fall off as you rub your face. Giving you healthier and stronger skin, leaving your skin softer while removing skin impurities. This product uses natural ingredients and animal cruelty free. After I rinsed my face with warm water and applied toner and moisturizer, my face felt so clean, soft , and great! This product is great for removing dead skin off your face. It feels like wet paper when rubbing the gel onto the skin, but it's actually the dead skin coming off. You don't want to use a cloth towel to remove the gel because it will get trapped into the towel. You want to keep rubbing it to where it's falling off your face, and then gently wiped the reminders with soft pads (might not work for everybody but it worked for me). In the end, this gel made my skin smooth and look brighter. Totally hope they have something body as well. And yes, Yoshi loves the product too😁.

I purchased this Bonajour Greentea AHA Peeling Mask at a reduced price from #bonajour and #08L in exchange for an honest review. This review is based on 2 uses of this product. It comes in a heavy tube with a flip top. I like flip tops and it makes it easy to dispense this product. It is a white gel-like gritty substance. It has a really nice fruity scent. I applied a small amount to my dry face. Immediately it started rolling up into little balls. This is supposed to be dead skin sloughing off. Once it starts balling up it feels very dry and more like a scrub. It rinsed off easily and cleanly. My face felt smoother but it also felt kind of dry and tight. There was no stinging or burning while I was using this product. However, the products I applied after did sting a bit. That is highly unusual because I use very hydrating products. The day after my first use of this my face was unusually dry and flaky. I have been experiencing some dryness around my mouth and chin but it was significantly worse. This may be too harsh for my skin. Or maybe just my winter skin. It might work on my summer skin. I may save this and try it again in the summer. I like the concept of this product and I like to incorporate AHA's into my routine. It does make my skin smoother but I think it also dries it out. Again, that may not be the case for me in the summer. I am having some dry patches right now due to the dryer, colder air.
