This cream's main claim is too soothe irritation and redness and to help maintain the moisture barrier. It's meant to be applied as the last step in a routine, only on affected areas. As someone who gets random redness on her cheeks from time to time, I jumped on this. This is a very thick product and a little goes a long way. Despite its thick texture, after spreading it out, it absorbs really easy and doesn't linger on the surface of the skin. I tended to use this at night, applying on red areas over my normal cream. I'm actually really impressed with this product. Whenever I used this at night, I would wake up to a significant reduction in redness. While it didn't completely eliminate it, it brought it down to the point I could cover it with a bit of tinted moisturizer. I'm about it!

Skin barrier is stronger, soothing and calms irritated skin. 🔘 I used the creme morning and night. Smoothing evenly over my face until it was absorbed. This product worked really great for my skin during colder months. My face felt smooth, hydrated, and firmer. I liked how it was fragrance free and had a non-greasy finish. I would recommend this to anybody resulting in moisture loss or a weakened moisture barrier caused from age.

TECA is a purified extract of centella asiatica. It stands for Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica (titrate means basically to work out how concentrated a substance is) and is used for wound healing increasing collagen formation. ✨ I’ve been using this as a spot treatment after a pimple is open. It seems to work okay, sometimes I feel like it really helps and sometimes it doesn’t seem to do anything. 🤔 I’ve had a few where it noticeably calmed down some inflammation, which is always nice. 😊 ✨ I like using it in the daytime more than at night because it doesn’t contain any actives and it absorbs well. I have other spot treatments that are more effective, but they can be unsightly, (like pimple patches and pink spot treatments) so I like using those at night when the only person I can scare is my husband. 😂 ✨ I think I’ll keep using this, mostly for soothing purposes and occasional spot treatments. I love this cream! It helps as an acne spot treatment that works overnight on a tough pimple! It flattens it and smooths my skin out by the next morning. I have hormonal acne monthly and this cream stopped my breakouts around my chin area. The cream is thin and not greasy. I need this in my daily routine forever!!

I love the simple packaging and how soothing and absorbing it is. My skin is all over the place right now due to stress and hormonal acne, but this cream has helped calmed my affected areas to the point that the pimples are almost flat. You immediately feel a cooling effect while applying it and a little bit is all that’s needed. There’s no scent to it and the texture is very gel like (swipe left) reminds me a lot of Touch in Sol’s primer. I have extremely dry skin, and found this product to be very soothing. It contains Centella Asiatica, which helps to regenerate the skin. There is no scent to the cream, which is non-greasy. I used the cream on a few irritated portions of my face, and thought it had an anti-irritant effect on it.

TECA 1% Barrier Cream is a dynamic product that strengthens the skin barrier with soothing, anti-irritant ingredients, the star being the active components of Centella Asiatica at 1% (Asiatocoside, Madecasssic Acid, Asiatic Acid). The formula as a whole is wonderful for sensitized or compromised skin, and what makes it even more versatile is that it was formulated to help heal acneic skin (and acne marks and scars) as well. As someone with both dehydrated and acne-prone skin, I am delighted to have found something as versatile and effective at remedying both issues as TECA 1% Barrier Cream. Highly recommended!

I have applied it after I had squeeze my pimple and also on my acne scar/mark. It did help to dry up the pimples and to speed up the healing process, but it did not help with the acne scar/mark. The cream is non-sticky and oily at all but it is not really absorbent. Hence, I would advice to put a thin layer will do :)

I’ve used the Teca Barrier Cream by Wishtrend for a few weeks now,and it does what it says! Right after popping a pimple (oops!) i applied the cream and in a matter of a day or two–the redness has decreased very significantly and the area was not as irritated and inflamed as it was before. I use this cream over area on the face that requires more moisturization,or is more prone to scarring and has seen quite an improvement. 100% recommended for anyone who more often than not finds themselves picking at their spots!

I received the TECA 1% Barrier cream from #08L at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been using this product for a little over a week and I like it. The packaging is nice, no smell, and the cream is a thick consistency. It does not absorb that well so I would use this before bed and I think this is due to the thickness and also the purpose. TECA Stan’s for titration extract of centella asiatica. Centella is know to strengthen the skin barrier & calm the skin. Specifically irritated skin. I used this after dermaplaning my face and it really soothed my face. This cream is for all skin types. It says “cream” but it feels more like an ointment. I really think this is a great product. A bit late in writting the review as i need to see the effect on my new acne. First day just pain n swollen, no head. So i start apply this teca barrier cream, day and night. Then within a week, the dirt out, the wound heal. So, i guess this cream is works. If without this, usually it will take more than a week time. Need to continue use and observe on its effectiveness. Overall, it is an good experience.

I’m glad to have this cream in my arsenal. I have the occasional blemish that I’ll definitely spot treat with it. It’s contains centella to strengthen the skins barrier for proper healing. It’s forms a smooth barrier over the compromise parts. I have used this over my lash line because of irritation caused by glue from false eyelashes. I’ve also used it on some psoriatic spots in my forehead and behind my ears. It’s works fantastic for calming irritation! Even though it appears to dispense like an ointment, it’s not the slightest bit greasy. Lovely formula and can be used up to 3 times a day!

I have found something that is totally fantastic and does not irritate my skin ,drying it out so bad I have dry itchy skin. It just went down with grace.
