I love fragrance so when this try now campaign was a choice I quickly grabbed one. I love sandalwood and all of it’s earthy, warm, and inviting coziness so I thought I was going to love this. Well, at first sniff it’s nice but the base notes have way too much of the stinky spices from around the world, mainly cumin. Now don’t get me wrong, I LOVE cooking with cumin and I enjoy it’s pungent flavor in food. But to wear it? As a fragrance? No... just no. I feel like it competes with the delicate nature of the powdery sandalwood and just funks it all up in the end. Not a fan of this fragrance HOWEVER I will say it is thoughtfully made. The quality of the product is apparent and I would like to try some of Harvey Prince’s other fragrances. I hope more become available on 0.8l. I received this for $3.99 in exchange for my honest reciew.

I was lucky enough to grab this Mysore Sandalwood women's perfume by Harvey Prince when 0.8l_usa had their Try Now for it, and here's a bit about it so you know just what I tried. This Mysore Sandalwood perfume is described as One of the most popular Fragrances from The Story of Perfume Book that has all the best scents of India. In one bottle you get a scent that is Alluring, Mystical & Serene using the scents of Sweet Cardamom, Spicy Cumin, Soft Clary Sage, Dewy Rose, Soothing Chamomile, Danced with Deep Cyprus, Clean Musk, and Mysore Sandalwood notes. This perfume is 100% gluten free, Vegan & cruelty free. . . The Mysore Sandalwood by Harvey Prince came in a nice sized bottle, and has a beautiful bouquet that starts off being very sweet and floral, and then shifts over to a spicy and very tantalizing scent that had my senses reeling!! I loved how this perfume smelled and so did my husband, but alas all was not paradise here as when I applied this at 12 and then sniffed my wrist at 3 I could no longer smell it and my husband could no longer smell it on my neck. Thats why I'm giving Mysore Sandalwood by Harvey Prince ⭐⭐⭐ stars based on 0.8L criteria for Staying Power, Fragrance & Hypoallergenic because when I want to smell sweet it shouldn't be for just a short period. I would like to say thank you to 0.8L and Harvey Prince for making it possible to try this perfume. I had no adverse reactions or breakouts while using this product and I would recommend it for very quick visits like the doctor or meetings. Harvey Prince's Mysore Sandalwood is an extremely strong fragrance. It is quite a departure from my experience with Kashmiri Saffron. When I first sprayed the fragrance I first smelled very heavy turmeric notes. I could be mistaken. It reminded me of curry, which I cook with. The Mysore Sandalwood is an Indian oil which is usually sweet and earthy earthy. I did not think it would be as concentrated in a perfume. I was wrong. The smell is extremely overpowering initially, but dies down to a soft muted fragrance after about an hour. The perfume is 30 floz and is made in the United States. It is organic which I like. I think if you have a preference for strong Mysore Sandalwood this is definitely a fragrance for you. This is not my cup of tea, and I will not be purchasing.

I was unsure about this fragrance when i opened it...but then i put it on! Wow! Beautiful and exotic! I seriously felt like i was in India. I feel sexy, seriously! This fragrance isnt heavy. When you wear it you catch these fantastic little whiffs of sandalwood and happiness. My husband loves it! Thanks again to #harveyprince and #08L where you can get all of the goods!!

Introducing another addition from @harveyprince perfume brand. This Mysore Sandalwood scent perfume comes in a sturdy 30 mL spray glass bottle. . The first thing I smell is grass mixed with bark? Then it transformed to a warm floral scent. It reminds me of incense. I hate to say it but I don’t like it at all so I washed it off. This is not for me.

I like this true sandalwood scent. I hate it right after spraying because it has pretty heavy scandalwood smell. Yet, after 5 minutes or so, it started to smell lovely. Sandalwood is one of most expensive woods in the world that produces a distinctive fragrance. If you prefer floral scents, you may want to learn more about sandalwood before deciding to try it or not.

Harvey Prince Mysore’ Sandalwood EDP arrived in a nice heavy glass spray bottle. Its not thin like othets that shatter when they drop on carpet. I am clumsy. I need bottle to be sturdy. You will be surprised by this scent. I sprayed it on a tissue, then on my hand, I smelled cumin and what i thought to be another cooking spice. I thought I was crazy. I looked it up, it has cumin and sage in the scent! It makes me think of my tacos i make. (At first, not upon dry down) It’s supposed to have cardamom, cumin, clary sage, rose, chamomile, cypress, musk, amber, and Mysore sandalwood in it. I smell the amber and sandalwood after drydown. I cannot smell the rose at all. This is another scent that does not seem to smell good on my skin. I am sure it would be great on others, but this scent is not for me. .
