Let it be known that I have an obsession with perfume. So whenever I see these Harvey Prince fragrances pop up for review I always jump on them. If you aren’t familiar with Harvey Prince, they are an American based company that aims to provide organic, eco friendly and cruelty free fragrances and body products. In this review I will be reviewing 2 scents: D’Amore and Mysore Sandalwood. The website describes D’Amore as “Notes of fresh Italian bergamot, sensual Cypress oil, and sweet pink grapefruit softly drifted into the balmy Venetian air. Lush lily, dewy jasmine, elegant cyclamen, and deep blond woods danced with warm vanilla, earthy patchouli, smoky vetiver, spicy tonka bean, soothing sandalwood, and clean musk as D’Amore gently unfolded its many fragrant layers.” The scent was definitely on the warmer side with the notes of vanilla and sandalwood, but I found it to be nicely balanced with the floral notes. Mysore sandalwood is described as “the scent of sweet cardamom, spicy cumin, soft clary sage, dewy rose, and soothing chamomile danced with deep cypress, clean musk, warm amber, and Mysore sandalwood notes.” I was pleasantly surprised by this scent mostly because i was expecting it to have a deep earthy tone but I found it to be light and nicely calming. Of the two, I loved this one more.

My Personal Review: I’m a light fruits and flowers type of girl...So I wasn’t sure if this perfume would suit me, the woody kind of perfumes usually give me headaches but after wearing this product for a few days it grew on me & I started to enjoy the different layers of scents that come within the ingredients of this perfume.... It definitely has a woodsy scent but it’s not overbearing and I received inquires on what perfume was I wearing...So that was a plus....I won’t be switching up from my fruit/floral fragrances for this product but if you’re into the woodsy outdoor scents than this is definitely a good pick for you!!!

I feel bad writting this because I love @HarveyPrince Perfumes but this smells horrible! The notes are supposed to be Italian Bergamont, Cypress Oil, Grapefruit, Jasmine, and Vanilla. Normally I love a fruity perfume but could not get used to this. You get a nice size bottle for the price of $37 but i like the others better. The spray is nice and it dies have staying power. Hey babes! I got this perfume by @harveyprince D’amore and I think I like this one than the other one I reviewed ☺️ the scent is so warm and elegant! I smell the musk and something fruity. For my type of perfume it is not a perfume I’ll reach out but it smells good. Besides it’s organic, vegan and cruelty-free!

However, the quality of Harvey Prince Organics® Fragrances are outstanding & the fragrance lasted awhile on me! I needed only 1 or 2 sprays for the morning & afternoon! Now, I wouldn't say that this is "MY" signature perfume, but I STILL LOVE this fragrance & I WOULD recommend this fragrance & in particular, the brand itself to others! They have a great back story & a wonderful business philosophy that not many others have! I will continue to purchase from them until I find "The One"!! They do have a sample section on their website where you can try smaller versions of their perfumes for a cheaper price! Plus, they also sell men's cologne, bath products, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, body products, lotions, mists, ect. & even have Hair Perfumes, which I love & are not harsh on the hair! I had the opportunity to review the Harvey Prince D’Amore eau de parfum through my involvement with 0.8L. I found this product to have a very good scent, and jt is quickly becoming a daily staple for me. The fragrance is a mixture of italian bergamot, grapefruit, vanilla, musk, earthy patchouli, and many other ingredients. It is vegan, cruelty free and 100% gluten free. I did like the fragrance of the perfume but I found for me personally it was just a tad too strong. It lasted all day long and didn't wash off, no matter how hard I tried, but that is a good thing in a way becuase you want your perfume to last. I just wish the scent was a bit softer but I do have very sensitive sinuses so it just didn't work for me but I gave it to a friend and she absolutely loved it so it worked out great for us.

They say the style is refined, chic, and unforgettable. I spray this one in the air and instantly knew I was going to love this scent. It reminds me one of my favorite perfumes that I really love. I love the clean and fresh sweet flowery smell. I spray some of it on my wrist and even smell a lot better. It has the smell of flowers and grapefruit. I tried leaving this on all day and I found that the scent goes away in a couple of hours but I'm happy that this is organic and I don't have an allergic reaction that will make me sneeze or my eyes water. I would give this a whole 10/10 but the scent doesn't stay for too long so I give this an 8/10. Thank you 0.8l and Harvey Prince for letting me try D'amore perfume for a discount price.

@harveyprince D'Amore Eu De Parfum is a lovely scent. I received this to review and having reviewed other scents, this really hit the mark being a real "Me" perfume. I will actually be buying this is smells so good. I've tried and own a bunch of great perfumes but I don't grab for them, I have my signature scent ands a few others I love. This is quickly becoming a top favourite of mine. Some of the standout notes to me are the Italian bergamot, Lily, grapefruit , musk and ,a note in every perfume I adore, warm vanilla! The Harvey Prince DAmore perfume has a nice scent, it is a sweet fragrance and a little bit strong. I might wear it occasionally, I am not a fan of this perfume but it doesn't smells bad.

I took the opportunity to test out the @harveyprince D’amore women's fragrance when @0.8l_usa made it available in their Try Now. The perfume is 100% gluten free, vegan, cruelty free and is described as the most popular fragrances from The Story of Perfume Box. In this bottle you get a scent that is refined, chic, & unforgettable. It contains notes of fresh Italian bergamot, Cypress oil, pink grapefruit, lily, jasmine, cyclamen, blond woods, warm vanilla, earthy patchouli, smoky vetiver, spicy tonka bean, soothing sandalwood, and clean musk. I received a 1 oz, heavy glass bottle. The nozzle is a little tough to press but the spray itself comes out in a nice mist. I fell in love first spray. This is my scent. I love woodsy, vanilla, musk fragrance and on my skin it is a warm,woodsy, airy, musk, with a hint of vanilla. Have I ever said how much I love Harvey Prince products? The company has so many types of fragrances, I cannot keep up. However, this time I tried D'Amore. The scent is floral with a hint of essential oils. It smells lovely, and is appropriate for all ages, The scent last all day without having to use but a few sprays. The smell is noticeable, but not strong or overbearing. If you have never tried Harvey Prince fragrances before, you should!!! Soon!!

This Harvey Prince D'Amore Eau De Parfum last for hourssss at the first is a lil bit strong but when it dries it is just the perfect aroma sweet, very elegant with a fruity touch. Ok so this is my first time trying a Harvey Prince perfume. I will definetly say that the aroma is very potent. Which can be a good thing but for me it was a little over whelming. Never the less the scent is beautiful. Its a bit on the musky side which I really like. More a womens scent than a girls. Its long lasting and is packaged very well. Nice glass bottle. Im pleased.

I appreciate the heavy glass and size as i can throw in bag with no fear of breaking. Initial thoughts it was STRONG! First impression very strong floral powdery scent. Only need one spray! Upon drying down I liked the scent as it settled to a more earthy woodsy musk with sweet notes. I found it lasted about 6+ hours. I did enjoy after it had settled and dried down. I think for me this would be a good fragrance for spring. My only complaint is the very overpowering initial blast of scent that reminds me of grandma's favorite perfumed powders. once settled I did find i enjoyed the scent. I will continue to use to see if it is good fit for me, if not my mom has already expressed that she thoroughly enjoys it and would like to keep for herself! I feel its a fair priced Parfum in a basic glass bottle without all the fancy packaging. I appreciate the simple effective packaging. I may not repurchase this scent but would be interested in trying some of the others. It was my first Harvey Prince peefume. Unfortunetely it isnt really my fragrance. Its kinda «old» smell for me, too sweet i guess. But i still may use it once in a while, upon my mood)
