However I did try a bit on my face to see how it felt - divine! And the scent is a cross between cloeds and sunshine <3 I did decide to give this to a friend or her baby and this is what she had to say about it: "My daughter's face does not seem to handle the cold weather very well and has become very dry in her first winter. This is not something I expected with a baby. I've tried other face lotions made for babies, and so far this one seems to be working best for my 8 month old. I've been applying this lotion to her face as needed, and after a few days its brought moisture back to her face. I was given this product-- Sophie la girafe Cosmetics Face Cream -- and it's lovely. it's made for babies, of organic certified ingredients like shea butter, sunflower seed oil, apricot kernel oil, white tea leaf extract and more (but not TOO much more, you know?), and it's very lightly scented with organic vanilla bean oil. I usually HATE vanilla-scented beauty products, but the scent here is so subtle and well-rounded and natural that I have absolutely no problem with putting it right on my face. it's gentle and not too heavy -- just nicely moisturizing -- and it's caused no problems on my skin at all. it makes the skin on the backs of my hands look plumped-up and younger. I think it would be an excellent cream for fancy babies that you want to keep smelling delicious, as well as adults with normal/dry skin. it seems to go for $15-$20 for a 50 ml (1.7 oz) tube. It was mostly a great product & I loved the fact that it was 100% organic as well as created with natural safe ingredients such as different oils! I loved the scent & was glad to try it! The one negative thing is that when I put it on my hands after applying it I had to wash my hands immediately because they were sticky from the lotion.

This is a face cream menat for babies (I didn't know such products evebn existed!). The brand, Sophie La Giraffe, is a Finnish comany, and this is their organic baby face cream, formulated for sensitive skin with Jojoba oil, Shea butter, white tea and blueberry extract. Since I didn't have a baby handy to try this out on, I tried it on myself. First off, the smell - it reminds me of something that expired months ago. It is not pleasant, but thankfully it's also not very strong, so I am able to deal with it. It has a really thick consistency, but absorbs very quickly and leaves a dewy finish. It failed miserably under makeup though, it made my face shiny and oily halfway through the day and it just got worse as time went on. By thr evening all my makeup just sort of melted off my face. The next day two angry zits appeared on my jawline and my skin seemed really congested. So, not useful as a daytime moisturizer. I might try it as a nighttime moisturizer, or I mightjust use it on my legs after shaving - seems perfect for such purposes. Obviously though, I can't comment from a babies perspective, so keep that in mind if you're thinking about giving this a try. Overall, pretty good and gentle moisturizer, especially if you have really dry skin. The smell is a little weird. However, this face cream did help skin my skin hydrated. It didn't clog my pores or make me break oit. Baby Face Cream is great to wear before bed because it won't make your skin feel greasy.

I'm making a small deviation from AB, and adult skincare. I received the Sophie la Girafe baby face cream from @0.8l_usa in exchange for my honest review, my first from them! I've had a hard time finding a good face cream for my kids, and it's been 4 years since I've first needed a good one. A lot of baby face creams tend to be very occlusive, and even though they're babies and you wouldn't think much about it, they still have pores. Heavy, occlusive creams on delicate baby skin can cause painful, inflamed bumps. I've gone through quite a few, eventually settling on one of my more expensive face creams. While it worked well for their skin, I felt incredibly silly putting a $50 face cream on them. I've been using the Sophie face cream on my youngest since I received it about two weeks ago. This is a scentless cream, which is thicker without being heavy and greasy. It sinks easily into her skin and leaves it soft, not greasy. After two weeks of use she hasn't had any reactions or problems with it. This may be a bit too heavy for a humid summer, but will be perfect for a winter cream. I actually like this so much that not only am I going to repurchase the face cream, I also want to try the body lotion for her. An added bonus of this cream is she recognizes the Sophie giraffe on it and likes to hold the lotion while I dry her off from the bath. She smooches it and says "'raffe. Received my Sophie La Girafe baby Face Cream thanks to @0.8l_usa Using baby skin care products is a secret I have. They work so well, for the adult and the child. This is my first time trying this product but so far so good. It's organic certified, light weight, gentle and also nourishes the skin while protecting it from external irritants. I've been wearing it under my makeup and it doesn't leave my face greasy or dry. Leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. The smell of the cream would probably be my only concern. Normally baby creams smell like baby but this one does not, smells more like oats. Not a terrible smell just not something I am used to. Overall I would enjoy using this product again in the future.

This face cream left my sons face feeling soft and looking nourished. Looks healthy, and glad to know it's completely organic! No harsh chemicals. The only thing I did not like about the product was the scent. This is a certified organic product and is perfect for sensitive skin on adults, too, even though it's formulated for babies. It contains jojoba oil, Shea Butter, and white tea, among other things, and it smells divine! I would want my baby to smell like this from head to toe! I received this gentle nourishing face cream by Sophie La Girafe free from 0.8L for testing purposes. The cream itself is a thick off white color and a little bit of it goes a long way. It is smooth with very oily feeling. This is an organic face cream for babies. I used it on myself before I used it on my child. Me as an adult can't have oily products on my face because it causes pimples, but since my child doesn't have that problem it just keeps his face smooth and shiny. While I like the fact that it nourishes his skin I do not like the smell of it. Especially since babies tend to smell so good the smell of this product is too strong and will take away from that sweet baby smell. Over all this face cream does what it is intended to do, which is nourish. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to by this product unless it was needed and recommended for extremely dry and sensitive skin. But I was glad I got to try it. I think my favorite part is the actual tube it comes in is extremely cute something I would be pulling out of my diaper bag just for the looks. Sophie la Girafe Baby Face Cream is great, not only is it a certified organic product for baby but its targeted for sensitive skin. I really enjoyed this product, the only negative is I was not a big fan of the smell, I wish it would have had a stronger baby smell. Overall, I highly recommend this product!
