I love this essence because whenever my skin is reacting this will calm it down. There's no fragrance and you can use it twice a day with no problems. Being fairly new to Korean skincare products, I was thrilled to be able to try this Benton Snail Bee High Content essence. ❤ It contains snail secretion filtrate, bee venom, and various botanical extracts to improve the complexion and help keep the skin hydrated and smooth. 😍 Of course the first thing I did was to look into using bee venom and snail secretion on my face and I found out that bee venom has a potent combination of enzymes, peptides and amino acids that works on all levels of the skin to encourage naturally occurring cell regeneration, boost collagen formation, accelerate the recovery of damaged skin cells and act as a natural alternative to harsh antibiotic therapy for acne. 🐝 Snail secretion filtrate seals in moisture and allows active ingredients to penetrate the skin very well. It also prevents dryness and makes the skin look dewy. 🐌 Other ingredients include niacinamide for brightening and anti-aging benefits and willow bark extract which is an acne fighting ingredient. Benton Cosmetics is inspired by the movie “ The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” staring Brad Pitt. I love that movie and watched it several times. It’s 😞 sad . It’s a love ❤️ story about Benjamin Button, he grows younger with time and the women he loves grows older. Anyway , it’s a great movie. The Snail High Content Essence is a light oil that doesn’t feel oily at all and it’s not sticky . It melts into skin as soon as you apply it. I can’t explain the scent but it’s not bad. I really don’t even notice it. I’ve only been using this a few days now, not long enough to tell a difference in my skin.I apply before my moisturizer. It plays well with other products and works great under makeup. The ingredients are interesting, Bee 🐝 Venom and snail 🐌 mucus filtrate . I received this at a great discount for a honest review.

I was like 50% sure that I was allergic to snail secretion filtrate before testing this out but now I’m like 90% sure. This essence is purported to diminish acne scarring, heal active acne, and brighten the skin tone. Honestly, I didn’t get to experience those changes for myself because the first time I used this the area along my jawbone began to itch. At first I just wrote it off as a coincidence, but when I woke up the next morning with small, red bumps all over my face I knew something was wrong. I tried again and applied the essence on one area of my face to test and see if it was the culprit, and sadly, it was. I wanted this to work so badly for me because it was one of those products that interested me very much when I was first getting into skincare. I do think it could be a great product for someone who didn’t have this reaction to snail filtrate, however. It worked really well as a carrier for my thicker, stickier ampoules and helped them glide on better without pulling my skin. Alas, it was not meant to be. Have y’all tried this? This essence contains snail secretion filtrate, Bee venom, sh-Oligopeptide-1 and other botanical extracts. It helps to improve complexion and keeps the skin hydrated and smooth. I apply this essence after my toner, before serum and moisturizer, I use two pumps which I Pat into my skin until fully absorbed. This essence is a clear odorless gel that feels watery on the face and absorbs easily, there is a little stickiness when fully absorbed. I've only used this product for a few days and I've noticed improvement in my skin tone and fine lines.

⚜️I love the Benton Snail High Content Essence. This product is great for calming skin if you use acids, especially if you have overused acids or feel some sensitivity on your skin. The snail content makes skin heal very rapidly. So if you’re feeling sensitive areas on your face, this will heal them in a day or two without blemishes or any scarring. I keep snail products in my regimen as they help speed healing of the skin and help with inflammation. The bee content energizes my face but I would caution someone who is allergic to bees that this may not be the best choice. Benton does offer other snail contents without bee pollen. As far as application, just a small amount is needed. I use it as a second Essence after my spot treatments and before my moisturizer. A little definitely goes a long way. The consistency is nice and thick and easily spreadable. It feels like a nice cooling layer over the skin. You get 60ml of product and it retails anywhere from 12-22$ depending on which website you use. I went to the Benton website and retrieved the following information. It contains 90% snail filtrate, aloe Vera juice and it contains bee venom as well. This essence will help keep your skin hydrated and smooth. It’s shelf life is 6months after opening it. With all that being said for starters I’m a huge snail product lover. I loved the Benton eye cream so much, I had to grab this when it became available. I love texture because it resembles that of a gel and hallelujah it’s not slimy, sticky or has a strong scent. I did all my steps and applied a couple of pumps on my face and worked it in. I loved the results because it did hydrate my skin. I had taken a long hot shower. This was exactly what I needed. I would definitely repurchase this product
