I’m months overdue on this review and got my 0.8L account suspended, but did I care? Not exactly. When I received this product I only had two days to write a review. Is that enough time to test out a product and see if it benefits your skin? No. So I ended up not writing one and time flew by. Honestly it doesn’t feel like it’s been months since I’ve been busy with life, but it has and I finished using this product. So here’s my short review: In short, did I like it? Yes. I found this to be the best snail mucin essence I’ve ever used. It does not feel oily when applied and absorbs well. I didn’t realize how well it moisturized my skin until recently (since I’m out. I’m thinking of purchasing another bottle on my next skincare haul. Sorry for the extremely brief (and late) review!

I have been really liking this essence. First, the packaging is really cute. It’s a small little pump bottle that makes it easy for dispensing and one pump is the perfect amount for the face. The essence is like a gel consistency rather than a liquidy one, which makes it really easy for application and still super absorbent on the skin. It adds a nice layer of moisture and has been really soothing on the skin as well. I haven’t seen drastic changes but it has been a nice addition to my skincare so I’ll definitely continue using it.

I’ve been loving this Snail High Content Essence from Benton! It is a great hydrating later in my routines at night and nice in the morning as my only layer before a hydrating sunscreen. I’m excited to see results over time and evaluate if it is improving acne, but for now the hydration is great. I ❤️ Benton

After cleansing and toning I massaged 1 pump of the Essence into my skin. The Essence is unscented and has a thin watery texture that absorbs quickly. The Essence left my skin a little tacky and hydrated. Ingredients included Snail Secretion Filtrate and Bee Venom. I appreciated the packaging has a pump. I'm looking forward to seeing the benefits of this Essence over time. The Essence retails for $13.92 on Amazon♥️

On to the claims of the product: ✨low irritant pH snail mucus filtrate and bee venom ✨improves wrinkles, brightens, revives damaged/troubled skin and helps skin circulation ✨no artificial colors or harmful additives The essence is housed in a small plastic bottle with a pump. The essence is a gel with no discernible scent. The essence sinks into my skin quickly leaving behind no stickiness/tackiness. I did have a few pimples around my chin area, and I found that the essence was healing them pretty quickly. I was having issues with my face looking a bit uneven, but since using this essence I can definitely see a difference on my face. I definitely recommend this essence especially if you have acne prone skin.

Benton is (in my opinion) a leader in skincare formulas. This essence is proof of how amazing the quality of their products and the end results speak for themselves as well. Even my husband wants in on the fun when I told him to feel my skin after I applied it lol. The Snail High Content Essence from Benton nourishes skin to make it hydrated and smooth. It is filled with high concentrations of natural ingredients. The main ingredient featured is snail secretion filtrate which helps repair damaged skin, fade dark spots, and provides hydration. Antibacterial bee venom is the other highlighted ingredient. The venom fights against acne, fades acne scars and minimizes redness. Aloe and niacinamide are added to provide more hydration and to brighten skin tone and texture. This is suitable for all skin types, especially oily, combination and acne-prone skin. After cleansing and toning skin, evenly apply 1-2 pumps of the serum onto your face and neck. To increase absorption gently pat the essence into the skin. I've been using this essence for a little while now. Not nearly long enough to come to a definitive conclusion on its effectiveness though. It's been a bit over a week of using this and I can't say I really see any difference directly from this product. It feels nice on my skin. It's very lightweight and moved smoothly over my skin when I apply it. I'm just not sure it's really doing anything to benefit my skin at this time. I will continue to use this and will update if I see any difference. At this time I would not buy this product again. Hopefully with longer use I'll have visible results. I absolutely love benton products so it's no surprise that I'm really liking this one! Anything that contains snail mucin or bee venom my skin loves, their high content steam cream for example which has a lot of the same ingredients did wonders for my texture and tone. I think this product would be good for any skin type and has a gel like texture that sinks quickly into the skin. It layers well with other products and leaves no residue behind. I am excited to keep using this in my routine!

Another amazing Benton product. The essence should be applied before serum. It’s contains 90% snail mucous and not water! Also contains bee venom and epidermal growth factors. Claims to hydrate, brighten and anti wrinkle. I can definitely attest to the brightening and hydrating effect. Also contains no artificial colors or fragrance. Highly recommend for acne and sensitive types. Ill definitely be keeping this in my arsenal!

🐌The essence has no scent to it. It doesn't feel oily at all, in fact, it feels like water. It doesn't leave my face sticky which I love. It is extremely lite. I have sensitive/oily skin so this is great. I apply it after I apply toner and before I apply a serum. I like how lite it is it doesn't affect makeup application at all and it dries very quickly.🐌 🐝As for results. The first few times I used it I had a few blemishes and this instantly dried them up and made them disappear. I haven't been using this long enough to see any results when it comes to complextion or wrinkles. However, I have used Benton's Snail high content steam cream and its one of my favorites so I have high hopes for this.🐝 🐌🐝🐌Even without long term use, I will be repurchasing this as this brand has never let me down before it is one of my all time favorites. I'm honestly not sure whether I've ever used this @bentoncosmetic Snail Bee High Content Essence before but I grabbed a bottle for cheap from @0.8l_usa and I do not regret! Damn this stuff is nice. It's lightweight but soothing like a salve and healed a particularly bad breakout in record time. I also find it hydrating, yay! It works elegantly into a routine which is nice when you need calming and brightening all day every day. Come to think of it, my hives-redness is less apparent when I'm using it!! 😍😍

I was so lucky to have the opportunity to try the Snail Bee High Content Essence from Benton for free. I also received samples of some other Benton products, yay to Benton, this is very sweet!!! I love Korean beauty/skincare products. They just work really well on my skin. It is so easy to apply and leaves my skin hydrated and smooth all day long, especially when it is winter here and my skin always feels so dry. This essence is a clear odorless water-based gel that feels so light on the face and absorbs very quickly. I’ve only used this product for a few days but already loving it!

I never WROTE an official review on it so this was a way to kick my behind in gear and get it done. What is in it: Contains 90% Snail = Snail secretion filtrate (aka snail mucus/snail slime) will help increase skin elasticity & increase firmness, repair skin from blemishes, reducing acne & works to lighten PIH scarring. Bee = Bee venom is a substance created from bee's own defense, and it contains peptides, enzymes and amine. It has strong anti-bacterial benefits, anti-inflammatory and can help heal skin. . . This also has skin brightening niacinamide, willow bark, a natural source of BHA to help unclog pores from dirt and oil and peptide EGF, nourishing your skin. This is a gel essence that is fragrance free with a pH level of 5. It has a slight viscosity to it due to the snail slime & aloe but it absorbs super fast with no residue. This stuff helps soothe, calm and clear up my skin beautifully. When everything else fails, I reach for Snail Bee Essence and just slather it on my skin ~ I also mix it into other products as well. I don't know why my skin loves this so much, but it does. For my oily skin type, I found that this was a great hydrating product that also reduced my oiliness as well. It helps with newly PIH (post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation), those red/purple spots from blemishes, to not last as long and fade quicker. Benton did change the formula a bit a few years ago as it was originally preservative free, but that caused problems with products spoiling too quickly. the product had no scent and was a very clear gel . it absorbed into my skin very quickly and doesnt leave my face oily or sticky . my skin felt smooth after applying it. depending on when i applied it either later on or the next day i had noticed certain places especially my forehead was alot smoother looking and looked tighter to where some lines and wrinkles kind of smoothed out / dissapeared . it didnt tighten it to where my face felt uncomfortable or anything like that which was great because i have that problem with alot of products and i cant stand that feeling at all. the product doesnt make my skin burn or itchy at all. it almost feels as if i havnt applied anything to my face so thats a plus especially if applying before bed or out during the day . i wouldnt say it makes my skin super hydrated but was softer
