Guys, I LOVE this serum. It has a light citrus smell and layers so well with my other AM skincare. I feel like it also helps plump up my skin? I love it so much, I've decided to add it into my prewedding skin prep routine which means its THAT good that it might actually become HG status. It feels so good on my skin!!! It's a white light weight gel consistancy that feels very moisturizing and adds a little glow :) I will most likely repurchase after I make my way through the rest of my serums! thank you @0.8liter for letting me try this for a small trial fee in exchange for my honest opinion!

This is a first impressions review of this serum as I honestly don’t feel I have a good grasp on any results from it. The serum surprised me as it has a very thick gel-like texture that almost feels mattifying after applied to the skin. It’s hard for me to find where to use this in a night routine, but it has been nice as more of a daytime moisturizer. I plan to continue using this, but overall I can’t say whether it has followed through on claims of relaxing, hydrating, moisturizing, and reducing wrinkles. [PRODUCT REVIEW] Dr. Jmee Lab Serum is a botanical serum meant to calm the skin and help prevent and improve skin wrinkles. Its main ingredients are madecassoside, panthenol and tocopherol (vitamin E), jeju complex, and adenosine. This serum comes in an cool-looking opaque pump bottle. It is a thicker serum, with more of a gel cream texture and a slight citrus scent. As I am used to more watery serums, I was surprised by the creamy texture of this serum. Despite the texture, it feels lightweight, spreads easily, and is absorbed quickly without any greasy residue. . I’ll admit was initially confused on how to best use this in my routine since it seemed more suited to being used as last step moisturizer than a serum. So I’ve been using this as a PM moisturizer. While I do feel my skin is softer and hydrated in the morning, I don’t think it does much in calming skin and reducing redness. But another positive is that it’s non-irritating and hasn’t caused my acne-prone skin to break out. And while it’s too early to tell if this will prevent future wrinkles, it definitely does my skin plump and hydrated. I don’t think I’ll repurchase this though. . . I been having a bad skin moment it's all red around my cheeks and forehead.After washing my face I added quarter size amount on my face and maybe 5 mins after it absorb into my skin my face started claiming down the redness went away after maybe 10 - 15 mins. This serum is so good !! my face felt great even hydrated and glowy. 5/5 I recommend 😁

This serum is extremely soothing and calming to my sensitive skin. My skin tends to get angry when introduced to new products especially during summer months. I also break out into acne when new products are of poor quality. this serum is a holy grail, guilty pleasure must have.

Dr.JmeeLab’s Madecassoside Calming Serum- It’s a cream-based serum in a pump bottle. So, the packaging scores points since it prevents waste. Also, I’m used to a watery consistency in serums. So, this cream is much easier to apply. A key ingredient in this serum is Jeju seawater, which is highly prized for its rare minerals. 💧 In addition, another ingredient is madecassoside, which is used in for its healing properties. In studies, this ingredient is known for its calming property and boosting the skin to create collagen. With its anti-inflammatory quality, it’s designed for those with sensitive skin. With no artificial ingredients added, the serum seems to be a solid product, and I’d imagine that someone with psoriasis should try it out.

It's a thick consistency and a little goes a long way. It's marketed as being great for sensitive skin which I definitely need. 🍊 The ingredients in this serum are really top shelf!!! All the ingredients are free from artifical colors, scent, mineral oil, and are completely vegan. 🍊 First listed ingredient is Sea Water which also comes directly from the sea around Jeju Island. Quality botanical ingredients from Jeju Island such as Aloe Leaf Extract, Camellia Leaf Extract, and Centella Asiatica Extract. Adenosine for anti-wrinkle properties, a hiiiigh concentration of Madecassoside (2000ppm) for a revitalizing antioxidant, and Panthenol 5% for moisturizing. 🍊 So this serum felt GREAT on my skin. Can you read upside down? I'm sure you can but it's annoying, which is why if you swipe left you can see this is the @drjmeelab madeca rejuvenating calming serum. . . . For a better question... at what point would a serum stop being a serum? For me it is generally when I see a texture change. Too thin and I would probably call it an essence or a toner. Too thick and I would treat it like a lotion or cream. And this thing has the texture of an lotion, maybe a slightly gelly lotion but that's so odd to me 🤔 Odd enough to where it takes up most of my thoughts while testing this guy. so distracting. . . . Back to the goods. This 'serum' features macadessoide as its star ingredient, but also includes 5% panthenol, vitamin e and a whole slew of planty goodness aimed at healing aaaand calming while improving elasticity etc. In using this for a bit I didn't notice too much benefit, especially for the price (retail is around 60usd 😱, but I bought it odd @0.8l_usa for 3.99). When serums start getting in the 50 dollar range I expect them to WOW, but this was giving me boring old lotion vibes. It never hurt or damaged my skin, but I'm not sure it lives up to it's price tag. . . . This is the @DrJmeeLab Madecassoside Rejuvenating Calming Serum from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This serum claims to calm and hydrate dry, irritated skin and also prevent and improve wrinkles. It also claims that it is formulated for sensitive skin. This has a thin watery-gel cream like texture (its first ingredient is sea water). It’s mostly opaque and has a nice light orange citrus scent. This contains a lot of great ingredients and a few I’m not to crazy about, however those are towards the bottom of the list. Swipe for the complete list of ingredients. I’ve used this for the past week and have been happy with it so far. It absorbs super quick after applying, my combo skin drinks it up. It left my skin hydrated, smooth, and matte - no shine at all. There wasn’t any immediate plumping or wrinkle improvement, that would take more time to test. This calming serum is especially designed for those with sensitive skin. The cream has a nice, fresh citrus scent. It’s a lightweight cream that sunk into skin easily. It did have a bit of a sticky texture afterwards. Because of that, I think I will use this as a night cream. The packaging on this was different and super cool looking. I haven’t seen any wrinkle reduction, but my skin is softer after using this. This brand is cruelty free, which I love. The main ingredients are this serum are: juju complex, madecassoside, panthenol and vitamin E. The retail price on this is quite steep: $57 for 30ml which is out of my price range. The Madeca Rejuvenating Calming Serum is a great product for sensitive skin and promoting healthier skin. This product is even used after dermatological procedures in Dermatological hospitals and aesthetic shops throughout Korea. The serum comes a hard plastic bottle that’s quite sturdy, it contains 30 ml (1.01 oz). It contains a pump that controls the output of the serum quite well so you don’t overdo it. There’s also a lock mechanism on the bottle. While it does come out a little thick, it really feels weightless. The serum has a smooth feel, similar to silicone but it’s from the panthenol. It also has a light, almost sweet kind of scent. It absorbs quickly and has an almost cooling feeling. It left my skin moisturized and it was soothing and didn’t irritate my skin in the least. Recommended use is to apply on clean skin. Smoothly pump and apply gently all over your face and in case of using it as a spot treatment, apply a thick layer to that area. After using, firstly, I think this is great for sensitive skin and dry skin. It provides a lot of moisture and doesn't irritate the skin. It really smooths out the area and absorbs quickly leaving my skin plump and healthy looking. The ingredients are very beneficial to healthy skin and I like the light, sweet scent. The pump lock isn't really that secure, so that might not be ideal for travel as it turns easily. I do think this serum is very expensive and you don't get much but for very problematic skin this could be a great option. Again, I recommend this for sensitive skin as well as dry skin. But anyone can use it. What I like: I think the texture and feeling on my skin are very pleasant and I like the scent. The ingredients are very nice and the effect of the serum has been very moisturizing and soothing to my skin. This really helped my dull looking skin and plumped it up. The pump is nice, I definitely prefer them for all products almost. What I don't like: the price is quite high and you don't get much and the pump lock isn't secure and can turn easily. Rating: 9/10
