I don’t have severe acne issue so I am not sure if it works in this case. But this cica cream suits with any skin types, including sensitive skin, and it’s a great acne product.

This is a great, hydrating product. I use it after a dermarolling session to calm and help heal my skin. The smell is soft and sweet and the texture glides on nicely and sinks in quickly. I wake up the next morning with beautiful, hydrated skin.

It also helped to reduce areas where I had redness. . 👎🏼 I notice a scent when I first started using this cream and upon reviewing the ingredients list I found that there are essential oils. The lavender oil scent was noticeable although it doesn’t linger and isn’t overpowering I personally don’t care for it. I like how the cream dries down matte but it can be a bit over drying and didn’t provide hydration or moisture retention. I had to layer a more hydrating cream over it for added hydration. . 🌀Overall, it’s a decent cream that can aide with skin irritation problems. I would recommend it to others if they are in search of this type of cream. I love the lavender smell of this ointment! I had a dry patch on my face from all the acne products I was using to fight a breakout, and using this at night for 3 days has really helped. I definitely want to try a few cica cream options before committing but I'm a believer in it now!

✒️ Purpose/claims: Calming, soothing, anti-inflammatory cream; helps strengthen a weakened skin barrier ✒️ Packaging: Cream comes in a metal tube with a plastic screw top cap. ✒️ Experience: Cream is a light pink color and lightly scented of calamine. Does not require much product for application as it is actually very thick once spread out. Initially I attempted to use this on my face. I'd been sick and my nose had become red and sore. I applied the cream to my nose and immediate surrounding area. The cream was used as the last step in my night routine. Even using the tiniest amount and lots of patting in, I found that it did not absorb as well as I like my facial creams to. Upon waking up, I discovered raised whiteheads around my nose that weren't there the night before. Since it didn't agree with my combo/mildly sensitive skin, I had to discontinue use on my face. Instead, I used the cream on some irritation on my hands and arms due to allergic reactions and an insect bite. The day after the first use on my body, the irritated areas were no longer as red as before plus there was no more itching. I continued use and within three days, the irritated areas appeared normal again with no lingering redness or itching. ✒️ Final Thoughts: Yes I definitely recommend for use on the body. I enjoyed using this more at nights, since my oily/combo skin prefers light textures in the mornings. However, as much as this does soothe my skin, it doesn't moisturize or hydrate it quite well. After about an hour (and a half) of application, my cheek area feels a bit tighter, in comparison to my T-Zone area. The Cicarelief Cream is formulated to help protect skin from outside irritations, it also calms and soothes the skin. The cream contains 35 grams (1.23 oz) and has a slightly vegetal/astringent scent. The cream is semi-thick, pink in color and unfortunately easily gushes from the packaging. The cream, after blending it in, leaves a pretty dewy and healthy look to my skin. Recommended use is to apply after cleansing, morning and night. Gently apply to irritated areas of the face or body until completely absorbed. Apply thickly to areas that require extra attention. After using, I found this cream to extremely rich and very moisturizing. It leaves kind of a dewy and silky finish to my skin and while the scent is pretty strong, it’s not irritating to the skin, but if you’re super sensitive, keep it in mind. I feel that it really tones down redness and moisturizes areas that were particularly dry. I feel it’s pretty long lasting and can be used at any time and it also soothes itching that I get from my frequent hives. One downside is that for some reason it just gushes out of the packaging easily so I’ve lost a bit of the product. What I like: helps and soothes irritation and calms itching. It really alleviates redness and is very moisturizing. The effects are pretty quick and it leaves a lovely silky smooth finish on the skin. The ingredients are nice and this is nice to use morning and night. What I don’t like: the packaging causes a lot of the product to gush out so I’ve lost some of it. I hate wasting :( Rating: 8/10

I apply a desired amount of product that I feel like is enough for my whole face. It’s easy to spread and takes about 2 minutes to completely sink in my skin. Finish was matte without tacky feeling or leaving white cast. ✨Results: this mask came just in time I was experiencing red cystic acne (from spicy food bruhh) and itchy rashes on my cheek bones. That said, this seriously helped with soothing angry skin that typically took over a week to get minor relief from. Within a few days the irritation was nearly gone, and the first day saw diminished redness and also a decrease in the discomfort. So I know it wasn't the intended use, but this spoonie is actually pretty damn happy I just tried to see if this would work for me in this regard. . The cream has an odd consistency and needs a little bit of work getting it to spread over actively irritated skin. It's worth it in the end, though. Eventually I'll grab a different tube to try on my face and see how this works for me, I've noticed some people stating it has a matte finish and I'm all for that. . Not the intended usage, but this is what I did grab it for and I'm glad I did as it honestly helped enough that I'll keep a tube in stock at all times. . Definitely, in love with Atopalm products! This time I got to try the Real Barrier Cicarelief Cream and, I like the results. The cream it's of a very light pink color, not scented, and doesn't leave a greasy feeling after applying it. I had the opportunity to try the cream in different occasions ( minor burn, blemishes and, on very dry and irritated hands). The product worked well by soothing, hydrating, and protecting, the damaged skin. I applied the Cicarelief Cream only on the affected areas, and it seemed that it helped to heal the irritated skin faster. 100% recommended!
