I received a bag of Brownbag Coffee Freshly Roasted Specialty Coffee Beans from #08liter for testing purposes, but these opinions are my own. I tested the Grand David blend, which has a rich and nutty flavor. It’s a medium to dark roast made from a blend of beans from Brazil, Guatemala, India and Ethiopia. The flavor is bold and full. It smells amazing in the morning! The only drawback is that it doesn’t seem very strong. Great flavor, but takes a few cups to wake me up like one cup of my regular coffee does. Still like it, and still recommend others give it a taste!

The Terra blend that I got was surprisingly good, compared to what my household was expecting, especially since we never ever had Korean coffee. Being that we’ve all been long fans of a certain name brand coffee company. 2 important things to consider when it comes to coffee- the aromatics and the flavor. And Brownbag coffee raised up to that challenge. Good to have to start the day.

i got the Grand David freshly roasted coffee beans free from 0.8L for my honest review. It has a bold flavor that has hints of a nutty flavor. That is the best way I can describe it. I really like it. It definitely gets me going for first thing in the morning. I would like to try the other flavors as well. I would definitely buy more.

Because I love coffee! I received this Blossom specialty blend to try. It came whole bean, I had to grind it somewhere, so that was a task. Used it in my Kuerig with my little handy reusable cup. It brewed nicely and tasted good.

Brown Bag Coffee was amazing. I can't say enough good things. When I received this bag, it was in a full freshly roasted bean form. I went to a local farmers. market to ground up the beans so I could brew this amazing coffee! Brown Bag Coffee is quite strong, do watch how much you are putting in to brew. I did 1 scoop per 2 cups and I was perfect. It smells amazing, very smooth, yet great bold taste. It's exactly what I look for in a coffee and wakes me right up! This is a coffee I can drink daily and be satisfied.

Brownbag coffee has beautiful packaging first off and secondly the beans look just beautiful! It has a hint of floral to the taste but it's actually delicious!! definitely reccomend it!! I want to try more flavors now!!

I received the Retro flavor of Brownbag Coffee. I was not expecting the beans I initially thought it was ground so once I was able to ground them I could try it out. Before opening the bag I immediately could smell its fresh aroma which was a earthy with a mix of a sour but sweet finish. I was a little disappointed with the wording on the package because I only speak English and I couldn’t translate what was read. I was only able to find this company off Amazon to read briefly what was written up there. I’m a huge coffee person so I was happy to try this out with my Keurig. The aroma was strong in smell brewing into my cup. The taste was a milder flavor which I was okay with. It was nice to try this out and enjoy being it came from Brazil made it more interesting to be able to try.

I received this amazing Brownbag Whole Bean Coffee called Grand David to try for free from 0.8liter an I’m absolutely in love with this coffee! What I was really interested in was the name, my husbands name is David an I think he is grand! So naturally that made me want to try this an also for the nutty, heavy an fullness flavor it described on the package an where the beans came from that all sounds delicious, an it is! It also says its medium to dark roast an that’s my favorite strength! This coffee is full of flavor an quite strong, but not over powering strong an it doesn’t upset your stomach, it has an amazing balance which all of that I love for my coffee. It’s made with beans from Brazil, Guatemala, India, an Ethiopia. I read up on this coffee a little bit after I tried it an it says that this coffee company is the only one to produce their coffee in a scientific way based on algorithm! That’s so wild this coffee definitely is amazing on so many levels! It has a beautiful unique taste, you can taste nutty and some fruity notes, real down to earth an natural, this coffee does have a fullness, you can tell it is indeed heavy, at first I wasn’t sure what that meant that’s also why it peaked my interest, but I think it’s full an heavy meaning filling, satisfying, hearty! It’s not thick or anything but it is stark full of high quality perfectly blended roasted beans! They are easy to grind an look pristine when ground. This coffee is out of this world, such bold robust flavor an scent! Just smelling the coffee helps me wake up! This coffee is a great start to the day it wakes you right up with a good energy not a nervous energy, it revitalizes you! I feel fantastic drinking this coffee, this blend makes me happy an keeps me fueled an ready for my day! I can’t help but be in a upbeat positive mood while I’m enjoying my cup of coffee from Brown Bag Coffee! I highly recommend this coffee!

This is the first time I’ve tried whole bean coffee! Gotta say, the fragrance was overwhelming but in a rich, pleasant way. I dumped most of the beans into my blender and hit the Grind setting for about 4-5 pulses before I achieved an even, fine texture. Then I just brewed the mixture and it made my entire first floor of the house smell like a Turkish cafe ;). This Terra flavor is strong! I only added a dash of cream and a drop of honey. I had too much of it before remembering to take a picture, haha. It’s great iced too! Hubby is a big fan too! I’m saving the 1/5 of the whole beans left to experiment making my own coffee scented candle!

Cozy coffee ☕️ with low acidity? Yes please! This coffee is so yummy and perfect for the upcoming fall 🍁season. I knew I was in for a treat when it arrived. The packaging is super cute with a variety of flavors-I tried the retro version with my stovetop Italian espresso style coffee maker. I was actually sad to open the bag because of how cute the packaging was... Anyhow, opened the bag and the beans were so aromatic, the smell in of itself gave me a mini wake up! The beans come whole, which is good for maintaining freshness so you will have to grind them with a coffee grinder. Now, onto the taste!->this coffee is light and fruity with low acidity. If you are into really dark roasts with bold flavors I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this blend to you. However, if you are looking to have a mellow cup of coffee-this is it! I also like this coffee because it didn’t upset my stomach at all (shout out to anyone with sensitive digestion), which also means you can enjoy several cups easily. I recommend pairing this coffee with a book 📖 and a flaky pastry 🥐 as a chocolate pairing would be a bit to heavy. Overall I really like this coffee and will likely buy it again.

I used my coffee grinder to grind down the beans. Very nice strong but smooth taste. My only complaint is I wish the bag this comes in was resealable because the beans go everywhere when u open it. But other than that, GREAT PRODUCT!

This coffee was really good! It was very smooth and easy to drink black without adding any cream or sugar. I’m glad I tried it before adding anything so I was able to taste the amazing rich flavor. It was nice and strong but not bitter at all. I would love this try some of the other roasts.

Recently I had the opportunity to try for free the Brownbag coffee, in the Retro variety. It’s a freshly roasted specialty coffee bean from Korea. The Retro combination is supposed to have less sourness and bitter taste. I actually really liked the taste on this coffee - not too strong, not too bitter, just perfect. I just wish it would come as a ground coffee, as it would make it easier for daily use. Nonetheless, it is a nice coffee for special occasions. The best part? 🔆🔆Product Review🔆🔆 Being a coffee snob from the Seattle area, I can be hard to please when it comes to all things coffee. However, I found Brownbag Coffee to be the perfect combination of sweet and nutty. I could instantly tell the difference between my everyday coffee and this bag of Retro. I didn't have to add as much sugar and coffee as I normally do, which was amazing. I didn't have any problems grinding up the beans either, so in my opinion, that means the beans weren't old or stale. Overall, I am very pleased and thankful for the opportunity to try a new brand of coffee. Thanks to @0.8l_usa and @coffee_brownbag for the opportunity to try this bag free.

But first...#coffee ! I love makeup and getting ready, but waking up is hard. I was lucky to receive this complimentary @brownbagcoffee from @0.8l_usa. I have never tried #koreancoffee but for my first time I have to say I enjoyed the flavor. Once ground this coffee smells amazing.. the taste is robust and definitely gives you the boost you need to kick start your morning. I absolutely love skincare, but you know what comes in a very close second place? Coffee! ☕ So I was super excited to try Brownbag Coffee, courtesy of @0.8L_usa. _____ I like to brew coffee on my days off because... How do I put this politely? I have Irritable Bowels Syndrome and drinking coffee when I work means many trips to the bathroom. 😓💩 More on that in a minute. _____ I chose the Terra blend which is described as full and balanced. (After grinding it in my blender) I mixed it with chocolate cashew milk, sugar free caramel syrup, and stevia (trying to watch my figure, lol) and found it to be very smooth. There is still a nice coffee flavor that doesn't have bitterness that impedes on the sweetness I added to it. I loved it enough to have to big cups each time I made it. _____ About my problem 💩... I noticed after drinking this coffee, I didn't experience digestive upset after having about 4 cups of this coffee, so that's pretty awesome! I wish I could find American brands like that.  _____ 5/5

🗣This is my honest review of Brown Bag Coffee- Terra Blend! ☕ Terra or 'Earth' is a roast they describe as a rich, heavy flavor and is definitely darker. You can smell the chocolate and espresso tones immediately and man it smells good!!! They say drinking it with milk compliments the flavor- ( I had it with my usual Almond milk and thought for a dark roast, it's incredibly easy to drink esp if you tend to shy away from dark coffee). It's not overwhelming and was surprisingly more delicate than what I'm used too as a dark roast. My hubby only drinks black coffee and he really loves it, as is, quite a bit ( he esp loves the chocolate aroma). 🤔They use a smart roasting system that takes into count all the characteristics of where the beans come from and as a company you can tell they really believe in coffee and coffee lovers. ☕ It is unlike any coffee I've had so far and my household is certainly enjoying it! ⭐Disclaimer:: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Just the smell ALONE is divine! As soon as I opened the bag, my mouth was watering. I worried, though, that it would be too strong or bitter for me since it is labeled as strong/bitter. However, while there is a typical coffee bitterness, it is also VERY smooth and has lots of subtle undertones. I find it to be absolutely delicious and highly recommend!
